I spent over $700.00 with this company, I had to request a tracking number (which I never received), only an email stating that it will be delivered today. Then when I received the printer it was not the one ordered, I ordered a printer with 3 output trays but I received a printer with one, then was later informed that the trays are sold separately, which is not listed on the website. I wasted my money and time, I will never shop here again. Management needs to train customer service and actually provide the products that you state you offer with all the information.

Had a question on any additional equipment that I needed to integrate one of their solutions and had to be transferred 6 times before my question was answered, Most of their techs were breathing heavily into the mic or too quiet as well. Please purchase online people.
