We had the entire first floor carpeted along with removing and disposing the old carpet, installing new carpet. They moved the large furniture as they went from one room to another. The three gentlemen were very courteous and informative. All the furniture was put back the way they found it. They cleaned the room of all small carpet fibers as well. This is the third time we have used Carpet Country/Carpet One Floor and Home and have been very satisfied each time. Cody was most helpful in the selection of the carpet and thorough in measuring each area.

They are the best. Not pushy, listened and helped in picking out flooring. We had carpet and replaced it with vinyl planking.. I was able to bring several large section 2’x2’ sections home for almost a week. To decide color. They came out when they said and had it all completed by the time I got home. They also included installing trim boards along the walls and such. Matching colors to a T. Unlike the bid we got from HomeDepot who did not include trim board and were more expensive too. Carpet One is a great company and I will highly recommend them to all. Cody was great in all his helpful hints and ideas. Cody was very helpful in the store, the installation process was quick and painless, and we love the carpet! The whole process was easy and I never felt pressure for a sale. Nice to work with a family business!

Went to carpet one to get a quote for our basement flooring. They were very nice and helpful in terms of what flooring we could use as our basement is a bit uneven and even came out to look at it twice! That said, we got two other quotes with different opinions and when I called back to let them know we would be going with someone else, Paul was very short with me and said hope it works out and basically hung up. I would have given it 5/5 if it weren’t for the lack of customer service and respect over the phone in the end. Very uncomfortable.

I first had the pleasure of working with Ed Commers back in 1994 when we had the family room in our basement carpeted. We have used Carpet One for several other projects, including our entire main floor back in 2004. We had water in our basement last summer, so we needed to replace our carpet from 1994. With out question, we went back to Carpet One, and were so excited to meet another Commers, this time Cody Commers. He helped with our selection, and our installer Greg did a fantastic job. We would go no other place than Carpet One, and we highly recommend Carpet One.
