Well, the store is good and they have almost everything you could ever need for your home but... When the bill came to $35.86 and I gave the cashier $46 in hopes of getting a $10 bill back... He stood there, a confused look on his face for a good 30 seconds. He said the total is $35.86. I said yes... I didnt look in the register to see if there was a $10 bill hiding somewhere, but I got $10.14 in change like I thought I might.

Store manager Mike agreed and understood that I am concerned about an out of box display item where natural wear and tear can occur. He stated his hands were tied and that there is no program or small coupon that he can apply to this $700 plus product for a little more peace of mind to the consumer who chose his store never choosing this place again. And canceled my placed order for my new deck. Deb the cashier was the only helpful and friendly person at the facility

I highly recommend this store they got good prices good service I returned a few things at the Ceres counter no problem no issues The person was really polite and very helpful this is the store to go to if you ever need anything they have everything I need for my truck

Easy to find shrink wrap at reasonable price

I wish I could give it 3.5. I had a list of 7 or 8 items, all in different departments. Some of the employees were super helpful, but I was bummed that at least 4 or 5 employees sent me to the wrong section of the store. I was there for close to 2 hours! I have to give props, however, to the young gentleman, I believe he was the electronics supervisor, he was extremely helpful, didnt make me feel rushed, answered my questions and over all was very courteous. He is the reason Im not giving it 1 or 2 stars. If I could rate just him, hed get 5 stars. All in all, I got 75% of the items on my list. The only other problem is how large the store is, and its confusing to navigate. I just wish the employees knew enough about other departments to not send me on a goose chase all around the store.

We needed something our local Menards did not have it this one did so the kind gentle man held the one he had in stock for me until I got there.

My husband and I came in for some household items and Huge shout out to VERN AT THE CHECKOUT LANE AND KEVIN UPSTAIRS L. They provided outstanding customer service. I dont usually go here but I did find many of the item I needed. Then more. I went there for a ladder to change lightbulb. Lol I didnt get to all areas and saw people going upstairs!! Hugh! Clean and stocked well.

I visited the store today around 1:20pm. The store was clean and presentable. I asked for help from customer service regard where the portable ac units are. I was advised to try any other because this location is full sold out. When I searched online the store had 6. The gentleman at the counter did not confirm the stock. Very dismissive. I order the item through order pick up

Staff have all been friendly and helpful the times I have gone, and I really appreciate the ability to look at the floor plan ahead of time online to see where Im going. I have been asked a good number of times if I need help finding something when I look particularly lost, so dont be afraid to look confused or like you would like help!Overall, very nice experience and helpful staff, amd well organized layout.

Went here to get some wood to reinforce my daughters bed. Wandered around their lumber yard with my daughter hauling two 12 foot 2x4s trying to find where to cut them. Asked TWO associates. Neither could be bothered to help us. Just gave very vague, VERY different waves in a general direction. I will NEVER go here again.

Its always an easy experience to shop here at menards. I usually find what Im looking for with the mobile app. If its not in stock I just order it online and pickup in store and its ready within the hour. Store is pretty kept up and shelves are decently stocked. Good job Menards

Typically well stocked. Some stuff can be hit or miss quality wise, but its usually the light tools, or garden and yard stuff thats cheap and questionable. Everything else is usually a good buy.

Always great service and they sell Sprecher soda which is hard to find where I live.

Went in to buy a recliner and found out you get a free 5x7 rug was a nice bonus. Mckayla went above and beyond and was super friendly in assisting us. She is an awesome employee and made the experience amazing!!

That Joe manager and his staff Steve Y. in the yard pick up was horrible. Was looking for a 16 foot pvc garage stopper in the barn and couldn’t find it. His guy said it’s in there and for me to just look for it. Still couldn’t find it. Came back to tell the manger and he was having an attitude about locating it. Finally located it but it was hidden behind a stack of plywood and he still gave me an attitude. SMH. He doesn’t know customer service. Not sure how he got to be a manager. It wasn’t even busy during that time. Also the gatekeeper didn’t even know where to direct me. A bunch of employees who doesn’t know their product.

Huge store you find everything and good sales has 2 floors and an elevator or a electric stairs to go up with your shopping cart!!!!

I love Menards especially the ones that have two levels and the piano that you get to play!

Disappointing - staff did not know the location of key areas, like the building supply desk. It is not on the 2nd floor!

Each Menards is laid out differently and I spend more time trying to find what I am looking for. That said, they do tend to carry things that I can not find elsewhere, so I do use them, but infrequently.

Good place to get just about do it yourself everything.

Didnt feel welcome at all, ok nobody seemed like they wanted to help I walked around for almost 10 min trying to find a associate that was willing to offer assistance, cashier was terrible, if u know anything about Menards they ring for you after watching the cashier follow this procedure once I made it she wouldnt touch my items cool I had just door knob, right after I was done, she went back to protocol.. I will be shopping Fleet Farm now on didnt feel welcome at all!!!!!!!!

2 floors of fun for those who like to look around and shop for items to fix up your home or whatever your hobbies are. I always like to shop Menards, especially these ones that have 2 floors. Its clean and has a variety of selections for purchase.

The staff at this location are always helpful and mostly smiling!

I enjoy just walking around this place. The multi floor layout is a little confusing at times with items not where you might expect. Some employees are super helpful others are just going through the motions to get done for the day. The check out lanes are usually pretty busy and it would be nice to see more open up when things get backed up. Prices and selection are usually decent.

Wow is this a beautiful store or what, love it. The escalators are fun too.

Every time I go I am able to get what Im looking for and the store is always clean. They have a wide variety of things so you can make on stop, instead of going to three or four different places.

I was walked out by the GM for not wearing a mask with no regards to the ADA. I havent and will never shop there again. This happened last year and I tell everyone I know about this. I still spend thousands a year for home remodeling but not here. Cheap products, cheap service, overworked and under paid employees. Greed at its finest

This menards in rarely busy before 4pm on a weekday. So its my go to location. But after 4pm and all day on weekends this store gets extremely busy. But this store is always clean and well stocked.

New modernclean facility. Well managed store. Excellent customer service and rebate program has evolved nicely to minimize customers efforts to get rebates at generally 11%. I love going here to shop. Extremely well layed out floor plan...just read the abundant customer-friendly signage. Simple to follow if you just contemplate their simple messages to guide you. Very cool escalator...but pay attention to the visual monitor prompt coordinated with vocal audio messages. Stay in-the-moment and youll be fine. Safety is NO ACCIDENT...they considered this in the design and engineering of this new Menards. Excellent safe place to shop. Love this new store and convenient locations from any direction. Check it out and allow extra time for your first couple trips to get the process down. Enjoy!

Front end manager has terrible customer service skills.

Menards is my man cave and could spend an entire day wondering. Seldom leave without whats on my list. Dont hate the prices and someone is usually around to help.

This place is crazy! Two floors. Moveable walkway. It has everything you could want. Super clean.

Menards wasnt allowing anyone under 16 earlier in the pandemic and now mandates any child old enough to walk must wear a mask. Any child riding in the cart is exempt. How does that massage any sense? CDC warns against making those under 2 and many children start walking around 1. I havent gone to Menards since not allowing minors (not everyone has someone to watch their child anytime they need to go to the hardware store) and will permanently switch to other hardware stores now.

I am a contractor and have a legitimate medical exemption to wearing a mask. I was asked to leave the store after speaking to the manager who told me to shop at fleet farm. Will never shop at a place that doesnt respect the states orders and treats me like a leper. Menards has lost my business for life

Sales staff was very helpful and in one instance not very knowledgable but he admitted it and called someone for me. I give that kid high marks for not wasting my time pretending or making something up. This is a larger Menards than the one near me and I wish I had had more time to look around. I guess Ill just have to go back.😁

Would be helpful if the staff in electrical , and plumbing had some knowledge about their departments. Im a plumber and electrician, and staff looks at me like a deere in the headlights when I tell them what Im looking for. Selection is pretty good. Might look into hiring retired plumbers and electricians for these departments. Just a thought .

Would recommend shopping here. While it is difficult at times to find staff, they are generally willing to take time to walk you through your project, help you find what you need, and find solutions for you. I have made multiple special orders at this location. It is fairly common for a special order to come in damaged (counter top chipped / wrong item coming in) but Menards has always made it right. If youre on a time crunch - be careful of special ordering a product and perhaps stick to an in stock item.

Slow and rude. Took me 20 minutes for an order pickup when it took 1 minute the day before for the exact same item at the Golden Valley location. They said it was busy, but I saw them help at least 2-3 others who arrived after me first.
