I have been ordering from them for years. I started with other companies, but these people have been consistent throughout the years. Have there been some glitches? Why yes, but overall no one has beat them and I dont want to try.A few years ago I was assigned to a particular sales person and that has helped a lot.

They are the fastest shipping company I order from. Sometimes I order in the late afternoon and it is always shipped out that day. They also package their products well and and efficiently.

Very deception company when it come to placing out of state orders. I called and talked to a lady about receiving fabric samples because I was interest in the Nautolex line that they carry. I was told that it would be $50.00 for they sample book. I at that point ask why is their a charge for samples.....while being a fabric/designs store myself....we never paid for sample books from bigger companies like Keystone Bros, Miami Corp. Larry Dennis etc... that just to name a few. I was told because they were open to the public and they charge for their sample books.I agree to paid the $50.00 for their fabric sample booklet because in our line of business it never hurt to have addition suppliers. So I placed the order and was told that what I would be charged $50.00 after given the sale rep lady my CC information on 02/19/2020.The next day on 02/20/2020 I was notified of a transaction of $76.78 charged on my card from Rochford Suppy. I have an idea that the extra charged is for shipping. But the point is that I was not told that the sample book would be $50.00 plus shipping. I was told that I would be charged $50.00. The company is close now but I will contact them in the AM.I am just very disappointed that this company believe that they have the right to make addition charge on my CC without my permission.

I have been buying from these guys for many years, shipping to the west coast. I have always been super happy with their products and services. I have done a lot of marine, auto, cover work with their products. I used to buy and ship when I lived in CA and was about to place another order, but just realized since I moved to MN I am down the street, now I am super excited to be able to drive there! Great place!

Outrageous shipping and the guy on the phone was a bit snotty when I called to make sure it was accurate. $85 to ship a 30 yd bolt and a roll of binding with UPS ground? Give me a break, any other place I order the same from isnt even half that. This was over a 1/4 of my order total. Ive dealt with Rochford on and off for years since they have a few things I use. Never had a complaint before, but now I guess theyre getting like some Ebay sellers and sell the product cheap and make money overcharging for shipping. If it wasnt for the $hit service I got when I called, I may have continued to use them. The tone of the guys voice and how he spoke to me is what turned me away. Didnt even care about the cost anymore, just hung up. Done with them now. Plenty of other places.

My wife and I recently went to shop at Rochford Supplier of Brooklyn Park, MN and bought 200 yards of their fabric the first trip. Our first sales rep was Steve, his knowledgeable was remarkable of their products. Our second time for a roll of 220 zippers chain and zipper pulls we were served by different sales person Kevin. He had no clue what he was selling of the zippers. We were looking for zippers size 4.5 ykk brand which is great for our project but he offered different brand at a lower pricing. So we thought that might save us some money to complete our project since we were new to this business. We ask him what is the different between ykk and their brand of zippers-his response was nothing really different beside paying for the brand name, however their brand come with a little wider webbing but the zipper itself was the same. When we got home compared the two zippers their brand was twice as big and brought back for exchange to the correct sizes now he wants 20% restocking fee because he had to process returning paper work and had to put it back to the shelf. He didnt realized we as his customers had to drive 25 miles each way due to his misrepresentations (not to mention gas and times). I was a sale person myself for many years and restocking fee apply only when the customers at fault but not when the company sale rep. mislead its customers. The sale rep. actually owe an apology to the customer and correct that problem right away. As a sale person representing a company should do his/her homework and know the product well to keep the company a solid record. I will still shop at this place for their great products but definitely not looking to be served by Kevin.

Iam not a big buyer by any means about 5 times in the last 15 years. but they treat you are. GREAT customer service love it they can make a quick of your order history and are more than willing to help in every way.

Rochford Supply canvas supply in Brooklyn Park, Twin Cities, Minneapolis, MN. They sold me a flammable canvas for a fish spearing house I was building. They stated that the canvas I was purchasing was sold for the purpose I was using it for. It is common knowledge not to use flammable canvas for a portable fish house. It becomes a death trap. When I found out I tried to return the canvas but they refused to take it back.

Full 50 yard roll of their fish house fabric was slit at different company, turns out to only have 46 yards? 100 yard roll of 18oz RSI slit and only measures 94 yards??? Owner replies we do not have control but would not pull roll out of their stock to varify, not a answer. Last straw, I placed an order of 16 yards of clear vinyl to make (12) 1.5 square pieces for my job. 4 short... request 1.5 yard piece shipped asap at my own expense. I have had an account with Rochford for over 5 years and thousand of dollars while I ran Canvas World MN. They refused to pick up the $23.10 cost to replace this shortage. BBB complaint yeild resolve, they credit funds this amount to my card. The sursprise, next order called in, your account has been closed Really?Fabric Supply Inc. might be a hair higher in price but 100% customer service. Buyer beware at Rochford. Sadness

The guys were extremely helpful and great to work with. Ill be using them from now on!
