This place came highly recommended and I can see why. I got a lift, regear, tires, and wheels put on my gladiator and have only good things to say. I got a quote for the work pretty quickly and was able to schedule a time to get it worked on as easily. My jeep was in and out exactly as scheduled with no surprises or anything. If you need work on your jeep and are in the area, this is the shop Id recommend.

I had been using Rick at RnR for about a year to service my Jeep Wrangler. They are highly recommended across local jeep clubs as well as online. The first time I brought my jeep in was to repair steering components in order to pass inspection. Work was done professionally and promptly. I returned to RnR a few months later after noticing a “loose” feeling in my steering wheel. Rick was quick to identify additional worn components and provided a very reasonable quote. The work completed was professional once again, however it did not fix my issue. So I brought it back with the same complaint. Originally, Rick blew it off as a “normal” jeep thing to have loose steering, even though i indicated it was Dangerously all over the road at higher speeds. I brought my jeep back, again, to have it looked at. He called to let me know more things needed repairs. I was okay with the additional repairs but after asking if it would fix my issue, he repeated that loose steering was normal and did not provide a concrete answer. I asked again, then he got angry with me and began to yell at me over the phone. He indicated that because I was a young driver, that I was not experienced enough to know what my jeep should drive like- citing his 40+ years of jeep ownership and shop work. His shop completed the work but still DID NOT fix my issue. Unfortunately his “experience” really meant nothing. When I got home I noticed multiple lug nuts had come loose and were flying around in my hub caps. I could have crashed if my rims flew off!! I was loyal and only took my vehicle to RnR, until his completely unprofessional customer service over the phone and the dangerous mistake of not tightening my lugs. I took my truck to a new shop which in less than 2 minutes identified I had bad hubs. They were so bad they believe its been like that for 50k+ miles. After the correct repair my jeep drove amazing just like I knew it should. In the end my experience with RnR was mostly positive but took a turn for the worse.

It started with me dropping off my wrangler to get a quote for a repair with a death wobble issue. When I dropped my Jeep off I got a phone call from Rick to look at some other issues my wrangler was having. I told him that was fine I will pay for those repair as well. He told me he will call me for a quote after 2 days I never heard back so I called and Rick told me there’s a time he gives out quotes and there’s a time when he does repairs. That was 2 weeks ago I never heard anything back from him not sure way but he never called. So I end up going to another shop named 4 wheel parts they took care of my issues with the death wobble in 2 days and also follow up with a call. It’s the small things that mean the most to me as a small phone call.

Honest. Informative. Didnt charge an arm and a leg for my repairs. And had my vehicle done when promised. Will be contacting them again soon for some mods
