I’m a person who believes in sharing.We’re always quick to share the negative thoughts about our experiences somewhere so I’m sharing the positive. Mike and the staff is AWESOME. I can truly say by way of experience that their word is truly their bond. The team is so concerning of the outcome and satisfaction of the customer as opposed to just getting the work. I’m not one who puts my trust in just a conversation but Mike walked me through every detail and expectation of the process and he really handled the lacking of my former insurance company. If I could give them a perfect 10 , I would because they’re genuine.

I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else to have body damage repaired. Mike and his crew are Top Notch and the repairs look better than when it was new. They took care of dealing with my insurance company and they gave me a loner car to drive while mine was being fixed ( no charge for loner ). Mike is a super guy. Hopefully I wont have to see him anytime soon if you get my drift !

They were awesome to work with and treated me with respect through the whole process, by giving me a loaner car even though most wouldn’t because of my age. I honestly wouldn’t take my car anywhere besides them, but there was a little issue with my headlight after the work. It came lose which might cost me a little bit of money.

I had my car fixed here months ago, but I can still recall the great customer service. When an issue came up, they called often to update my husband (he had dropped off the car there). When we picked up my car, she looked beautiful. They even wash your car. Definitely will use them again in the future, but hopefully I wont need to.

My kid had scratched some numbers into the rear doors. I had taken it to a different place prior and they gave me an outrageous quote of $3000 and suggested a way to scam my insurance. I took my car out the Modern Auto Body the next day because they had done work on my wifes car when she got into an accident and did a really good job. After about 20 minutes of waiting, they had finished the work and charged me half of the quote. Great work, and awesome customer service!

New to the Brooklyn Park area, I was searching for an auto body shop for my Altima. After stopping by a few other shops for estimates, I was most impressed with Mike’s service and outlook on the work that I needed on my vehicle.Mike assessed the damage and filled me in on what could be uncovered once they started the work. Mike told me that it would be a week until my car was completed. Throughout the time of the repairs, Mike called me and kept me updated on the timeframe, and what they had found after getting into my car. It ended up being 10 days until my vehicle was done, however the delay was on the supplier’s part.All in all Mike and his staff were clear with me about the costs and breakdown of service/charges. Happy with how everything turned out on my vehicle, and would recommend to family and friends.

After the exceptional work performed on my previous vehicles, I confidently trusted Modern Autobody with the hail damage repair (PDR) on my 2013 BMW 335xi. The work performed was nothing short of flawless, exceeding my expectations once again. Being a newer European vehicle, a few trouble codes were triggered as the result of the precautionary measure of disconnecting the battery. The vehicle was brought to my dealer to have the codes reset, and Modern Autobody payed the diagnostic fee directly without issue. Truly a stand-up establishment and highly recommended.
