This visit was not up to their usual standards. I went in to buy a new blade for my lawn mower. I found that quickly enough. I hoped to find a few other odds and ends. No such luck this time. That may be because they are closing this location on July 17th. There were deals to be had, none that i was looking for though. Cashing out was a very slow process. Not enough cashiers for the customers checking out.I think I am going to go back and pick up the compound sliding miter saw. It comes with a stand, cuts up to 12 stock. If you need tools, now is the time to buy.

It must have been pretty awful in the past, but I went there a few weeks ago and was very impressed. I need a replacement part for my dishwasher. I was helped immediately by a friendly and informed guy. He helped me figure out my model and part number. Then, saved me $20 by selling me just a bracket instead of the whole assembly. This will be the first place I go if I need anything like this again.

Losing business should tell you that your staff sucks. Press the machines a million times so the computers go slower... I see these comments about Millenials needing everything perfect but this is not the case. This is just plain Lazy poor staffing. I have been to this store with older and younger employees some are good and some are bad. Today was terrible. Clients who constantly need to say yay or nay to the cashier are part of the problem too. The way the company administration organizes its advertising at check out is becoming insane! The Sales Are Not Worth This Much Hassle! Discounted short sleeve cotton dress shirt on hanger... Walmart Quality... $40. On sale for $20. Get Outta Here.

Took my wifes Nissan in for brake pads 27000 ago, charged her $400.00 ( pads only ) worn down to nothing ad destroyed the rotors. Took it back got a rude response from there dept head, WORST SERVICE EVER. I think its halarious that the only so called owners response on here is only from 5 star ratings. What a shame Sears use to be the go to place to get quality parts, tools and service, but now you might as well just throw your money out the window. No more from my family!!

I will NOT shop here or any Sears parts store for the rest of my life. I will make sure to tell everyone I talk to how crappy of customer service these stores provide. I spent over an hour trying to find out if they had a part in stock. I was given fake numbers to call and no definitive answers over the phone. All I wanted to do was talk to a store clerk to see if a part was in stock. But rather connected with no brain, clueless, rude women in Arizona. They couldnt even tell me the store hours so that if I chanced it and took an hour round trip across the city for my part at least I would know they were open. Words cant even describe how rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional this stores processes are. Im absolutely aggravated and SEARs has lost me and my families business for life. Lets face it: why would you shop at a store that doesnt make your life easy when there is plenty of other stores that care about their customers unlike this corporate conglomerate who will treat you with no respect

Love Sears...I hear a lot of bad comments I can guarantee from millennials they expect everything to be perfect. When a company is losing business it has to cut labor witch means less employees. I shop sears and understand what’s happening now. But I also know Sears was the best store to go for everything. I still will purchase my home appliances and tools from Sears. I am sad to see the Brooklyn Center one close but the area has got rough due to the people from North Minneapolis hanging out and destroying stuff. I look at that new Walmart and already knew with North Minneapolis shoppers it wouldnt be nice for long. They destroyed BrookeDale Mall all the ghetto kids hanging out and harassing people made them afraid to shop there again and it closed.

Placed internet order mid-afternoon on a Saturday for store pickup. Web site provided no clue that Parts Department hours are not retail store hours despite the fact that it is a counter in a retail store. Closed at 3PM Saturday, Closed Sunday.

Not impressed had to wait over 2 weeks to get a repair of a repair. Came when I told the scheduling dept that I wouldnt be home. Called my husband that didnt really know what my mower was doing. Gave a lame excuse that was not the issue and fixed nothing. NOT IMPRESSED. Still highly upset.

I needed a part for my lawn tractor and after shopping around, Sears had the lowest price and it was in stock. After ordering it online, I then drove to the parts center and picked it up without any delay.

A complete waste of time.Sears no longer repairs anything. Just tried to sell me another one. They are now the peddlers of throw away products. I will shop at Home depot for my power tools next time.

Horrible customer service. I will never come back. The worst service I can remember having. I dropped of my dehumidifier to be serviced and I literally spent hours trying to check the status of it with no luck. As I type this, I am on hold for the 4th time.

Ordered a part and tried to cancel as it was going to be over two weeks until the part was available. I was told I needed to cancel with the location even though I ordered online. Called for days and no one answered! Clearly Sears does not care about customer service!
