Wonderful service! The establishment is pet friendly and I enjoy taking my fur daughter here. She always gets lots of pets and treats. The store has a phenomenal selection of craft items and good prices. I will return.

Love this store! Sign up for emails, mailings and download the app for tons of coupons. Ive never bought anything full price, theres always a coupon for 40-60% off! Their sales are always good too. This location is smaller and has less than others but its decent and better than Wal-Mart! Ordering on the app is useless but if you go in, they will match the online price so thats nice!

JoAnns is not only my Winter Getaway its my Summer Getaway as well being that it carries craft supplies, How to ideas and even classes for additional help. The staff is very knowledgeable and I enjoy seeing their familiar faces.

Omgosh I had the most amazing experience ever inside of this Joanns Fabric store Which is in Brookings South Dakota!!!! I ended up saving approx $30 and was helped by aTERRIFIC employee named Ginny!!! I cannot thank her enough for her knowledge and her help on picking colors for the mesh wreath that I plan on making for the very first time. I couldnt believe how knowledgeable she was and just so super sweet!!! A person can tell she loves her job and takes pride in what she does. She literally made my day!!! My husband and I travel and very seldom do we run into or meet employees that are so nice and helpful. This lady deserves a raise or at least some recognition for being so exceptional!

Is a rather small store and doesnt have everything the big stores have. Its under staffed and finding help is almost impossible but when you do get help, the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Very nice.

Great service! I ordered12 yards of curtain fabric online. There were 9 yards to the bolt. Someone called to see how I wanted it cut so it worked for my project. When I had other questions at the store the workers were very helpful.

The store is clean, well organized, and has a pretty nice atmosphere. However, when I asked an employee a question they hastily answered and walked away. I had to find another employee to ask my other questions.
