Extremely professional and quick. Was probably in and out in under 10 minutes. They even let me know that my exhaust was hanging from my car. Reasonably priced for exceptional service.

Fast, quick, and professional service. These guys are great. I’ve used these guys for a few years and have a tough time going anywhere else. It may be a few more bucks that what you could get at a generic, chain type auto care business but these guys always have much better service.

Took them 8 minutes to do the oil change. Two days later my car breaks down on the interstate with a busted alternator. The sticker they gave me said that I’m good to go for 40,000 more miles until my next change? Not very friendly at all either. The extra money is not worth it.

Good service, in and out less than 15 min. The only bad thing is the duff next stall that thought he could smoke. What was he thinking. But the service was good.

My oil change took less than fifteen minutes and mechanic seemed to be knowledgeable on all levels. There was no wait when I got there as they were finishing up on another vehicle. Three individuals working on just my vehicle. Total cost was a little over $40. If they could get that down to around $30, I would give them another star.

Showed up at pro line at 4:52, sign on window listed a closing time of 5 pm. An employee came out to my vehicle and asked how I could be helped, as if I had shown up a half hour after closing time. I had to tell him I was there for an oil change and the employee informed me they had taken their last customer for the day. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but I drove 21 miles into town for an oil change and arrived before posted closing time. It was apparently their usual policy to close 10 minutes early and I was not singled for refusal of service. It was just frustrating due to the distance I had driven.

Got me in and out. I never had to leave my car. They were polite and informative.

Great Shop to work with, Dalton was extremely helpful in working through out A/C issues after we had continuous leaks. Guys are really worried about taking the time to track down the problem rather then just throw parts and labor on a tab. Highly recommend working with this shop. Thanks for your service.

1 out of 5 stars is generous, got my oil changed there... 2 days later lost my skid plate and oil drain plug driving down the interstate... biggest waste of money in Brookings.

Their customer service was terrible. I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged for a couple of minutes until I spoke. I was asking a simple question and was treated with no respect and the question was answered very rudely. Treating customers like that will get you no where. Very disappointed.

Fast, but as far as quality goes; I give one star because I cant give zero. I went in for an oil change. Not only was the oil filter over tightened, but you put on an incorrect filter for my vehicle. It was significantly smaller than the recommended for my engine. I was willing to forgive you for not checking my radiator fluid, washer fluid, differentials, or power steering fluid; however when you do something so negligent that it can cause damage to my vehicle, I do take offence.Congratulations on being the worst oil change in Brookings.

Had my Trailblazer in for an oil change, while it was there had a transmission flush done as well. After getting the vehicle back I noticed a slight transmission leak that wasnt present before.. It proceeded to get worse. Took it to another shop to investigate, found that all the bolts on the transmission pan was finger tight... /sigh.....

These guys are really bad. I gave them my car to repair it. I had only a voice in my car. They ask me 250$ first but after 3 hour they ask me 500$ . When I didnt give money , they didnt do anything and charge me 250 . Now I have a lots of problem in my car . Dont go there vet bad place.My car was 60K miles not more than 200K .in addition they did not change oil.the bos told me this is america be carefull.

These guys dont know anything. They overfilled my honda civic and never checked the oil level afterwards. They stripped my oil drain plug and they over tighted my oil filter, I had to buy a oil wrench to get it off. Freakin chuckle heads. Dont trust any of them.
