The crew there is great. We have taken our two lawn mowers and snow blower there for years. Accurate and great service plus wonderful turn around time

1 month to get my push lawn mower repaired under warranty.I am confident that the technicians are very good at their job, but the customer service was very poor.I am grateful for their time and efforts, but it was too much time and I ended up paying almost as much for lawn care as the lawn mower was worth waiting for it to get done. I would not recommend.

I own an husqvarna lawn mower that needed warranty work. It has now been in the shop for over 4 weeks out of the last six weeks. Every time I have talked with them they have a new excuse. First it was waiting service kit to repair problem. That took 2 weeks to replace kit. When I brought it home to try it within 20 minutes I once again had no reverse. So I returned it to be fixed once again. Thats been over two weeks now. When I called DeBeers the told me that they were waiting go a checklist from husqvarna. When we called husqvarna they told us there was no such No such a checklist. So I not sure what to think other than they tend to blow off fixing it because it is warranty work. Meanwhile my grass gets longer. I would not recommend taking any warranty issues to this business. But that means I will have to haul it to another business but that about 50 miles away. Tip dont buy a husqvarna lawn mower.
