Purchased two vehicles from this dealership thus far, both have been solid since purchase, and they were a fair value at list price for what we were looking for.Most recent salesperson was Antonio; he was attentive and helped us get a vehicle that fit our needs at a price we wanted.Overall, a relatively painless experience both times, would recommend for if you’re in the area and looking for a vehicle.

The oil change went fine. Went fast. Comfortable wait. Good area for my kid to wait and he enjoyed the popcorn. Short wait. The only problem is the state of South Dakota is currently in a state of emergency due to covid 19. The governor has many state offices closed due to this. The city of Brookings has a mask mandate that most didnt follow. Even the employees didnt follow the rule on the door. It seemed most employees and over half of the customers were not following the city mandate and the signage at the door. Many had close conversations, many went close to employees and employees came close to me without the mandated and dealership required mask. Otherwise the wait was pleasant and went fast. The dealership was clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It went exceptionally well. I like the dealership and the people. I would say 5 star service all the way around other than the states emergency declaration, the city mandate and the signage not being followed.

If you dont know anything about car dealerships or how they work, I would not recommend this dealership to you! They fully take advantage of you if you dont know the process! They are heartless people with zero dignity! Even in times that we are facing with the pandemic, they still scam every penny they can out of you! If you have other options take them. Or atleast save yourself from speaking to sales man Nick.

After months of searching we found the car of my dreams, but almost 3 hours from home. After putting down a small deposit they held the vehicle for me for a few weeks until we could get there. They were able to do all our paperwork via email so the majority of the work was done before we got there. We were there for less than an hour, and that includes them even accepting my trade in. Very satisfied with their service, nice people.

We stopped to look at some cars in Brookings and the guy started out with saying The Price are non negotiable and when I told him we have our own financing he said If you are not using our financing the price will go up $1000. Needless to say not a dealership we will buy a vehicle from.

Purchased a used pickup. Within the first week of owning I noticed the bottom seat heater did not work on either front seat. Called them and they said to bing it back for them to look at. 15 min after their service side pulled it in the technician came and told me everything was working like it should. I did not believe this answer. 200 dollars in GM certified parts and 3 hours of my time I now have heated lower seats. Both lower seat heaters had 31 ohms of resistance. Should have 5-9. Sales side was great. Very happy with the salesman. Service side I am not to sure about.

Always fast and courteous service. Being without a vehicle for 3 weeks is not easy for a busy family. They gave us a loaner the very night of our accident. Daniel said he would do his best to get us our vehicle by Christmas, and he was true to his word.

Dirty sales practices. Test drove a vehicle over night. Returned it at noon. Sales manager snatched the keys and took off without a word. Our salesman had the day off and I respected that. Said Id meet him the next morning. Sales manager proceeded to sell it to someone else with hours of us returning it without even a word to us.

After my husband was in an accident we went to Brookings Auto Mall for body repairs. Right from the beginning Daniel was extremely helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to contact both insurance companies and saved us the hassle. It is also a wheelchair accessible van. The electronic chip had to be put in at Einsphar since I didnt realize Brookings Auto Mall wasnt a Dodge dealership. He took care of everything!! The body repairs were done very well. He continued to update us and offer a rental but by no fault of their own they didnt have anything wheelchair accessible. The customer service is wonderful. We will be returning customers especially since only a couple weeks after he was run into again. This time with less damage gratefully. I would highly recommend using them for all your body shop needs.

Had to replace Charge Air Cooler and was told it wasnt covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. The car is 2 years old and only 26,000 miles. I took to another Chevy dealership and they honored it and fixed it with no cost. Will not bring my car back here.

I would like to say thank you to Dave and Nate and everybody that I talked to when I purchased the 2016 300 S . I would give Brookings Auto Mall five stars, but when I purchased the vehicle I asked that it be detailed except when I showed up the car had not been touched. I took my new vehicle to the car wash to clean out the door jams, the rags itself were covered in dirt and grime. My young children could clean a car better.

I took my car to GMC dealership to get the heater fixed, and ended up having to pay $450 and still had a broken heater. I was also informed that I’d have to pay another $2200 in order to buy the parts needed to fix my heater and have them fix it. Also keeping my car for 3 days without keeping me informed when they told me that I could pick it up the day after I dropped it off. I ended up going to another mechanic and had my heater fixed in less than a day for under $30.

Had work done to my honda after hitting a deer, front drivers fender, drivers door, mirror, and windshield replaced. It took them about three weeks to get it done but when i went to pick it up i was far from pleased, the hood and the fender gap where so close together you couldnt fit a credit card between it be the other side was huge, the paint had all sorts of imperfections all the way down the side, when they where buffing the fender they burned through the clear coat on my hood and didnt fix it, they replaced the door and when you closed it there was a loud metal on metal clink didnt even sound close to what the other doors sounded like, i told them it was unacceptable and they may try agian to get it right, three more weeks go by they have it done we go to pick it up and the fender is lined up properly paint looks better but still not what it should be door still doesnt sound right but better than before, i said we will take it, if they cant get it right the second time they arent getting it right ever! Driving down the road at 75 theres a high pitch whistle come to find out they broke all the clips that hold the weather stripping on the wind shield and didnt replace it, also found missing clips under the hood, i got a source that said the guy working on my car said i dont know why theyre spendind money on a car thats not even worth it. Best part about them is the loaner car, i will not be returning. Go to Mr.Vs or Aurora body shop instead

Idk if its because we were from out of town, but our drivers side tire fell off. 3 of the lugs snapped off and were stuck inside the bearing. Easy fix to get the lugs out. They told us they couldnt do it (because they didnt know how) so they decided that they would replace the whole bearing. Which should only cost 400 for a 2000 Pontiac. They wanted 700. We decided to take it somewhere else. The person we took it to was able to get the lugs out for cheap, and other places quoted 400$ to replace the bearing. I would recommend Rons auto repair or the automotive service center before these crooks!!

Just days after purchase the driver window got stuck and cannot be used. The vehicle is now having trouble starting and it looks like the water pump is leaking! Not what one wants in a vehicle coming off a car lot! Buy as is - just a lazy way of getting out of fixing things and then you put it on the lot to sell?! Not good business!

We had a very rude salesman. He never introduced himself and went straight to talking to my husband about a vehicle we had zero interest in. I explained several times we had no interest in that vehicle with no acknowledgment from the sales person. When I became upset over my apparent invisibility he gave me a nasty look and asked me to calm down. Finally he stood and introduced himself and offered to shake my hand. which I shook then he proceeded to insult my method of hand shaking.
