This place has the prettiest houses I’ve ever seen! The salesman and manager were very nice and helpful. They have the best prices of any lot we visited. Lots of homes to look at! I will be buying here soon!

I appreciated the service at Magnolia Estates in Brookhaven, but their business practices is less than normal in my opinion. Maybe they need tocommunicate the policy and procedures in more detail so potential customers want be caught in a situation like I was. Fortunately I was able to correct my situation though my bank. Explain in details what your policy and procedures are. Who knows maybe Ill go back.
