Ive requested 3 appointments for an allegedly free covid test because my doctor is requiring me to do so before returning to their clinic. I have got no response all 3 times and u cannot request the test by phone. It has to b done via the internet by u. They have a system by which they govern themselves. That system is broken

Walgreens stop being cheap as hell and hire more ppl and probably need to pay better while ya at it. Awesome amazing staff that is definitely understaffed being forced to work on windows 98 computers

Scheduled 2 covid vaccines and both times I went they didn’t even have them. Two trips- 60 miles for nothing! Why schedule appointments if you don’t have the vaccines!!

Hanging up on someone 5 times is uncalled for!! Never recommend them to anyone slow service and one rude employee that keeps on hanging up on me and giving me lip! Sooo uncalled for!!

Whenever I go to Walgreens everything be nice and right and its be clean all the time and they help you with what you looking for and the pharmacy is real nice

Customer service in the pharmacy could be a lot better. Just rude.!! I will be moving my prescriptions else where soon as I can.

Been on hold with them for over and hour. I called them to get a prescription transferred their making me find out the mg then they hung up on me. Very rude wouldn’t recommend.

Worst walgreens Ive ever used. Had an experience similiar to others of wrong prescriptions being filled and had to go back 3 times before it was finally corrected. Customer service is awful at the pharmacy and wait times are ridiculous.

I have always loved our local Walgreens! Today I needed help with an exchange that had no receipt. The assistant manager, Austin, was so patient and kind to help me with this exchange. The reason why this is so important to note, is because he was extremely busy and there was always the chance he could have given me the brush off. Instead, he took his time and handled the exchange for me and was smiling the entire time. I have always loved Walgreens perfume and makeup selections and they have great sales! I am totally serious when I said they have great sales! If you have a rewards card and you accumulate points when you go, you will be amazed at the savings you receive! Hats off to Austin and our Brookhaven Walgreens!! They are a very classy store! 🤗

I received email that my photos were ready to be picked up. Cashier at register in the front was extremely nice but the manager rude and unprofessional not only to us but another lady that he just walked off from. Apparently this is normal for him. Upper management needs to read the reviews and do the appropriate thing. REPLACE HIM. There is no excuse for rudeness and being unprofessional. If you don’t like people find another profession.

Wife had Doctors Appointment on 2/12/20 in which he called prescription into Walgreens in Brookhaven. We went by Walgreens to see if they received the prescription on 02/12/20 and they stated that they had. On 02/13/20 at approximately 1:30 pm we called Walgreens to make sure medicine had arrived as it had to be ordered. Pharmacy stated that it had arrived and would be ready within the hour, we told them no hurry because it would be after 4:00 pm before we could pickup the meds. At 4:00 pm we went to pickup the prescription and you guessed it NOT READY due to them not reading the prescription and giving us name brand instead of the generic. Was told to have a seat and they would call us when it was ready, well after 40 minutes latter and asking to see a manager, ( which one never came) they finally was able to get a 2 week prescription filled x 2 daily. How hard and long does it take to count 28 tablets.

The lady at window didn’t speak clearly or speaker not so great and she got rude and rolled her eyes a yanked things around no thank you or anything

I went in the Brookhaven store this morning and there was one cashier that had a void but there was a line. The manager rolled her eyes at while the cashier was explaining the void. Everyone patiently waited but the manager to me acted un professional and the cashier was very nice. 8-12-19 7:40 am

Very clean and professional.

Everything marked on sale was.I forgot my Net Spend card and had to return to my vehicle just outside in handicap parking to get it. Returned with it in 5 mins. Cashier was still very polite . It was a good experience.

Very slow. Had to go in three times to get our medicine done right. They filled medicine that we didnt request to be filled and didnt need while not filling the one we had to have. Had to wait another hour and still did not fill it. Its ridiculous and definitely needs improvement.
