Great customer service and there was an amazing sale going on!

I went there today for a product that IHave used for a number of yrs.and was directed to it right away. The manager really knew her inventory and was fantastic help.The store was well stocked and organized.The reason I gave it 4 stars ,instead of 5, is that checkout was painfully slow.After all one person can only do so much. There were 2 other employeesthere in the back of the store, maybetaking care of business behind the scenes , but when there is a long linewith items in hand to check out and one checker, who has to literally leaveThe cash register to go check a price..Its bad business to me. Had I not really needed the hair product...I would have put it down and walked out!

Good selection. Helpful staff. Beware of the manager! Shes rude and quick to accuse customers of shoplifting...

Was in and out fast the lady was extremely nice and helpful

Some times they are rude. Or dont help you in the way you need. It looks like the promotions or gifts dont last...
