Apparently they dont need my business. I called them before buying a cylinder with their label from a third party to make sure there would be no issue exchanging it. They didnt ask what size or if I had an account, they just said I could just bring it in. So I bought the cylinder, brought it to the store, loaded it onto their dolly, and they refused to accept it without an existing account. Youd think it would be just as simple as filling out a form there and voila an account...but no, they said they could email me an application to print, fill out, and email back, to start a several day process to open the account. They couldnt be bothered to mention that when I called last week and they tried to sell me a smaller cylinder without an account for three times the price of what I had just bought, all in all wasting 2 hours of my time to make the trip. If you can avoid doing business with this company, I would highly recommend it, because apparently they dont need the money.
