Went there yesterday and got a bunch of different ice cream. Very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend for the entire family. They have dairy free and sugar free options as well.

You need to go there. From the owners to the staff they are the best. This year they had children visit Santa Claus threw there from store front window. Was the best time.

This place has been open in our town for several years, and only this winter have I decided to go visit. It is a regret of mine as we had some ice cream that was delicious and a very friendly service so now I feel bad that I let them down by not having gone and visited more prior. They are currently closed for the winter so I cant go back until they reopen in the spring and that makes me sad.

I love zoo city treats. Its a bit hectic in the summertime, but now its perfect. I was waiting for my husband to get off the train, it was so cold out, and I had my 5 year old with me. I went in and asked if they had warm things. The lady was super nice, and told me they have hot chocolate, soup, and coffee (regular and flavored). I ordered the hot chocolate with whipped cream, and she even had me test the temperature to make sure it wasnt too hot for my daughter. She even suggested coffee for my husband. She then noticed I had my dogs and asked if they wanted water (they were outside). She also turned on the TV for my daughter and let her wait inside where it was warm. I waited outside with my dogs. Though I wouldnt give the hot chocolate 5 stars, the customer service and offerings were excellent. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Zoo City Treats!!

Spotted this place out of the corner of my eye. Theres a fairly large eat-in area, and a smaller outside seating area. The candy, sweets, and ice cream that they offer is a great variety. Wildly fun flavors of ice cream with color-changing spoons, who doesnt love that? Enjoyed the service as well.

Its a cute small town shop with all the charm. It has a whole freezer of non dairy and sugar free options, toys for sale and candies for kids who want to stroll in for something small. The variety of ice cream is amazing, maybe about 30 flavors? They made a Troll cake for a birthday that was our of this world.

Stopped in with some friends after walking around Brookfield Zoo. We were greeted by the young staff behind the counter. They were helpful and willing to assist since it was our first time there. More than enough selections to choose from. Overall great experience, I would be back in a heart beat!

We stopped here for ice cream cones after visiting the zoo. The ice cream is yummy and they were huge!

Great local shop, ice cream and not your every day flavors. Cupcakes and made fresh and many types choose from. Soup of the day for lunch and hot sandwiches coming soon. They shop also has an assortment of candy.

I love the shave ice! Its not exactly like real Hawaiian shave ice but its a satisfying alternative and much closer than Oahu. The ice cream is also very good and they have lactose free options. There are also fun candies and treats. We go every couple of weeks and really love it.

I go there to get the milkshake. It is one of the best I had. I ask Fred for the usual.

We normally go to oberweis but we finally tried the local ice cream shoppe. THE SPOONS CHANGE COLORS! That was a fun surprise and the staff were friendly. I like that they dont use Styrofoam for their containers but they also dont recycle the plastic ones they use. Ill make sure to request that they do so in the future.

Very homemade and cute local shop, ice cream is above Baskin Robins good. They do the fun flavors very well ( Im keeping an eye out for banana pudding again ).
