We have nothing but issues with our system. Constantly having to pay for additional and replacement items. The coordination with the security system has been a nightmare. Firetrucks and police coming to our house for false alarms.

Would not recommend. Very poor customer service and experience.

Mark installed our closets and home theater, he did a great job and would use again!

Terrible service. Made me pay 100% up front for a home theatre upgrade. Had to wait over a month for equipment to come in and then another 2 weeks to get installer out to my house. System still not working correctly , installer failed to show up for appointment to fix , and now I’m told he can’t come out for another 3 weeks. Ridiculous, never again!!

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. We have done large closet jobs with them and, most recently, did 2 small spaces that turned out fabulous and are much more user friendly now. Christine, the designer does a great job and the installers are absolutely wonderful. Very efficient and our jobs turned out fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone!

The closet system Christine Martin (American In Home) designed for our small condo was excellent. She designed a solutionn for each closet that optimized the space without making it cramped. Christine was extremely easy to work with and obviously is a professional in closet design. I would highly recommend Christine and American In Home.

A hidden gem. Love this place! They have an actual showroom where you can actually kick the tires plus its a home idea center where you can see displays from various contractors all in one large building. Siding, doors, safes, mailboxes, decks, patios, windows, roofing, landscaping, flooring, weather vanes, and everything else you can imagine that is related to homes is all there under one roof. Was kind of like a home show but with no pressure to buy.

What a great company to work with. Very punctual, efficient and professional. The installers were very clean, neat and professional. Would definitely recommend them. We plan on having them back.

They only sell vacuums. They wont repair what they sold the customer. Why would anyone buy from here?

Built a home with Westridge. American In Home did the CAT6/RG6 wiring. The rep we worked with was somewhat inflexible when it came to not wanting RG6 terminated in the same place as the CAT6 for certain runs. He kept referring to your package contains this many runs of both vs one or the other. No idea why until after we moved in. Apparently the cabling they used is molded together (CAT6+RG6) so both types run together. I love how their decision to use this type of product determined final connection availability in a customized home. My fault for not pushing back harder. Also, 1 of the CAT6 runs needed to be re-terminated on the wall plate side. No idea what type of certification if any was performed.
