Service was fine, price was fair but the place is disgusting. Dog pee pads soaked were my shirts are stacked.

This place is DISGUSTING!! The entire shop smells like an ashtray and now my garment smells like one too!!!

Hello! I am visiting my cousin for her wedding in Milwaukee. I am giving embroidered towels to her and her husband however, I accidentally misspelled her name!This mom-and-pop embroidery shop was absolutely kind and helpful. When I called in to ask aboout getting the embroady corrected, the owners were comforting and letting me know that they would be able to help me. Not only were they attentive to my needs, they were able to make the embroidery correction in less than a 24 hr turn around time.Super grateful and glad I chose this business. Kindof a hole in the wall joint, seems real disorganized but my stuff came out looking awesome! Really brought out the design I was looking for.
