My fiance and I came to Jared to look at engagement rings together in February, 2020. It was our first time ring-shopping together so naturally I was very excited to try on all different kinds of rings. We ended up finding the perfect ring that day, which my fiance later purchased and proposed to me with in July, 2020. I took it in to get resized assuming it would take them several days to get the ring back to me. I couldnt have been more pleased with the quick turn around time to get the ring re-sized.Fast forward to March, 2021. I was so pleased with the engagement ring that I knew we would have to go to Jared for wedding bands. I touched base with Michelle who made herself available to help us try on bands. She invited me to send her photos of bands I liked and had some ready for our appointment with her. Listen up guys, and ladies: I’m going to share with you my experience with shopping at Jared and tell you why you’re making a good decision purchasing here. I bought my wife her engagement ring here 5 years ago. Married for 4 years now and the ring is still fairly new. Recently my wife was loosing multiple diamonds several months in a row, and the gold was cracking on the band. Thankfully we purchased the warranty (MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS) and Jared replaced the diamonds and fixed the ring at no cost. However after frequenting the shop for repair, we were informed that this was very abnormal, and coming in this often for repairs signified that there was something really wrong with this ring. We were told that my wife’s ring (the metals of) may had been contaminated in the very making of it causing it to continuously loose diamonds and fracture. Without hesitation, Michelle at Jared bent over backwards to either have my wife’s ring completely recreated from scratch, or offered to provide for her a brand new ring of her choice at same value as the original purchase. Either way, we were getting a brand new ring and we didn’t even have to ask for it. My wife is SO in love with her new ring and our experience with Michelle. I can bet you guys this is not a normal thing that happens often, but what I can guarantee you is that if anything goes wrong, or if life does happen to your jewelry, Michelle WILL take care of it. My wife went from heartbroken to happier now than with the first ring. If you’re going to invest a lot of money in a fine piece of jewelry, make sure you get a jeweler that you can trust. And one that will go to the moon and back to make sure YOU as a customer are highly satisfied. I strongly recommend working with Michelle at Jared.

I’ve had the worst experience at Jared Jewelry ; they are very UNPROFESSIONAL At the Brookfield , WI location and was attempting to overcharge me just to look at my wedding ring and to fix it. I purchased a bracelet and a necklace and both items broke within a year , I barely wore any of the items only on special occasions. The associate was very rude and nonchalant about everything and wanted to OVERCHARGE me to repair the broken items. It is False advertising. Jared is a bunch of BullS***. I am very unsatisfied and will be closing My account.

Amy was absolutely outstanding. She was very patient and helpful with me in trying to find the right design for an engagement ring. This is one of the biggest moments of my life and I couldn’t have created the perfect ring without her. She listened to what I wanted in a ring and gave me plenty of different choices. We eventually found the perfect one with all the customizations that I was hoping for. She was very understanding in my unique situation but we eventually got everything worked out and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. Great store to shop at! I always work with Amy and my wife has loved all the jewelry I have bought at Jared. Amy helps me pick out the best items. Recently I was in picking up a necklace. My wife and I are celebrating our five year anniversary and I wanted to get her something. I made an appointment and let Amy know my budget for the necklace. She showed me options and gave me great advice like buying something that had five stones or five pieces in order to tie it in with the five year anniversary. I did find one necklace that I particularly liked, but it was a bit out of my price range. Luckily the store was running a promotion where the more you spent the more you could save. This discount put the necklace right in my range and I was able to buy it for my wife. My wife loves it and its now her go to necklace.

Im not sure who helped me today, but the woman who resized my Longines watch did a terrible job. She damaged the links, put the split pins in backwards, and was pretty pushy when I was trying to get the right fit. Its too bad.EDIT: Increased from 1 to 5 stars. The manager contacted me to resolve the problem. She ordered new links for me, and replaced them at no charge. Now my ring is there being repaired, after a really great employee (shout out to Sarah!) helped me out - good customer service is important to get repeat business, I hope to continue a good relationship there for my jewelry needs!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful, personalized service provided by Mycul Sturm at this Jared’s location. The care she takes in remembering the preferences and taste of my mother while I assist my father in shopping for gifts is remarkable. She continues to look for pieces featuring a dragonfly to represent a lost loved one of ours as well. We always know we’re in good hands and that she has already thought of certain items when we visit. We continue to recommend her services by name to our friends and extended family.

I bought an Omega watch from Tierney and she was excellent! She had us walk outside to look at the different watches in natural light which helped in my selection. After one of the small diamond stones in my wedding band fell out, I was assisted by Sarah and Michelle to explore options for its replacement. At first, I was not fully enthralled with the three options I was given which either was to replace my original wedding band completely (I wanted the band I got married in) or offer a new custom band which would have cost a lot to make and still wasnt the band I got married in. Upon my further appeals to explore additional options, however, they rallied for me and were able to save the original band with another diamond. I was very, very pleased with the outcome and with the teams willingness to go the extra mile for me. Thank you for saving my wedding ring!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring with Mycul’s help and it is the most perfect ring I could ever imagine, it’s 100% me. In fact, I purchased a watch online and was interested in getting a different band. She contacted the company for me and made sure I got what I wanted and saved me a bunch of money. I worked with Michelle at Brookfield and she was wonderful! I wanted to send my military son a special gift since he has been in for a year and wanted to celebrate his year anniversary in the AF. I chose a chain with a medallion as I knew he would be able to wear it with his uniform. It turned out to be such a beautiful piece of jewelry. Mycul, the sales associate, went the “extra mile.”I went to Jared‘s to have a necklace shortened that was a birthday gift from my daughter. Mycul measured the necklace so the right amount of links were taken out. Upon learning that the necklace was costume jewelry she wasn’t sure if it could be done. Not only did they shorten my necklace immediately but there was no charge. I need my wedding band repaired in the near future and I will definitely go to Jared’s.

We’ve spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. However, over the years with staffing changes the level of customer service has declined. Prices remain high but standards have not. Unfortunately this is the only location left within miles from our home. Not sure if we will make future purchases from this location.

A few months ago I worked with Heidi to find the perfect engagement ring for my beautiful fiancé.She worked so hard and together we created the perfect ring that my fiancé loves. Everyone who sees her ring loves it as well.I would recommend Heidi to anyone who is looking for the perfect ring!!

I have been to this Jared two times this week and each experience was like night and day. The first time it was a wonderful and pleasant experience. Today I felt VERY rushed while picking up my wedding rings and trying to purchase another pandora bracelet, earrings and charms. I was rushed to spend my money and the sales associate kept asking me ANYTHING ELSE!?!?!?! The greeting was awful and she seemed very frustrated that she couldnt find a bracelet in the size that I needed. We are usually here at least 3 - 4 times a year, and i was not happy with this visit.

I found the one great Karen of the world! She brought amazing energy, and made the whole process a lot of fun!
