The employees here have always been very nice and friendly. I am giving this store 3 stars due to the fact that employees are responsible for ringing up sale prices and they do not just scan in. I have had to return to the store on more than once to have a receipt corrected.

I received horrible customer service at this store. I called ahead of time to find out if an item I found on line was in the store. I was told they had 6 of the baskets I was looking for. I went to the store later that day and showed the people I asked a picture of what I was looking for. Not only did they not no what I was talking about but their attitude was horrible😳they appeared to have no desire to help either! Even after showing them a picture with a SKU number. I will not be returning to this store again

Found some cool stuff. The woman (Abby, I think?) who helped me cut the fabrics I got was really nice and fun to talk to. The check out line was rather long, but every one working there were nice and tried to be quick which I was thankful for. Definitely coming back again for the great customer service

We always find what we need for craft and decorating projects when we come here, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Paint, fabric, photos and framing, home decor, scrap booking, knick-knacks, even candy. You can find it all here. Every time we go to Hobby Lobby it has been a positive experience.

Outstanding selection of items. Most items are competitively priced; I thought the furniture, however, was a bit pricey for the quality. There is no shortage of decorative signs here for any interest you can imagine. I would like to see more Marvel signs, but I am a bit biased. :)

Did not find what I was looking for- was understaffed with harried employees.

I had the pleasure of having CC help me create a beautiful floral arrangement for the planter that will be placed on my parent’s cemetery base. Not only is she talented and creative, but her kindness and caring helped make a bittersweet situation more comforting.

Very helpful staff in fabric and in framing depts. And all of their merchandise is quality. Not so impressed with 3 cashier clerks standing together talking while people waiting for one cashier.

Love this store! It is consistent in its clean/orderly appearance, product avability AND, staff that is always friendly and willing to help.Irene, whom we later learned managed the framing area, was very helpful.She, like my husband, is an artist, and shared pictures, as they discussed painting hints/tricks with one another.It was so refreshing to find people interested in taking time to talk with you. Always find what i need. Good health protocols in staff all wearing masks. Well lit and wide areas to do shopping. Needed specialty items like oil based markers and a wide variety compared to Walmart. Good place for hobby stuff!

The staff here is so nice and helpful, and they all wear their masks, but I won’t be returning to this location after seeing so many guests not wearing masks or practicing social distancing.

Such a great store, such a great selection

Most everything was on sale when I went. It was 17 days till Christmas and ALL their Christmas items were at least 50% off!! I couldnt believe it! I really had a hard time controlling myself from just buying what I needed at that time.

This is a well stocked store and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I normally do not shop in a store of this style, but I was here with my wife and she was very happy with how the store is laid out and how well stocked or identified everything is.I did like how it was clean and well kept up. nothing seemed out of place or lacking in maintenance.Overall, a good experience.

LOVE this store!! Its an afternoon field trip for me and I look so forward to it. SO many wonderful items to look at from decor to supplies. Always have sales, store is clean and well laid out. Definitely one of my favorite stores! They are closed every Sunday so keep that in mind when planning to shop there

You could spend hours at Hobby Lobby looking at all the great stuff they have there. I never leave there without buying something and I usually find what Im looking for. I just started going there about 6 months ago dont know why I never went before. Its now my go to place for lots of things for decorating!!!

There is so much variety. Something for everyones decorating style.

They measured my fabric incorrectly making me short by over a yard of fabric and causing me to have to find a longer length at another store where they were also very rude.

Clean arts and crafts store. We stopped in to get some stuff to redecorate our bathroom. It was nice to see a variety of styles and with a little imagination and some creativity you can make anything.

So nice. This store has so many things for all kinds of hobbies. The staff are very present, helpful, and nice. Their yarn/yarn crafts section is only like 3 aisles but they are packed with stuff. The whole store is extra neat and tidy.

Okay, now I know what everyone is talking about with this place. Went in for 2 specific items. Came out 45 minutes later with a full bag! The staff was so friendly, and the product deals were awesome. I will be back!

I buy all my art supplies from Hobby Lobby. Prices are really good, in fact they are running a 50% off sale on all Christmas supplies. Returns are easy and a bonus, go to thier website and use the 40% of coupon on any regular priced item.

Big box store with no heart or soul.

Hasseleless, no receipt return. Needed more cashiers available for line backup. Too soon to be setting up Xmas displays! No time to shop. Store looked nice from what I could see.

I like this store, but have always ti be checking the prices, specially if they are on sale, because sales prices had to put manually.

After being followed throughout the store not One sales person Spoke or even asked if Ineeded help. I Refuse to patronage my business with Any of their stores(Out of State too)

Love this place ! Youll never leave empty handed. Its that kind of store I could walk around in for hours. Projects of all kinds , beautiful accent pieces, lamps , pictures , even furnishings for your home. There always celebrating at least 1 holiday of new and exciting things for the home. Try it , I think youll love it as much as I do .

Decent craft store with a little bit of stuff for most arts and crafts. Good floral section-- the plants, though fake, are pretty good quality, and they have a cute collection of garden accessories. Extensive drawing/painting section. Good selection of beads, scrapbook supplies, kids crafts, and home decor. Yarn selection is good for beginners and charity knitting (limited to acrylics with some cotton and wool). Wide selection of frames in many price ranges, including custom framing options. Impressive fabric and sewing area. Small section for baking and cake decorating. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Great place and very helpful staff

I came in later at night looking for specific photo frames. I had finally found what I thought was the right one. A worker had approached me and asked if I needed help. I politely told him I had to run out to my truck and grab the frame to match it up. He them rudely told me you do know we are closing right? I had apologized saying that I had no idea that I just really quick had run in. He just walked away. I bought them and thankfully they were the right ones. I understand it being the end of the day but still was within the business hours.

They had numerous holiday decorations. Many things to make crafts. Craft kits, silk flowers. I was impressed with the wooden dollhouse. They are many styles to choose from. You can put it together or pay more & have someone do it for a lot of extra money. They also have trains and car models. I really enjoyed their seasonal isles.

Awesome place! Endless craft and do- it yourself projects, in every shape, size, and color, fun personal gift ideas for adults and kids! You need it, they have it, and then some! Prices do vary but you wont regret it..Go visit and you will find things you didnt even realize you NEED in your life!

Great selection of holiday trimmings.

Very good selection of house decor along with everything you could need for your arts and crafts hobbies. They even have Marvel and DC Comics decor! I find that they often have good sales as well.

I am giving it a 3 star for customer service. They never have people willing to help you on the sales floor. You literally have to walk around to find someone or be super knowledgeable of what you’re looking for & where it would be. They aren’t that friendly and welcoming. They have a 40% coupon that I use that’s the only reason I go back is with that code the prices are great!!!!

This hobby lobby is very large and extremely well organized. The store carries a wide range of products, including supplies for jewelry making, baking, party planning, scrapbook ingredients, sewing, glass and wood hobbies, wedding, painting, drawing, etc. They also offer home decor and furniture. The store stocks a large selection of seasonal items for many holidays and celebrations.If you can get past the Jesus agenda, you will love the store. If Christianity is not your religion, you might still enjoy it, although they do offer a lot of products geared towards Christian holidays and traditions.

If you need to have something framed or looking for some unusual gifts this is the place to go. The framing shop within the Hobby Lobby is outstanding and the customer service is the best. However at this time of year there are so many request for assistance that there is a little bit of weight to be served however it is well worth the wait!!

Very friendly staff! I came in right before closing on a Thursday night and the man who checked me out was still cheery. He didnt seem tired and didnt try to rush me at all.

Only place Ive seen sells quilling tools. The fabrics are DEFINITELY better quality, and the daily prices of the fabric are super friendly. If youre looking for seasonal home decor, this is the place. BEWARE! They have candy from at least my childhood close to the register, the temptation is real.

I like the selection of items for sale. Priced medium to higher end but usually the quality matches the price. The staff goes above and beyond to help without crawling into your hip pocket. Can browse for as long as needed. Anybody you ask for something knows exactly where it is, how much stock there is and always have a smile to give you. Very well managed! Kudos.

Prominent signage would really help, but this goes for all HL locations. I only shop there as a last resort because its difficult to find what I need.And more cashiers during busy times, plus using a barcode system would speed up checkout.Staff is always helpful and pleasant, though.

Hobby Lobby is one of the best stores to go to decorate your house. They always have a wide variety, great sales and coupons. They also have a great variety of craft supplies as well.

Truly love this Hobby Lobby. It had all the paint supplies I needed and more! The employees were also very friendly, made the experience better. I highly recommend this Hobby lobby, it has anything you need and more, espeshially for a painter.

Wow this place is overwhelming but boy is it a nice establishment. While I may have no clue how to navigate the store, all of the ladies who do are very friendly. Its almost as if there are so many options for things like picture frame, that sometimes you cant find just the simplest thing. Which can be upsetting. But then again, the wonderful ladies are there to save you.

If you like arts and crafts or interior decorating this is your place to go. There are so many types of wall art and boxes and a huge selection of candles. If you like Michaels this is a step up
