I had a three year old laptop that was slower than molasses on a cold winter day. I was ready to chuck the computer and buy a new one. I found Right Click Computer Services and talked to Wally about whether my laptop could be improved and worth keeping. Within minutes Wally gave me an option to upgrade the computers RAM and hard drive and he had the new equipment installed within 24 hours. After spending months trying to get a laptop fixed at a chain store computer repair service, I was referred by a coworker to Wally at Right-Click Computer Services. Just had my computer repaired at Right-Click Computer Services. Excellent and speedy service, reasonable prices. I called this afternoon because I was getting what looked like malware messages. When I Googled the messages, it was apparent that this was an issue with other users. I was told my mother board was fried by a computer export at a competing business (For the second time in 20 months) and was told just to buy a new laptop (twice). So, 2nd opinion needed.... I called Wally. He told me to bring it in after describing the problem to him on the phone. I think he had doubts the mother board was the problem. I was petting his pooch when he said to me, i think i found your problem, for a $20 counter fee. Within 6 minutes of me walking in the door, he had my lap top fixed and powered up (loose board). Like these other reviews attest to, save time, aggravation, stress and money, and just go see Wally.

I have used this shop 3 times. Always good, honest service completed to satisfaction. Very trustworthy and explains the details. As for price, cheaper than Best Buy! The ambiance as stated above is true, but thats because the guy works hard there , hes not out to sell overpriced products. Its all about fixin and he does it well.

He honestly cares about taking care of his customers and goes above and beyond to deal with whatever computer needs they may have and to do the right thing for them. He clearly has the technical skills and experience to deal with a wide variety of computer problems. Additionally, he has quality, reliable pre-owned systems available at very reasonable prices. I have dealt with Right Click on several issues and purchased a system from them. GREAT EXPERIENCE...I walked into the store and met Wally. I was traveling on business and my laptop PC screen had suddenly stopped working...so I needed an immediate repair. Wally had an idea what the problem was, and quickly did an abbreviated diagnosis, switching out the RAM boards. The laptop was turned on and worked perfectly...! Wally would not accept a fee as he said he performs an initial diagnostic at no charge. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wally and Right Click Computer...!
