The service is great at first. Once we got back the quote it was $1000 per room higher than anyone else . We had quoted three rooms of carpet and they were $3000 over the next highest bid . I thought for sure they made a mistake. They didn’t seem to care . I even sent them a copy of the quote from a competitor and Mike said he would share it with the owner. I never heard back . A week later I dropped off their samples. The lady at the front desk said how did it go. I told her how over priced they were. She at least cared and insisted I stay there until I talk to Mike, When Mike came up he said I know. He still didn’t care at all. I told him I don’t know why anyone buy carpet from them because they are so over priced.

It was a delightful project thanks to the staff etc. I’m so happy with the outcome. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Any company can have a variety of selection, but it is the staff that make it exceptional. My experience with Floortech Interiors of Brookfield WI, was wonderful! From my initial meeting with salesman Mike, there were no “high pressure” sales tactics and with installer, Tom, he was very professional and knowledgeable! The job was done right with clean up completed during the timeline given. I am extremely satisfied! I will continue to do business with this company at this high level of service!

We recently had ceramic tile installed. This was a remodel project. Floortech was great to work with and Mike the sales person made the process easy. The tile installer Jeremy did a great job and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Floortech. They were all professional.

We had Mannington Adura Max luxury vinyl plank installed throughout our first floor (approx 1250 sq ft). Everyone in-store, the estimator and installation staff were helpful and easy to work with. The installer was very professional and experienced. The floors look great. Very pleased with this company.

I walked into the store with a friend today. A salesperson finally met me after 10 minutes of walking around the store. He asked what we were looking for. We told him 1,200 ft flooring... We said we were looking at hardwood or luxury vinyl. The gentleman proceeded to laugh and state oyoure going to want to install carpet! When we asked the reason why we would like to do that we were told because it was going to be very expensive.Unfortunately for this particular salesman, Im also in sales and Im quite successful. Money was not an object. We were simply looking for the best flooring for my home.Thats about as much as Id like to stay about that man and his job. I will be purchasing my $20,000 of hardwood from another store.

Amazingly helpful family run business. They do it right. Weve had them replace flooring and tile. Great people!

Floortech had an amazing selection of vinyl plank flooring and very reasonable prices. TJ was a very knowledgeable and nice salesman. We ended up choosing an Evoke flooring product and installed ourselves. There were some planks with manufacturer defects. At a very frustrating point in the project, we called the store and Jay handled it extremely well. They got us replacement planks very quickly and were so helpful and apologetic. You can’t find customer service like we experienced very many places. It’s definitely the first place we will go for future flooring projects.

Love the large selection. They were in the process of moving to a larger space next door when we stopped in, but that didnt stop them from being extremely helpful.
