I had a great buying experience! Rick, the Sales Manager, was GREAT and a super nice guy! Mike, our Salesman, was nice and did a great job helping us! And Kezra was really nice too and did a great job getting us through the process super fast so we didnt miss our baseball game. The Team at Hall Imports is terrific! I would happily buy another vehicle from Hall Imports.

Found a car online for sale at Hall VW, called them to verify the vehicle was still available and ask a few questions on it it etc...was assured multiple times by sales that it was available, I agreed to purchase the vehicle and was told to go online and place a deposit to ensure the car was held while we figured out paperwork, I immediately placed the deposit and was told we could draw up paperwork on the next business day. general manager reached out and was a bit pushy and eventually handed me off to the finance manager, Finance manager assured me the car was ready to go and proceeded to collect all my financial information, did a credit pull to check financing options, the rates they then offered were approx 2% higher than market, I told them i would compare there rate to my bank and call them back shortly, the finance manager was very cagey and pushy......fast forward approx 2 hours later i received a call from another manager at the dealer i did not catch his name but he was very gruff and to the point says, sorry the car your buying is now not for sale......i expressed my frustration as i had started making moves to sell another vehicle, how i confirmed car was available multiple times etc and the manger expressed zero remorse and was like whatever sometimes we make mistakes..i even needed to dispute the deposit to have it refunded ...overall a very poor shopping experience, with very poor CUSTOMER service and unhappy that deal got as far along as it did with my credit even being pulled for a car that they now say is not for sale.....

My 80 year old Mother-In-law came to visit from Minneapolis in her 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan. At the beginning of her trip the check engine light appeared. Fortunately she made it to my home without issue. I called Hall Imports and spoke with Kristen Montini to see if they could diagnose the issue. Although fully booked Kristen found a way to get us in. Upon inspection it was found that the turbo was going out. With parts and time in short supply we were not optimistic that the car would be fixed for her to return home when needed. Kristen went to work and found a way to get the part and schedule us in the next day! I cant say enough about the quality and service that Kristen provided us with. She was caring and detailed in every aspect of the work. I highly recommend Hall Imports service department for all your needs. Great experience!

Went to Hall Mazda to look at the CX-5. Dealt with Connor Williams. He did a fantastic job.He was a very nice young man, didnt play games, was straight forward and didnt waste our time. We ended up buying a new CX-5 and got a decent price on our trade in. I have never traded a car in and always sell them privately. To my surprise it was an enjoyable buying experience. I highly recommend Connor.

The experience started off a bit rocky, walked the lot with no assistance, came back a couple of days later and was assisted, but the guy who was helping me ended up quitting, leaving my info untouched and unprocessed, so I was given the run around for a bit to long, until I was finally able to come physically back to the lot.Anyway, the car I was trying to buy was sold & I really wasnt sure what to do next... Bring in Bruce, the finance guy. Bruce really saved the day. This guy is just awesome. Not only is he just super friendly, but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Bruce found a car that was just absolutely perfect, was able to secure me a deal that I honestly never thought Id even qualify for, and I drove off with my new to me car that same day!Bruce not only got me a car, a great deal, but got me to become a long time customer. I will be back and Ill be a VW purchaser for a very long time to come.I also have to give a shout out to Conner, a sales guy, whom I had the pleasure to work with, he loves his VWs and is extremely knowledgeable and just a really nice guy.I also do have to mention, I started my search at Russ Darrow, and I dont know why, but Halls prices are just way way better, in a pretty big way.Overall, Im extremely satisfied and very happy. I love my car and I love knowing my car, my family and myself are protected, and thats all because Bruce worked some magic and made it all possible. He also held the vehicle we wanted until we were able to get to the lot and had it cleaned for us upon arrival. Extremely happy with the experience and would recommend it to everyone.

Made a appointment to test drive a car Thursday at 1230 mike gave me the keys explain nothing about the car which was a Mazda 3 And said when I was done test driving it just drop the keys and license plate off on the inside of the building he had something else to do

Just purchased a truck from Hall and they did a great job! After a previous horrible experience at a dealership, I was quite hesitant to shop again but Eric, Mike and Bruce did a great job of working with us! They were definitely worth the hour and a half drive down to make the purchase.

Being a first time Car buyer, my fiancé and I walked into Hall Imports looking for a gentleman named Bill. We approached a very nice gentle man by the name of Nate, Nate Blattner was his real name. He said to me that there was no Bill since we were at the wrong location. Ended up being the best mix up. Nate was extremely professional and easy to talk to and made the whole buying experience what everybody should go through. Nate not only put our needs first but made us feel important and made the whole process painless and actually exciting. I would recommend 10/10 coming to hall imports and asking for Nate!

A MUCH better experience here than at Russ Darrow Mazda! Kevin Cronin did not try any trickery or tried adding an extra fees. He was straight forward and did not rush me at all unlike the Russ Darrow location. Everyone that was helping me with this were saying that it was a good deal as I was giving close friends and family all of the information to make sure I wasn’t getting a bad deal. Everything went entirely smooth and my stress levels dropped dramatically. Got a cheaper Mazda 3 hatchback brand new as compared to Russ Darrow’s same exact hatchback but with 9,000+ miles with a higher price. Thank you guys!

I set up a test drive of a Jetta R-Line on June 26th 2020 with Ricardo Rodriguez. My experience with him was everything a customer would want from a sales associate. From the emails we exchanged to set up the test drive, the smile and friendly welcome when I first walked in through the doors, to when I finally received my keys to drive away with a new car, Ricardo was very professional and knowledgeable. I want to share that my customer experience with Leasing Consultant LynnCiriacks and Business Manager Andrew Paszkiewicz at Hall Imports was excellent in terms of their competence, knowledge and how I was treatedin acquiring my leased vehicle at Hall Imports in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Usually when you go to one of this VW dealerships you expect to pay a little extra because of their expertise and it’s ok. Sadly at Hall Import the staff was under qualified to answer the most basic (that I could just googled) questions about my VW. Questions like how many quarts of oil does my car need and how many quarts of addBlue is are needed to fill the tank. Managment should do something about customer care and basic knowledge of the employees that represent your company. At the end of the day the expectation of expertise is your only commodity vs AutoZone or other cheeper options.
