This time, I just called them to see if they were still doing frame repairs on Jeeps. the last one they did for me was outstanding! fantastic on front end work also.

Frame and Axle have my truck for 5 days now, it was only there for a frame inspection. Today they told us they might get to it, at that point (late afternoon)we decided go get it and take it to another shop we have worked with. Everything was fine till we asked for the truck back, then the guy in the wheel chair changed into an A-hole, literally his facial expression went from a smile to a mean angry man face. Then he tried like hell to make us pay a $20 charge for written estimates, but we were not told about estimate fees when we brought it nor on the phone or when we dropped it off. He pointed to a sign on the side wall with service prices (which states $25 not $20, must have been getting a discount). Unfortunately they placed it where they have to point it out to you, you do not see this sign because of where its hung!!! Secondly, they had no paperwork wrote up on the truck, they never filled out an invoice for us to sign like usual, everyones very familiar with the paperwork, , year, make, model, color, state and why its there. So there was and is no evidence that my truck was even at their shop, thats really weird and dangerous, had my truck been stolen I would have nothing to prove it was at their place when stolen. So were waiting for the truck to be pulled around (or so we thought) he informed us it be a few minutes, he was having his guy at that moment write up an written estimate, at which point I firmly said no, we never asked for a written estimate. Total con job!!! So the horror stories Ive read on theyre review site is filled the same horrible bad service stories as mine. Do not use or trust this place. Go anywhere but Frame n Axe! COMPLETE CON JOB FROM THE START. BAIT N SWITCH

I was Driving my Toyota 1997 4runner with 230,000 miles on it Saturday morning to see my parents as I got on the interstate going 70 miles an hour and all of a sudden it felt like the wheel was gonna fall off! This is how some people diealmost lost control of the vehicle and could have easiy rolled veryit happened in front of my mechanics garage is mechanics garage fake God cause I was 200 miles to the West the day before the frame

Kevin the mechanic was absolutely terrific. Very kind and courteous he explained everything that needed to be done and they didnt charge me an are and a leg. The work he did was perfect. I will definitely go there again.

A company you can really trust will take care of your car. Not too many true auto shops left. These guys know how to fix basically everything and if they can’t, they’ve given me great suggestions on where to go!! Would highly recommend to anyone for their vehicle repair needs.

Best service! Been getting my car fixed here for years! Never had any issues always comes out amazing! I came in for a tire rotation and alignment also told them about a knocking in my car when it drives thinking it was cause it needed to be aligned. They aligned it and rotated my tires. It was still making a knocking noise. They test drove it said it was my sway bar links that were rattling. I said go ahead and fix it then. They did my car was so quiet and drove like a dream after! 10/10 recommend! Very well trusted!

A friend of mine kept telling me stories about how good of a job these guys did on his work truck so I decided to take my Toyota 4x4 SUV there. They did a great job and theyre prices are very reasonable (unlike my local Toyota dealer). They can tackle anything. Ill be back.Well I came back and had another positive experience. Thanks Dale!

Terrible customer service, I have tried using there services multiple times and they are very short and rude on the phone.

Worse experience I ever had at a car shop. Would only recommend enemies. Lbvs. Customer service was the worst and it was encouraged by management. Not sure how theyre still in business. Must be the initial prices they quote only to give you partial the work needed. I suspect that they also break other things to get more business. I cant prove it, but way to many coincidences. Dale seemed nice though if thats any consolation. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Had my brakes done last week. Brought my SUV back this morning due to noise- not the brakes. Adjusted the dust plate FOR FREE! 15 minutes and back on the road. Been going there for years, will continue for years to come.

I went to get an alignment for my rig. I was told they couldnt perform the alignment because my king pins were bad, but they could replace the king pins ($3,000+ fix). I then took my truck to my main mechanic shop as I get a lower shop rate through them to get the king pins replaced and they could not find anything wrong with them - virtually no play. Glad I decided to a second opinion and avoided being ripped off. Because of this, I would not recommend this shop.

AMAZING WORK, extremely knowledgeable with our 1968 Nova. Will be our go to place for certain. Dale & his team rock.

Guys were cool. Took 2 weeks to get my Tacoma back from getting the entire frame ripped up. Really pricey, make sure you get a quote in writing.

Charged me $20 in 3 minutes just to tell me I needed a new track bar. Came back with a new bar installed then chatged me $95.00 for an alignment, which was worse when I left, both front tires were then wearing out. The actual hands on time working on my truck, once it was on the rack was less than 10 min. but stood around for an hour. I told them before I took my truck into them, that I had a 3 inch lift installed, caster was not adjusted to compensate. Made another appointment with them, showed up on time and they said that I need to drop the truck off another day. Needless to say Im conning from the other side of town. Owner told me its because I have big tires... soft tires...a lifted truck...rust on the rear axle etc. etc. I know that is all b.s. because many friends have the same truck and tires and no rust is on my rear axle other that discoloration. They never gave me a print out of the alignment, so I did not know what was adjusted? I took my truck in to another shop and they gave me a print out, with no excuses put air in my tires which were way under inflated and asked me was my steering wheel off center, I said yes, they told me, thats all they adjusted. So i am done with Frame and Axle. I dont mind when someone does not understand why something is wrong, but dont make a bunch of excuses and charge me more money than your original quote.
