To this point everything is great.Scott was very helpful in making sure we bought the right machines we needed, not just something that was more expensive.He got us what we needed for the price that was good for us, that included the removal of our old units and the installation of the new ones.The risers for the machines that we ordered will be coming soon, and the Grand is going to send someone out to install them. There will be no additional trip charges or further labor costs.Doug and Candi

Bret at Grand Appliance in Brookfield was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and did a lot of research to help me find a new washer and dryer that would work for a somewhat challenging situation. The prices at grand appliances are great and they have appliances in stock…….no waiting 6 to 8 weeks for delivery . Their customer service is excellent!! Hopefully we won’t have to replace any other appliances soon, but if we do we will go right to Grand Appliance .

If you’re going to Home Depot or Lowe’s to look for appliances, don’t waste your time.In and out in a short time for a washer and dryer, selection was decent (they actually had inventory), and they deliver and set up for a very small cost.Best part - their prices best all the big box retailers, period.

Had a pleasant enough front-end sales experience. Jeff is a knowledgeable salesman. Unfortunately, our experience deteriorated dramatically from there. We understand the COVID-related supply chain delays and busy delivery teams, however, poor communication made the situation much worse. After paying our final bill on June 11, multiple delivery/install crews scheduled for different days/weeks left us with an unfinished set of appliances. In addition, one installation crew damaged our new wood floors, delaying final completion until mid-August, when we once again had to juggle multiple installation crews and lack of communication. Ultimately, it took two months from the time of last payment to finally have a complete install.Demand has skyrocketed for appliances, and unfortunately it seems that Grand does not incentivize their employees around final delivery and installation - lower your expectations as much as possible and plan for lengthy delays.

Would not recommend. They don’t stand behind their product or own up to mistakes. Another reviewer summed it up perfectly:“I dont normally leave reviews...I would give negative 5 stars if I could......the unit arrived and just as I had suspected, it was the WRONG unit! I refused the delivery & called the store. She was not working that day so I ended up talking to an associate who reached out to her by phone. The message she conveyed to me through him was that I can pay the extra money for the correct product or cancel the order....Today I called corporate customer service, talked to a manager by the name of Chris and shared with him my experience. To my surprise, he was as much unwilling to resolve the issue as was Orlee. It was now crystal clear to me as to how she could act so brazenly in her dishonesty. Excellent experience coming off a previous nightmare.... Even in the midst of continuing covid supply chain nightmares. Scott found me a fridge he was quite certain would fit in my small condo, despite my concerns. He was correct! When there was a problem with the doors, they replaced the entire fridge rather than risking my having continuing problems. When I said I needed it immediately because of an upcoming party, they got it scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Excellent customer service and more items available than the big box stores.

I regret ever walking into your store. My calls are avoided and my complaints are ignored. You seem only interested in taking the payment and then there is no communication afterwards at all if there is difficulty with an order or an installation. Your corporate office is awful and your service department is equally awful. I would never recommend to anyone to go to your store again.

We had a microwave die about a month ago and knew our fridge was soon to go as well. We called Grand and worked with Scott. We bought the microwave first and then took home pricing and info on two fridges we were interested in. Sure enough about 2 weeks later our old fridge was barely keeping food cold. I emailed Scott about a sale I had seen advertised and he got me some new pricing on the two fridges. Waiting a little bit saved us a couple hundred bucks. We made the decision and emailed him which one we wanted. Thankfully it was in stock and delivered to us within 5 days! Scott was incredibly responsive via email and the delivery team was great! After contacting several other stores and being advised the product we wanted would not be available until October, Grand Appliance promised the Bosch Series 100 in white in two days.Well see how the pickup goes as my tenants are doing that as well as the install.

We were impressed and bought the one which fit our space. Price was competitive with big box stores and we wanted to buy local. In the past we had only been to Home Depot/Best Buy/Colders type stores to purchase our appliances, believing we were getting a good deal. In reality, Grand Appliance took a dreaded process, requiring lots of due diligence and homework, and turned it into the easiest process of making big appliance purchases we have ever experienced! The personal expertise that Jeff brings is invaluable and honestly we walked out of there with no frustration, exactly the installation specs and info we needed with a much lower investment of time (precious when you have a family of 8!) and with BETTER PRICING FOR BETTER PRODUCTS! In the complicated process of remodeling this was the simplest and best choice yet. I look forward to updating my review once our new appliances are installed.

It was the last day of the local Labor Day sales, and we needed a fridge ASAP... Earlier that afternoon, our repairman from Lake Country Home Services had told us that our old fridge wasn’t fixable. He recommended going to Grand Appliance, which we did. The Brookfield location was open late, which was very convenient for us. When I called, I spoke with Jeff Voyer, who answered all of my questions about the specific LG fridge we were interested in purchasing. He even measured the shelves for me (because those measurements weren’t on the spec sheet). He discussed different fridge options with us as well, when we were at the store later that night. He didn’t try to push us into buying something that was more expensive but that we didn’t need... and again, he cheerfully answered our many questions. He somehow found a fridge for us that could be delivered the following Monday, which is amazing considering the dearth of appliances available due to Covid-19-related backorders and the tremendously high demand of new construction. He gave us a great deal on a high-quality fridge. Grand Appliance has a great 5-year warranty, which gives us peace of mind about our new fridge as well. Definitely coming back! (The next day - as is, at this point, almost comically-typical of 2020 - our stove unfortunately started making funny noises... and our dishwasher didn’t close...so it might be sooner than I’d expected!). We appreciate all of Jeff’s time and expertise.

We know that because of COVID most appliances are delayed and on back order. Therefore, when we went into Grand, we made it extremely clear we want something that is in-stock and will pick out our appliances accordingly. MULTIPLE times I confirmed the four pieces we picked out will be in stock, because I know many are not. Therefore, when our delivery came and only two of the four pieces arrived, I was very concerned. Immediately we reached out to our rep, Jeff, that Wednesday and left a voicemail. Never heard back, so sent a text message. Jeff advised he would look into it. He did not reach back out, we had to message him the following day again. And the next day, and the next. Kept getting the runaround from him. Things such as, Looking into it ,following up, reaching out to my vendor for the next four days. You cant tell me four days after delivery that you cant give me an update on my missing pieces???? (Already paid for in full.) Finally, I called the store five days later. The man who answered told me in a matter of minutes that these are delayed until February. (It is currently November). How come Jeff couldnt give me this information five days ago?? Then he puts Jeff on the phone who says this isnt always accurate and he would follow up with the vendor and let me know by Monday. Monday comes and goes with no update, so I contact him again. Jeff says hes on the other line and will call right back with an update. Never calls back, so I contact him again. Basically he says there is no update but he will have a resolution tomorrow (Tuesday). It has now almost been a week since the original delivery date and I have no clear answer where my appliances are or what steps to take. Either youll have it ready for me or you dont. I dont understand why it takes a week of me badgering and consistently messaging you to get an answer on its whereabouts. It is 3 days from Black Friday and if you cannot get me the item you guaranteed was in-stock then now is the time for me to purchase elsewhere.Jeff finally calls back Tuesday night and says he has two upgraded options and will email them over in the morning. After contacting him several times Wednesday asking for the email, he finally emails over the options at 1:20pm. He states These are both upgraded models. So we take the model numbers and enter them into your Grand Appliance website to review them. Turns out BOTH are just GE (not GE Profile) and BOTH retail for less than the original ones we purchased! So turns out they were both downgrades. Im not sure if he is just trying to trick us or if he is that incompetent.So a week later the downgraded appliances arrive. Several phone calls and text later we are finally able to get a credit for the difference and new invoice. This of course, screws up the rebates. So now Im spent going back and forth with GE for several weeks and still dont have my rebates submitted. GE asks I reach out to the retailer to make the adjustments so now I have to go back to Jeff. After prior experiences with him I can say with confidence that I doubt he will be able to handle this issue with taking care of the rebate for us and I dont even know if it is worth my time trying to get him and continuing to reach out to him to fix this.Sent Jeff several emails where he states he is taking care of it, getting it resolved, etc. Fast forward 1.5 months later and it is now February. Emailed Jeff two weeks ago for an update and havent heard back. Guess Im screwed out of the rebate.

Dishwasher is fine, sales people were nice. Installers and installation fees are over priced.The install fee needs to be explained more clearly. From the sound of it, we paid $160 in the store to have the installer remove the old appliance and plug in the new one. Thats it. Youll have to pay more if there is anything beyond the installer just dropping it off and plugging it in.Ended up having to pay an extra $130 to the installer. The initial install we were charged $50 for a junction box that we were told by Jeff was included. The installation had to be corrected as the dishwasher was not draining, and the installer came back with a new $15 air gap set up, hooked up the tubes, and charged us $85 for 20 minutes of work.Called customer service to try and get an explanation and clarification on the charges. LSS: install pretty much covers the third party installer dropping off, plugging in, and hauling away the old appliance. Youre at the mercy of the installer for anything that may come up as they have no control on what work or charges may be incurredSo we basically paid for the dishwasher full price. The savings went back to grand appliance and the installer.Also, getting ahold of customer service is terrible. They put you on hold after taking your information, then disconnect you. I called numerous times to only sit on hold until it would disconnect, at least 9 times before getting someone besides the hold music.Edit: thanks for the “response” but I understand there could be unforeseen costs associated with the installation. However, Jeff told my wife and me that the junction box would be included when we purchased the dishwasher. And after reading many of the other reviews, I am starting to understand and wish we would have before, but we will be taking our business elsewhere for the rest of our kitchen appliances.

We were in need of a new washer/dryer and thought we would try Grand Appliance as we have in the past. We made our purchase on 2/13/21. As part of this purchase we paid for installation. We decided against stacking the dryer and we were told that a refund would be offered since we did not stack our dryer. Furthermore, we noticed that the installation of the dryer was incomplete and we were told that a refund would be offered for that service as well. 3 months later and no refund!

Scott made the experience much less traumatic. He answered my questions patiently and helped educate me on various washing machines to help me make the best decision for me and my family. He was honest and friendly. The store itself is clean and well-organized. And the best part is that Scott was able to talk to the warehouse and cut our wait time down from what was going to be waiting two weeks for our new washer to be delivered to only a few days! Jeff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. None of the staff were pushy or tried to sell me on a product. They listened to my needs and showed me what was appropriate. Set up delivery and removal of my old appliances was easy and free!

The sales experience was excellent. However, we have had issues with our freezer and a beverage center for our lounge. It took forever to get them to respond to our calls regarding these issues. You would expect better service after spending 40,000$ on appliances for a new construction. Bottom line is they will sell you anything but when a product fails within 6 weeks of install, even though they don’t make the products, they are unavailable to assist with repairs or service arrangements.......

My wife and I have made multiple purchases from the Brookfield Grand Appliance and TV Store. We have worked with Patti Wolf each time. From the minute we walked in clear through delivery and set-up we have experienced 5 Star service. Patti worked with us to determine our specific needs and then worked to match the correct appliance for those needs. She never once tried to push the most expensive models. She treated us like family. We are sold on Grand Appliance and Patti and her staff of professionals.

Every appliance we bought from here needed instant repair. Those were Gas range, dishwasher and microwave. The microwave got repaired 4 times and still does not work. We went with what they recommended as good expensive products and had only disappointments. Please dont waste your time and money going here.

We ordered $7,000 of GE kitchen appliances from Grand Appliance in Brookfield in Nov 2020. Salesperson was Jeff Voyer. We scheduled delivery the night of the sale for Jan 9, 2021. We ordered early to avoid any delays as we were planning to list our house for sale in the spring. We made Jeff aware of this during the sale and he voiced zero concerns since we ordered early. We made a $500 deposit to get things rolling.I am now writing this review on Apr. 18, 2021. We still do not have a single appliance! Appx 2 weeks prior to our delivery date, Jeff called to get payment of the remaining balance. We were set to receive the appliances on Sat, Jan 9. At 5pm Fri, Jan 8th I had not received a call with a delivery window. Tried calling corporate, no answer. Tried calling Brookfield store, no answer. Waited another hour, called Jeff. Was informed our appliances were on backorder and should be in stock the next week. Jeff and I agreed to touch base again on Wed. Wed comes, still no idea if appliances would be available, Jeff says he will be in touch by Fri. No word from Jeff until I had to call him Fri. afternoon. Surprise...no appliances.The game continued for months. Wouldn’t hear anything for weeks until we reached out to get an update. Jeff’s response was typically, let me look into it and get back to you, or I’ll talk to my GE rep and see what the story is and call you back. Only to hear nothing back.Frustrated with the lack of customer service, we started calling corporate. Typically we got general information, but they would always kick us back to our sales rep for specifics. We kept escalating and were told Patty Wolf, the Brookfield store manager, would contact us. Months later, we have yet to hear from Patty.At one point Jeff informed us the fridge was in. I asked to have it held until other appliances showed up, just in case we had to switch brands in order to get a full set of appliances to list our home. He agreed. Days later, I got a call from Grand saying I had a delivery scheduled for the next day. Turns out, someone scheduled the fridge delivery (the salespeople at Grand schedule delivery). Hmmm. I again asked Jeff to hold off on delivering the fridge until they had everything. Apparently, not a good move.Following this incident and 10+ calls to corporate, something finally appeared to change. Jeff started to be responsive. One problem. We were now in the heart of the COVID supply chain crisis. Estimated delivery dates were MONTHS into the future. We pressed Jeff for options so we could list our home for sale. A few options were provided, but couldn’t give any certainty on anything nor guarantee we could get another brand delivered. We stayed the course with the GE appliances after Jeff spoke with his rep and were told mid-April delivery was looking good.One random Tues. in April, received a robo-call from Grand telling me I had delivery scheduled for the next day. What? I hadn’t set anything up; what was being delivered? Apparently the range and micro came in but the fridge was still backordered. The fridge that was supposed to be held for us had disappeared into the Grand blackhole never to be heard from again.We rescheduled delivery for the upcoming Sat.; received the confirmation call the Fri. prior; confirmed delivery. We were finally getting ⅔ of the appliances!Sat. morning we uninstalled existing microwave to be ready for delivery. Had our day scheduled to be home the entire day. 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm. No truck. 6pm, 7pm. No truck, no phone call, no text. Call corporate; no answer. Now we have no microwave, zero appliances delivered. They are probably rattling around on a truck somewhere in Southeast WI, never to be seen again.Five months into this saga we have no appliances nor idea when we are going to get any. When we are actually able to reach someone at Grand, it is a different excuse. Grand still has our $7,000. I’m sure Jeff got paid his commission. I’m starting to think we fell for a Ponzi scheme.

Jeff at Grand Appliance in Brookfield helped with our purchase of a new washer and dryer. One of the best customer service experiences ever! I had called the store before stopping in and Jeff was helpful in narrowing my options down over the phone before I even arrived at the store. When I got there to look things over, he was very informative without adding any pressure to make a particular purchase. Wonderful personality and knowledge of his products. Our machines arrived yesterday and we are so happy with them. Excellent experience from start to finish.
