Friendly staff but they do not allow you to pay for liquor with credit/debit cards. The only option is a shady ATM machine to get cash. Be aware.

This store always has what I need and when they do not, on that rare occasion.... the very nice girl with tattoos behind the counter is very knowledgeable and always helps with an alternate selection. I have read some of the other reviews and it seems like when people don’t get what they want they just complain! Come on... stock is not unlimited people. If you are looking for a wide variety and good service I would recommend this store.

The owner is dishonest about what he has in stock. Today, like any other time I visit Quick Stop, I was told that they did not get a certain bourbon in when I asked about it. Im not one of those people that stand outside the door before they open, I usually check in on my lunch break. I had two friends that enjoy nice bourbons buy this bottle today from there. Two people that they know were denied, like I was. The owner has a lot of complaints from customers because they are treated rudely, much like I was today. I seriously dont care if I get a bottle or not, I am just asking to be treated with respect and not lied to every time I walk in. After multiple poor experiences, I will not be returning and would recommend anyone reading this to be weary of where you are spending your money. Consider a different store, like Giant Eagle, etc. Not worth your time or efforts.

Great place to shop for ur alcohol but what is stopping me from giving this a better star review is that if u want to buy liquor u have to pay in cash and for someone who doesnt carry cash on them that makes it vary difficult to buy liquor

I would of said 5 stars but I have one complaint. First everyone should know if you want it they have it in stock. I go 20 minutes out of my way to shop here because of the selection and the fact they are always stocked. Prices are on par and store is clean and organized. Highly recommended. My complaint is however, THIS STORE ONLY TAKES CASH, SO IF YOU DONT HAVE IT GET READY TO LOOSE 6-8$ AT THE INSIDE ATM TO BE ABLE. Ive been at this liquor store too many times and the staff is friendly but each time the owner is there he could be very disrespectful to customers. I honestly believe customers enable him to be this way because they keep returning to buy alcohol and he feels he has permission to talk to them whatever way he wants. Im sure there are other areas in Cleveland who would not tolerate it. Its wrong for him to disrespect customers. The right thing for anyone to do, in this situation, is not go back to his liquor store.

They dont have a large selection and the atm has to be used for cash if you need to make a liquor purchase. That seems like the owners are taking further advantage of their customers by charging an atm fee. Also, sometimes the lines are long and the people who work there are very lackadaisical.

I’m highly disappointed, the cashier told me I had a fake ID because I didn’t look like my photo. I’ve purchased from this establishment before. I will no longer be a customer moving forward due to discrimination. I will also be filling a report with the Better Business Better Bureau.

Decent selection, but the staff Ive encountered thus far isnt very friendly and is often very short spoken whenever I have questions. Not very knowledgeable about the products sold here, either.

This is a convenient liquor store located centrally in a fairly large neighborhood making it easy to get to. They appear to be fairly well stocked and the staff is somewhat knowledgeable about the items that they carry or things that they might not have in stock. My only complaint is that they are cash only, they do not take credit cards at all. They do have an ATM at the location which of course is going to charge you a fee on top of your banks fee to get the money out to make your purchase. I typically will not go here because of that reason and well go to another liquor store a little bit farther away for the ease and convenience of using my credit card because you never know exactly what youre going to get or how much. Often times I have gone in here thinking I just wanted one thing and I would see something else that I wanted to get but I only had a limited amount of cash in my pocket to purchase the item so I found myself needing to go elsewhere to get something more because I do not have the cash for it. I think they need to change their policy on credit cards because the amount of business theyre probably losing is significant.

I called ahead to check to see if they had what I wanted. I drive all the way out here, get everything I need and the guy at the register says, it’s cash only. When you walk into the store there are huge signs out front saying they accept cards. What a waste. So they’re illegally selling liquor on Sundays, or they are falsely advertising.

Good selection, but some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been here many times and dread going here. It is common for the clerks to ignore you as you wait to pay for 5 minutes if you are the only person there.

I came here for a quick stop with my friend and the person at the counter was rude an condescending. When he asked for her ID he also asked her to recite all information on the card uncessisarily. After this he makes her go to the ATM because its cash only even though there was a credit card pin pad. When we left there was a giant sign that says WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. My friend was profiled and given the run around for no reason, I will not be coming back.

This place has a great selection of liquor and beer. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Very unfriendly staff. The reason for the 1 star rating is you can use your card for liquor purchases depending on whose behind the counter. I came one time bought only liquor was able to use my card came back later in the week bought liquor and cigarettes was told you cant purchase liquor on your card them he told me I could use the atm with a, $2.75 charge good for them. Fortunately my bank was across the street. This is the rudest person here. If you see him be prepared for his rudeness!

Why is this the only dump not to take credit cards? Most you can use debit and giant eagle you can use either. Only broke people carry cash. I left and went to giant eagle to buy a case of absolute for my brunch party.
