This place was sooo good. They have vegan options and butter pecan cashew ice cream which is my favorite. They also have Matcha boba, and it was heavenly. I’ve been to many boba places, but this is probably one of the best I’ve when to. Definitely recommend. Costumer service is also amazing!

Went to find dinner once in town and found this ice cream place. Tons of people were enjoying themselves so we decided to skip dinner and just get ice cream. Everything was so amazing. The gentleman that helped us was super nice. Definitely a must stop place

They have a pretty good selection a flavor for everyone.The vegan ice cream tastes just like real icecream. Im also very appreciative that they have vegan ice cream as my child has a dairy allergy. The best smoothies I’ve ever tried since I moved to Cleveland, had Java, Mocha and cookies and cream for my family and myself and all of them were amazing. Perfect not too sweet just that right taste. Place is super clean and staff knowledgeable. So sad I never stopped by before, will definitely come back

I have been coming here since they opened,I love it here! The workers are so nice and my (5) year old sibling loves it here! VERY kid freindly and super nice!! Just wish they had normal tapioca pearls more often cause their so yummy!! Reccomend coming here! We come here at least once a month. Great shop!!

Just got my first smoothie here and I am sad it took me this long. They have an ALMOND MILK alternative, which is hard to find in Brook Park! This is the best smoothie I ever had. And the facility is so clean. The people working (possibly the owners) were nice and helpful. And they have the cutest sea horses and fishies. ❤️

Weve been here twice and each time we were blown away! I got key lime pie ice cream and my friend got a mango smoothie. Compared to most places, the flavors are really unique and what we tried so far tasted great. The smoothies are made with real fruit too. I got a kids scoop and the portion was still huge, and the prices are definitely lower than most places. This place seems underappreciated and deserves waaaay more business and great reviews. Keep in mind, I also work at an ice cream place - and Charlies is definitely top notch.

This is the cleanest ice cream shop I have ever been in. I am a fat kid, so there have been many. The service was great, the prices are reasonable, great selection, and my family enjoyed the visit. I cannot ask for much more. The kids were given color changing spoons for their ice cream and they loved seeing the fish tanks. We absolutely will be back. I would add a photo, but as mentioned I am a fat kid and there is none left of what I ordered...

Ice cream was great. Service was strange. Even thought I said it was my first time there I did not feel welcomed. So sad otherwise the experience would it be amazing. Sorry for being honest but this will help you become the best business you are able to be. When you have a customer for the 1st time and they let you know at least you tell them here we have these flavors and you can try them if you want to and so on. Just suggestions!! Small establishment with some of the best hard serve ice cream you will ever taste. Great selection of smoothies too. The orange creamsicle is amazing. I happened to stumble across this as I was doing a pick up at the airport. Since that time I make sure to stop in when Im in the area. Make sure you check out the fish tank and the sea horse tank.

First time there, four of us walk in. One couple seated eating their treats. We took a few minutes reading menu. As I was ordering may I please have the guy interrupted me to take next order. I said I was in the middle of my order. He ignored me so I repeated myself. He says he has to keep line moving. We were the only ones in line! Mind you Im holding the money! He takes care of my three companions. Insulted, I chose not to get anything. I paid for our treats. Im sorry but I will not return there and will NOT recommend it to anyone. Life is too short to be treated that way! Ill spend my money elsewhere.Very disappointing. Also we wore masks but workers did not.

What a gem! Milkshakes, bubble tea boba, ice cream, floats, all with vegan options! Very friendly staff, tons of flavors and toppings, and also seahorses. Super excited to have found this place right as the weather is getting warm again, we will absolutely be coming back. EDIT: I didnt know what Popping Boba was, and I also didnt realize Id ordered it. Wild. Experience. I very much recommend the green tea smoothie w. nondairy milk, it is to die for. I am excited to try the taro flavor also. If youre in the market for flavored popcorn and candy corn, they got you covered. They also have treats for the doggos. I live in Lakewood and even if I didnt have friends in Parma, I think I would make the drive for this place.

The ice cream is good, choices like Lake Erie Salt Mine and Black Raspberry Truffle. They even have sugar free! They have a cute fish tank in the store, you must see it!

We went there on a Wednesday afternoon. The line was substantial, but moved very quickly. They have printed menus with a detailed description of each flavor, which helped with the section. One scoop is huge and plenty! Have it in a cone or a dish...same price. The Middleburg was my favorite flavor.

You will not find a CLEANER and FRIENDLIER place for great ice cream. Great and hard working family. Go support them!!

This place has wonderful ice cream and good service :) I absolutely love that they named it after their birds! They have holiday themed ice creams and it’s very nice and clean. They have two fish tanks, one Sea Horses and the other misc. tropical fish. Surprisingly, It didn’t smell at all. The tanks made no noise and were super enjoyable. Bought take out ice cream and they put it in their freezer until we were leaving! Recommended for ice cream 100%

We just moved to Brook Park and discovered this hidden gem. First of all its SUPER clean and opened all year round. There are so many ice cream and smoothie flavors to choose from. They have a nice seating area. The owners are very very nice. I have been getting ice cream and smoothies here at least twice a week. In my personal opinion, its way better than Honey Hut and Dairy Queen. The prices are normal and not overpriced. Best of all it is walking distance from my house! A must visit!😁

The ICE CREAM is so good here! Plus its locally made! I love that! The owner was a little stiff and not happy with the numerous questions I was asking, but I was trying to pull him out of his shell! I am not from the area and thus wanted to know about the shop and its ice cream varieties. The shop is named after the owners 2 birds. I asked about them, but just got a simple, yes. Regardless, the ice cream was SO GOOD and I will return.

Hidden gem! Best ice cream parlor in Cleveland. A large selection of flavors by Country Parlor - locally made - including the best vegan ice cream Ive ever had: non-dairy cookies and cream (no upcharge for vegan, unlike other places that serve Country Parlor). They offer bubble tea besides the usual shakes, sundaes, and cones. The establishment is always neat and clean. Complimentary ice water, free use of phone chargers, super cool aquariums, ample parking, friendly owners, and excellent prices. 10/10 highly recommend

I came across this place randomly and let me tell you I’m so happy I did! The ice cream is yummy, so many flavors to choose from! But what impressed me the most is how clean this place was! You can definitely tell it’s a family business and the owner seems to work very hard to please every customer! They cleaned and sanitized the area many times! Can’t wait to come back again!

When we got there, we saw that there was many flavors for their ice cream and smoothies. We both got the green tea smoothie after our visit to Planet Fitness! Fabulous and very tasty! Nice crew and they have fish, board games, and nice dine-in area! Definitely coming back soon for some ice cream!!!

A little gem hidden in a plaza. Multiple vegan options that taste better than anything from a grocery store. A ton more options for those with no dietary restrictions. Even sell ice cream for your pups! Very pleasant owners. Will definitely be going back. Pleasant surprise especially on a hot day.

My husband and I come from Wisconsin into Cleveland occasionally to visit family. We have been coming here to get some ice cream. The ice cream is so good and a very good price! The service is top notch. The owner is very friendly and the place is always spotless!! I would recommend this place to everyone!! I just wished we lived closer!! 5 stars for the ice cream! The owner is amazing! I believe it’s his wife and son is fine too. It’s the younger girl that makes me feel uncomfortable and she doesn’t smile or greet you well. She makes the orders but makes you feel like she doesn’t want to do it!! I will always come here because I love it but I hope the owner reads this and maybe speaks with her.

Best icecream place, Owners are always so nice and take care of us. My son loves the cookie dough icecream, even last year before the cornia I had about 10 kids for a small birthday gathering. Owners let me put ballons all over and was the sweetest didnt charge me for Birthday boys icecream. Will not go anywhere else. They also get to know you by Name.

Nice little place with lots of ice cream flavors and unique smoothie choices. They have sugar-free and vegan options, which is great bc my husband is lactose intolerant and my father is diabetic.The only thing I didnt see this visit was some kind of coffee flavor ice cream. I think they have a Java smoothie or something like that, but thats not the same as being able to get a sundae with coffee icecream and fudge! Not going to take away a star for that after just one visit, but I hope they consider adding it, if its not in the flavor rotation.
