I live right down the road and love this rite aid, only complaint is this is the third time now, the male pharmacist that works here is the most rude and unhelpful I’ve ever seen at a pharmacy every time you call your he tells you he so swamped and your prescription won’t be ready for hours the chuckles like it’s funny, most recently this morning I called about an inhaler I can hardly breath without it and I called it in yesterday and he still told me it’ll be a few hours. 0/5 five stars his job is to fill prescriptions I’m not sure why it takes so long the giant eagle pharmacy down the road is way busier and has them ready in no time no matter what, will be taking my business there after this experience.

Had a COVID test done here and it went great! Super fast and easy. The setup took minutes on the computer! Thank you for the service and making it easy Rite Aid. Walgreens failed to respond to my COVID inquiries so I’ll never be going to them again

The pharmacist here is amazing. I think his name is Brandon. He goes above and beyond. This is the only pharmacy I go to because he is great! The entire staff here does a great job

I bought a heating pad here, but it wasnt what I wanted when I got to my hotel. I went in the next morning to return it when they opened. I was told they couldnt do the exchange because there was no money in the drawer. I asked if they could put it back on the card, but they couldnt do that, because they were either too incompetent or the P.O.S. would not allow them.So, if you but anything here, make sure you use a card, because they may not have change for you. Also, make sure you wont have to return it.

I like this store, the employees are friendly and helpful. I especially like the pharamacy dept. Both of the pharmacists are kind and understanding. When I have questions they take the time to answer my questions. They are very knowledgeable. I would recommend going to this pharmacy-drugstore. The store itself is clean and well maintained.

Change the hours on the internet please I went when it opened and the manager said doesnt open till 9 thats impossible sir, but being a jerk about it. Otherwise no problems. Dont need to go somewhere I spend money and be rude. Was five stars till this

I have been driving for 3 hours to find a store that sells money orders and their website states that they’re 24 hours and processes money orders. This is false

Worst Pharmacy service I have ever dealt with! slow service and they do not follow up properly with your doctor!
