Very low price items I love it! Not alot people, Very calm and quiet shopping discount store.

You can never get any help when youre trying to get a price on an item, they dont know how to put prices on items, if you want to purchase anything and pay on a lay away. It has to be separate transactions because they are to ignorant to figure it out or to lazy to do it. Store is filthy and their employees have personalities of a rat. Would not recommend this place to my dog.

Bathroom is filthy. Today amost all out if toilet paper and ran out of soap. And horribly filthy. Not acceptable. So not much has changed. Normally I love going to Roses. However today, in Brookpark Ohio a cashier chose on multiple occassions to yell into her loudspeaker. In the little over five minutes I was there she did this three times. I do have a disablity when it comes to my ears and it is very painful for someone like me. It blows out my eardrums. I was planning on doing more shopping today. But chose two items and left. Please talk to this employee as it is not necessary to yell loudly into the loudspeaker. I tried nicely to say something to her but she just gave me a dirty look. I am a regular customer there. I think she is new or does not know better. Thank You.

Cheap prices. Great for some things and not for others. Not great quality stuff but the cost is so low its worth it. Some clothes, snacks, pet items makes it worthwhile.

Department store prices, closeout store disarray. I wanted to say retail prices but thatd be wrong. Walmart prices... Retail is jc penny or bed bath and beyond. They are cheaper than that. And Im not against a guy trying to make a buck, but they have the 8gb flash drives locked up like walmart and priced at 20$... Meanwhile the toy department hasnt been retouched... Stuff everywhere... Yep...

Samantha was extremely rude, unpleasant & should NOT be working with the public at all. Without customers she wouldn’t have a job. She needs us, we do NOT need her !!! I worked retail for 31 years and I would let her go & her horrible personality now.

Great prices and great variety of clothes. Extremely hard to enjoy my shopping experience because it’s so overwhelming hot/humid in the store. I feel so bad for the employees there because they have to work in such conditions. Felt so disgusting leaving the store because of how sweaty I was from how hot it was!

Cleaner and more organized than most of the other Roses locations.While this is a cheaper goods store to be entirely honest I would refer to this chain as the ghetto store as the one in Akron was incredibly ran down and dirty and just gave you a ghetto feeling about it.This Roses location however... Absolutely fantastic!Most of the employees are wonderful and helpful. There was only one male associate that wasnt too nice.Decently organized and stocked asiles.Could use a bit more attention to keeping up on aisles and cleaning but all around much better experience than Im use to with the Roses chain stores.

I like this store on Smith Rd they have a good selection n the employees are nice... The store on w 65th St is junk... They have a horrible selection the workers are ignorant n the shelves/racks are tore up n not organized at all it sucks monkey nuts....

I always find everything I need at Roses and then some. There prices are very reasonable and I always walk out with alot more then what I came for.

I love this store its well stock and people there are so nice and helpful and I can find what I am looking for at a great price.
