Place is great. Employees were nice and all wore masks. I got new tires and they look and feel great. Took a little longer than the hour or two wait time, but all is well. Price for tires and alignment was a little high but hopefully worth it. Gotta see how these tires play out.

As we were heading home to Columbus from The Cleveland Clinic, we hit a pothole, resulting in a flat tire. We were towed to this location, just 1/2 hour before closing time. The employees could not have been more helpful....fixing my tire and getting us on our way. I was pleasantly surprised at their reasonable pricing.... and even more surprised, and grateful, when Denine said that it would be free of charge. It had been a long and trying day, so I truly appreciated her generous nature. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hardworking people.

My neice had an appt.besides waiting almost 3 hours for 2 tires and an oil change andbeing treated rudely.. There was not enough oil added.4.5 qts not five..They were so rough when putting her rear tires on she endedup with a major brake leak which they were not willing to compensate her for! Dont go here. Overpriced.. Dishonest.Total Rip Offs...

They dont even deserve 1 star...they charged me over $800 to replace a small hose for my radiator. The part itself was a $15 part so explain that.

As soon as I walked in the guys was ready to work and service my needs. Very pleasant and helpful. I went there to purchase new tires but wasnt quiet sure if I need them so I asked for his honest opinion, on rather or not If I needed them. Turned out that I should be okay. At the moment the tires I have now should get me through the winter with no problem. The thing that made me trust his word was that he was honest, normally they try to wheel you in to get you to spend money just because thats there job to make money but the service manager name is Nick, was honest but sadly he is transferring to the Mentor location as of today. Im sure he will go there with his great work ethic. Even though I was a little nervous about going to the brookpark location again because I had a couple bad experiences years ago. But it seems that they may have did a complete turn around. I know as of customer service they did. Its okay to give someone another chance at times! And this time I took my chance and it worked out.

Sales Associate very ignorant about what services are available. Which resulted in my vehicle being Ready only half fixed. $1000 dollars later and my brakes are spongy clearly with air still in the lines. Avoid this place is just as much as a joke as Conrads not to mention they pad the bill with shop fees. Do yourself a favor and take yourself to a real shop.

I wouldnt do business with them again. They said I had a defective tmps sensor and if I didnt get it replace the light would stay on. I found that interesting since the light wasnt on beforehand.

The service team is very helpful and they really try to accommodate and help the customer. While waiting for service, people walked in the facility with unfortunate situations with their tires and the crew made it possible to assist them. For me, I was very pleased with the efficiency and the promptness my rim was fixed and my tire replaced.

I got a flat on Sunday at noon, drove there before I was completely flat. Nick the manager got me in that afternoon. I got a great deal on a set of tires. Nick was very professional, explained everything in detail and the car was serviced in the time that was promised. Will be going there in the future for sure, extremely satisfied.

Ive taken my CRV here several times & they are always trying to help you no matter what! If they dont have what you need they will try to get it for you. You can bring your vehicle in without an appointment & get treated just as well as if you had an appointment. They offer a waiting room with T.V. & snack machine. The mechanics in back treat your car as if it was their own.😀

I like the customer service person Jacab. He was a big help trying to get the paperwork printed. The information is sent to to the main office then it is sent back to the printer in the store. He tried for about 20 minutes then wrote it by hand. Its a bad system that needs to be improved.

The wait was a little longer than I had expected, but the work was done and the tires are installed, no vibrations on the highway all is good... the manager seemed surprised that I would check the work and oil level myself.. I found d that kind of comical... I will always inspect work done to my vehicle that I could have done myself... I always make sure everything is in order before I leave their property... Just a force of habit and has payed off in the past..

Only place where I get my oil changed. Took it to another place once because I had a coupon for an oil change and they tried to force me into getting an alignment on my new vehicle. Went to NTB for a second opinion and of course everything was working perfect. Coupon or not this is the only place I will take my vehicle from now on.

It would of been nice if you had told us you were going to charge for tire disposal. Could of saved us $20 bucks. Was charged 463. Instead of 443. We could of disposed the tires ourselves.

Great place to buy tires

Based on my personal experience with this specific location, I could not recommend it. I made an appointment a week in advance as they did not have the tire I needed for my car which was fine. Come to find out, once I get there, not only do they not have me scheduled for an appointment, they have no clue what kind of tire I should be getting, then the tire they had to special order didnt even come in yet. They could have given me a call letting me know that they didnt have it yet so I wouldnt have wasted my time driving there. Either way, my experience was pretty awful.

They told me my fuel line leaks and a coupling on my brake line leaks. They would also rotate my tires. They gave me a quote, and I told them to go ahead. When I went to pick it up they told me they forgot to rotate the tires. When I got home to check the work I noticed my brake was still leaking. I called them up and he said that wasnt part of the quote. I said when you tell me something is wrong and I said go ahead and fix it. Why wouldnt you think fix the the brake line. And if they do fluid checks for free they missed my empty brake resivoir.

Received a coupon for buy one get one free. A lot of brands to select from. I chose BF GOODRICH for my kia optima and love the tires, at least my wife does. She for some reason is nail in tire prone. They offer roadside assistance for life. All she has to do is go in any NTB or affiliate and a new tire will be replaced. Did I mention the tires look very good, really accents the car nice.

I got a great new set of Cooper tires for my SUV. The manager Charles Bacon and his staff were very knowledgeable, and provided stellar customer service in order to get the best product and price for me. I am very happy with the service I received, and will be using this NTB from here on out.

They use to have great service with good work. However, the last few times we have had vehicles there the service has been lacking to say the least. Took our SUV there for a couple of tires leaking air and a wheel stud that needed replaced. 10 hrs later and 3 different studs finally got the vehicle back only to find a very loud thumping noise. They had the vehicle towed back to be looked at and was told the rotor shield was rubbing. It was not that and continued to make the thumping noise, until I took it apart and found the parking brake shoes flapping around the inside of the rotor. On top of this they kept the vehicle overnight requiring us to get a rental in which they refuse to reimburse us for. I will not be going back to this place and will take my business elsewhere.

I received excellent, efficient service from Jen Axe at the NTB in Brook Park,OH! I went in to get new windshield wipers with the hope that it would be a fairly quick stop -- and it was!! Jen was knowledgeable and super quick at installing the new wipers which are GREAT! She even gave me a hack for clearing ice off my windshield in the winter!! Ive been to this NTB a few other times in the past for other car needs and have always been treated well.

Great service! I have been a customer since over a year, but in houston as I live there. I was in Cleveland on a vacation and my rental car got a flat. I brought it here and despite them having appointments upto 2 hours later, they understood the pickle I was in spoiling my vacation, and decided to take on me immediately. They tested the tyre, replaced it, balanced all in 30mins and I was out of there to continue my vacation!!

A tale of two experiences. I had two appointments one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday. One day five star. One day if possible to give negative stars I would. I am a long time customer and both visits were for oil changes for my vehicle and my wife’s. Day one check in was outstanding. Checked in welcomed and given updates frequently as services were preformed. Some suggestions were made and even though I knew I could save money by going to the store and buying wiper blades and putting them on myself I had them do it because of the service I received that day. Confirmed my appointment for the next day and reminded me about the 10 dollar off coupon for next visit. Day two a totally different experience checked in. Ok. I mentioned I forgot to bring in coupon and he said no problem. Going good. Went into waiting room and then.......waiting.....waiting.....waiting. My appointment was 12:30. No updates to communication nothing until I made move to ask what is going on. Almost 2 hours. I’m a patient person but almost 2 hours for an oil change without any communication or updates. I had another appointment at two I had to push back. Here is where I really got upset. The reason I was told was that the tech doing my oil change got pulled off for a 1500 dollar job. What that tells me is that I’m not an important customer and their revenue for a ticket is more important than service. I have had much work done here. Tires. Brakes struts oil changes batteries and more for both cars we have. I have never felt less valued by that one statement. They did not have filter in stock. But when made appointment knew what car I was bringing in. Not my issue you are not prepared for appointments and poor communication and making a customer feel un valued. After I expressed my disappointment he asked me what he would like me to do. I said nothing. I’m not looking for anything. Just providing feedback. The tech did take 10 more dollars off and gave me a card for free oil change for next time. Only thing is I am not confident there will not be a next time. I may be in need of different service facility that values their customers. I usually don’t write reviews. And when I do they are usually positive. And the poor service unfortunately bothered me. This review is based upon my last experience and unfortunately not the service I received the day before.

Scheduled a appointment to get tires and oil change. Show up and there was no appointment scheduled and was quoted a different price for tires from what was supposed to be scheduled. Gentleman helping me was short and rude. I almost walked out. 8 hours later im still waiting for vehicle at 7:45. They close at 7. I wont be back to NTB.

Friendly service and clean place. Had my car towed here on a Sunday because it was the only place open. They did not charge to inspect it. Quote for service was almost double what a smaller local mechanic charged though.

Took my wifes car simply for a new set of tires. We received a call saying they felt the rear brakes were shot . We informed them not to touch them as we have a mechanic that does the work on all of our cars. A few hours go by and we get a call saying they were done, but their tech had started the brakes and during the unauthorized work the tech had broken one of the rotors. The manager did make things right when I spoke with him, but they will not to getting our business again.

Never go here unless you like paying professionals to break your car. I Took a car here for an alignment after replacing all worn out chassis parts and the subframe. It drove perfect but the steering wheel was slightly crooked. (Unavoidable & must get alignment after that) My car is taken in, measured, and gets the toe angles set and the rear angles were good. I get my car back and it shakes and steers left hard in its own. Came rifht back and they said then go to an NTB that doesnt have train tracks by it for another alignment..They abused my car so bad over rough terrain that 2 wheels got bent and a tire broke a belt. The rear axle beam was also bent way out from what it was at when they first measured and aligned it then drove it. Should have just went elsewhere or left my steering wheel crooked because these guys abuse your car and then try to sell you a tire balance or other work to try covering up or smoothing out damage they do to your car. Another NTB suggested rigging my struts for a camber bolt kit to help counter the bent rear axle...thats not a fix its a wannabe solution after the other place abused my car and threw out my rear alignment angles so maybe just avoid all Ntbs for auto service.

This place made me feel uncomfortable, there was an employee pacing back and forth in the lobby whom i was going to confront had he done it again, i went for an oil change with a coupon for $20 asked to inspect brake pads, came out with a price tag of $540, obv didnt pay them more than $24 but still have the voicemail, just seemed thirsty for money, will never go there again sleezy af

Went in to get a cylinder in my engine changed. Suddenly found a few more things that werent a problem before. $1200 later, my car sounds worse than when I brought it in. Also had tires rotated a few months back, did not honor the warranty on them and charged me. They tried telling me the first time that I didnt owe for it, then was told they didnt even do it.Edit:Went in to try and get the belts fixed that they improperly put on. I was told it isnt the belts and that in the time between visits, my ac compressor had suddenly become an issue. Even though they had worked on it recently and not told me of any issues. I figured they would have when I asked why my car was still making noise when they brought it out, instead I got their first lie of the belts need a week to wear in. 2 months later, still slipping and causing me to lose power while driving. The second lie I was told was its only making the noise while my ac is running. I guarantee Im not driving around this winter with my ac on, and even when I had said it makes the noise without the fan being on, I was ignored and told again only when the ac is on. Which is also funny, seeing as I was told the guy who works on the compressor wasnt in that day. So they dont know enough to know how to fix it, but they can tell me it is the cause of the noise and power loss? So nothing was resolved and they even told me to go to another location and spend more money to have it fixed. Now Im stuck paying an $800 bill for work that was not properly done. Dont believe them when they reply saying to contact them and get it resolved. These people are scam artists. Take 5 more minutes and go down snow road to Midas to have your car properly repaired. And I can guarantee that when my car inevitably loses power while driving and causes an accident, I will be contacting a lawyer about NTBs negligence.

So I called this place because they was the only tire place open at the time , they closed in 30 minutes but when I called and explained my situation politely Jenn Axe kept the store open until we got there and there technician switched out our tire so we could make it home safely mind you it was my 3 month old daughter , my boyfriend & I (he drove the car up too the place while my daughter and I rode with a friend because of how dangerous that could’ve been) Instead of going too the one in brookpark we ended up at the one in middleburgh heights. I called back her too let her know that we was there but when I called she said we was at the wrong one. I explained that the car was not drivable because of the way the tire was. Jenn then talked too her manager too make sure if it was okay too come too us ( even though she can’t be offsite ) her manager then said it was okay. So her & her technician came too middleburgh heights from the store in brook park , they took the tire off & we followed them back too their store and got a brand new tire for a good price! They then put the new tire in the car and drove all the way back too make sure the tire was secure. If it wasn’t for Jenn Axe we would’ve still been stuck on the other side of town ! . Jenn was excellent help ! Every situation we’ve been stuck in with cars nobody has ever made this much effort too help !

Always went there to get a 3yr unlimited alignment on my Evo. In 3yrs i usually brought my car 2-3 times to realign or check the specs. Last Sat i dropped the car there with my alignment specs how I want a car to be set-up and after 45min I get a call saying they wont honor the deal because its not factory setup and they will charge me 1299.99 for 1 time alignment. I was in a rush to get a car ready so i was forced to do it there but they wont see me back with any car there (...and I have 4 other cars). I tried to explain i had the same deal 3yrs ago and my friend got the same deal 6 months ago on the same car and had no issues. Mr. Manager kept saying ssme crap over and over until I had enough. They lost a customer with 5 cars over a stupid 180.00 alignment. Economics 101. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you need an alignment I would choose a shop that specializes in custom/race/sport setups.

I took my truck up to this place as an overnight drop off to check my vehicle heating issue (THE ONLY ISSUE I WAS HAVING). The next day came; first, all of the morning passed, then time moved slowly into the afternoon without a callback! In a normal circumstance, this would be fine; but not after I decided to call them myself and they already had an answer of what was going on! Gotta love good ol fashioned neglect! To make matters worse, they told me they couldnt fix my truck and THEYLL WAIVE THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE. I thought to myself..strange...but ooookkkaay then sounds good to me. Again, Im good with that and normally Id just take it elsewhere. So I decided to have my fiance pick it up because I work on weekends. On her way home she noticed an odor. Im just thinking that its probably from them doing whatever work they did, and that ill give it a day or so to see if it goes away. It didnt. I popped the hood and was ecstatic (sarcasm) to find something from the cap above my radiator leaking! I then called NTB ON 130TH IN BROOKPARK to let them know about the new issue that happen to come up after I got my car back. The guy that picked up the phone said we didnt take anything apart; all we did was run the engine, open the radiator cap and something squirted out at us but that was it. Now the 1st thing that popped in my head was them saying well waive the diagnostic fee. Hmmm I wonder why? Guilt maybe?.... Of course they denied messing anything up when I talked to them and this new issue just mysteriously and coincidently started right after the fact they happened to touch it. Now I have a truck with no heating... And a new leaking issue... An infiniti at that... Bye bye Christmas money! Thanks NTB ON 130TH IN BROOKPARK! A little suggestion though, stick to tires and batteries!! Never will I be back, which is unfortunate because of the fact Ive purchesed many tires for my last 3 vehicles here! Thanks for the inconvenience and helping make my life even more miserable at this time. Thank you Google review for enabling us to finally air these bum companies out, that get over on us hard working struggling Americans, who do not have money to throw away, while giving our trust to these mechanics to help us out with our much needed daily transportation that our whole family depends on! Overlooked the nail in my tire so I would buy 4 brand new tires even though my back 2 did not need it at all. I finally took my tire in after filling it every month to get repaired and they said they could not find the leak. Took it straight to somewhere else and they found the nail right away. They also way over charged for tires when they gave me an estimate for both economy and michilan. Do not go there!

I just walked in and told him my check engine light is on. He said the tech only works during the week. I said thats funny because my boyfriend got his check engine light checked and resolved on a werkend a couple weeks ago. Then he started stuttering and backtracking.

Refused to work on our work truck saying it was not going to fit on their lift. A small mom and pop shop got the job done and laughed at the laziness of NTB saying it incomprehensible that someone would turn down such a simple oil change job. We wont return.
