Assurance Garage Door Repair was able to schedule our opener repair the day we called, arrived within the specified time, and successfully completed the work for a fair price. We had issues with our garage door before and had another company come out and “fix” it and a handful of uses later the same problems came back. Hubs called these guys and Daniel came out that afternoon and fixed the problem but told us we needed a new motor as ours was really out of date which we knew but hadn’t gotten around to fixing that and he didn’t have the equipment on him but Dave and another guy did and they came out that same day and got everything all fixed up and at a really fair price. I really appreciate these guys and Assurance Garage Door!!!!

Had a great experience today. David was so quick replacing our garage door opener yet was excellent in explaining how we could change our pass code and add new opener to our two vehicles. Very fast and friendly service! I called about my garage door not opening due to a broken spring. I called one other company first and had to leave a message. I called Assurance and they came out right after their current job, replaced the spring and added a second spring to help due to the size of the door. From the initial call to finishing the job it was less than 2 hours. The other company hasnt returned my call yet. Highly recommend!

It was a “car vs. garage door” situation this morning. Needless to say, the car won. Daniel from Assurance Garage Doors came out, same day, within a hour of us calling! Quick service, professional and Daniel had our best interest in mind. He even tightened the garage door belt and applied extra lubricant to all of the hinges to keep it functioning smoothly. Definitely a comprehensive visit. Also, there are no hidden charges, very black and white. I’m confident he gave us the best price in town. We’ll keep these guys on speed dial for next time!

I needed someone to come right away and Assurance Garage Doors was recommended to me by a neighbor. My double door would not raise and turn out it needed new springs and rollers. David came within a few hours and gave me an estimate and said he would return after 5. I tried to talk David into returning the next day, but he said no and then, something came up and he was not able to return until after 6. He came after 6 and the job was done in a couple of hours. We needed just a tune up on our garage door. It was only about a year and half old, but also one of our sensors was not working properly. The original company that installed our new garage door wanted to charge a fee to come out , another fee for the tune up , and then told us that possible 3rd fee if they could find anything else wrong. I thought this was ridiculous. I wanted to try a different company. I called Assurance, they came out the same day, tuned our door and fixed our sensors with no additional fees for the sensors which they could of charged us. They were very knowledgeable and kind. We were very impressed and we plan on using them for future needs on our door!

David was at my house, fixing my garage door within 4 hours of my message! David did a great job and was very polite, and the price was lower than I had expected! Early in the morning as my wife was leaving for work the J bracket that attaches to the overhead track to the top, middle of the garage door became detached. Other companies couldnt come same day to fix it plus they were charging more for a service call. Assurance showed up that morning & made repairs that rendered the door better than it was brand new. The guys also checked out the door for other potential problems & everything was working properly before leaving. Very reasonable price w/ professional, courteous service. I had thought I needed a new opener and went out and bought one, but as it turns out the springs on the door were busted and I could have saved myself the hassle of returning the new unit. I think its important to take the time to share with others when you discover a competent business. One of the two springs on my garage door broke in half last night and I was not able to open my garage door manually. I googled garage door repair broken arrow and desperately called a few companies and found no one who could come the next day...until I called Assurance. David answered the phone and promised he would fit me in...and did. Then, today when he came, it was a lot more of a problem than he anticipated, required ordering springs, and still completed it this afternoon. Had an issue with my door only going up about half way but could still push it up. Assurance had replaced my springs last year or so. They came out quickly and retightened, adjusted and now it works great. These guys are great!

The two guys that showed up were very polite. One was the trainer and his trainee. They fixed my issues and didnt leave until they were sure everything worked correctly.
