Have been using Canes for past 3yrs for custom tshirts and the art work and quality has always been great!! Just picked up my recent order and they again turned out excellent! Highly recommend!

I am so disappointed with this company. A friend referred me to Cane T-Shirt Company and I was so excited to use a local company. I talked to one of the employees (not going to name names) and requested a mock up T-shirt and she said she would email it to me. A few days go by and still no email. I call and she said she would send the email in 10 minutes but still no email. A week goes by and I call again - the rep I was working with was not available and the other employee said she would call me back - no call back. I am just so frustrated and confused as to why they were not working with me. I wish I had a better experience.

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations on the first order, and the quality has continued with each order. The service is friendly and they offer much assistance on designing when Ive needed it. Ive been using Canes for seven years and plan to continue for any upcoming needs!

Excellent Service! My daughters soccer team was in a bind, we needed jerseys by our first game in less than two weeks. Ladeanna was so great to work with! She was so helpful and guaranteed we would have the shirts by game day. They came up with a cool logo, and they were literally screen-printing the shirts the afternoon before game day. They stood by their word, and the shirts look awesome!! Very satisfied with their service and attention to detail!!

Our team uniforms were high quality and beautifully designed. The parents also had several T-shirt styles to choose from. Material was very soft and this company spends much time on details. We highly recommend!!

After shopping around Tulsa for a good price on shirts I found cane to be 1 dollar+ cheaper per shirt than everywhere else. I used them a few times in the past year for 300+ shirt orders and everyone at our events was amazed at the quality. I would recommend their tech shirts.Ive never had a problem getting in contact with them, Im not sure where that is coming from. they are a friendly group of people and Id recommend them to anyone.

My experience with this company was good at first. They are very nice people, but I’m very disappointed with how the owner most recently handled my order. I placed a order on June 3rd. I emailed the owner on June 5th asking when would it be ready and she said next week the week of the 12th. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days for their orders. It’s now 3 weeks later and my order still isn’t printed because there was a “big order” that had to get done. I would like to believe that every order is priority not just the big ones. When I asked for compensation for how late my order has been I was told no and that I could pick up my order and get it printed somewhere else despite it being 3 weeks later and now behind for my own business deadlines. Horrible experience and unprofessional in my opinion.

I have used Cane T-shirt Company for the past 3 years and have no complaints. I get great service on order from 12 to 1,000 pieces. Always delivered on time and on budget, even when I ask for more than I should, they go above and beyond to keep me coming back again and again.

We sponsor an Ultimate Frisbee Tournament that includes a Logo’d Sports Shirt as part of the entry. 10 Days before the tournament, the company we had chosen to use, fell through and we were scrambling. Cain came through for us perfectly! They provided us with amazingly quick turnaround, incredible customer service with even the ability to get more sports jerseys when we found we had fewer than we expected plus at a price that was exceptional! I have used Cane T-shirt Company for two years now and have receive very good service. I have received orders practically overnite in some cases and deliveries when needed. Cane T-Shirt has been a wonderful company to do business with for shirt orders as small as 50 and as large as 500. I have been met during no business hours to receive rush orders. i find Cane t-Shirt to be outstanding and affordable.

I have worked with this company for over 2 years now, and have not had any problems. They designed great artwork for our company t-shirts, and work hard to address any concerns I might have. My order is usually ready within 10 days of placing an order, or have offered to rush the order if I need it.Overall, its been a good experience, and will continue to use Cane T-Shirt Company.

I wish I could provide a rating on Quality and Appeal, but my job never made it that far. The first day I called them, she said she could get my shirt order done in 1 week. When I called the next day, no one answered. I left a message saying I needed to place an order. No one called back. I called back 5 times and left 2 more voice messages.Never heard back from anyone. Unbelievable how anyone can stay in business with this poor of service. I know one other person who has had the same experience with these people. I thought it might be a fluke and so I tried to see if they could do the job. I was excited when they answered the phone the first day, but after that... nothing. Its like they dropped off the face of the Earth. Thanks for wasting my time!

We have used Cane T-Shirt company many times over the past few years for our business needs: shirts for our staff, business cards, and pomotional items. My sons sports teams have used them as well. We have had nothing but good experiences , above quality work and friendly service. Would recommend them to anyone!

Good products, but would sure be nice if someone over there would answer the phone once in a while.
