Ive frequented this store many times since it opened, but today was the last time. A few months ago, I went up to the door around 7pm, and there was an older gentlemen and a younger gentlemen standing near the counter, with the door locked. The older gentlemen came to unlock the door with a scowl on his face. He asked me something Im guessing, that I didnt quite hear and I nodded, and he immediately turned aggressive, asking me what I needed. Then proceeded to stare at me until I got what I needed and went to pay. They told me their system was having issues and thats why the door was locked, but posited it in a way that I was an inconvenience for showing up THREE HOURS BEFORE POSTED CLOSING TIME.I brushed this off until tonight, when the same old gentlemen was working, who then nearly demanded to know what I was looking for, watched me like a hawk the entire time I was in the store, and proceeded to check any nook and cranny on the items I bought. No need to treat customers like this. Ill take many business down the road a little further to Oreillys. At least they dont treat their customers this poorly.
If I can give you zero star I would, the lady at the counter need to get rid of that attitude, and learn more how to take good care of your customers nicely and politely, I am sorry to say that, I was about to spend more that $300 at the store, I know that’s not that much but your competitor win for this, O’Reilly knows how to take care their customer
John the manager is the BEST employee Auto Zone has bar none and the most polite, knowledgeable, and Very Professional Individual that I know! That man really cares about all customers and deserves to be treated with the Upmost Respect and if everyone was like John the world would be a better place!Kindest Regards,Jason S
Daniel D.Store #5193A very knowledgeable and kind man, who just wants to help make a difference. I Lost a pretty long skinny thread part that holds down my car battery after changing it here myself, it fell down deep into the motor area, *clank clank* I could not find it anywhere after searching quite awhile. I thought it would never be found. I am not knowledgeable in auto-mechanics, But I knew I did not want to drive around with a loose battery and a long thread hanging around in the engine area. So I went inside to see if there was any help, or advice that anyone could possibly give me. Even asked if they had the part! Everyone kind of looked at me like a deer in headlights, and pretty much tried to ignore the fact I needed help with something like this. I got looks Like, “It’s not my problem.” But Daniel D. Heard me from across the shop and came quickly. He was the only guy there that was glad to jump at the opportunity to help, like it was his own car! He took the battery and base plate out, he even got right down on the pavement and started digging underneath, inside the motor area of the car, and all he had to do was move his hand around in there and feel things. He knew cars very well. And he felt right where it was wedged. It took him a bit, but he found it, and got it out. An he secured everything back in, battery and all. If it was not for him, I’d have lost some faith genuine help from good people that actually care to make a difference. I would recommend this place, ten fold, for the simple fact that Daniel D. Was there.
Michelle, was totally spectacular at her job! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Wish more places had customer service employees like this young lady.
Friendly staff, some computer problems which made it take a long time to check out. Good prices
I needed some coolant so I stopped by. The first girl that helped me wasnt sure of my needs but the gentlemen that came over was great. Knew exactly what I needed and help me diagnose my problem. I appreciated the help.
Everything is always easy to find, and the staff is always very helpful, when needed.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Usually have what I need on hand.
I love Autozone! I usually go to the store at 18th/Sheridan and the older gentleman ( I believe hes a manag of some sort) is always so very helpful!! Hes my favorite person to receive help from. Very polite and will explain in detail without sounding condescending or rolling their eyes because they assume my womanhood prevents me from doing car maintenance myself. This store is not as nice. Its fairly new and the lady that answered the phone on Thursday July 24th around 4pm was COMPLETELY CLUELESS ABOUT EVERYTHING I ASKED! Couldnt tell me if a part was in, couldnt tell me where to find a different item. On top of that she was rude and very short with me over the phone.
Had the parts I needed. As with most parts stores, you mig get want to know what you need before you go. Generally it is just kids working than can only tell you something if the computer tells them to. Seldom do any of them know anything about cars.
Workers were more interested in taking to each other about what they did last night rather than helping customers.
In and out fast friendly people good service
Nice new clean facility. People seemed helpful.
Glad to have this location! I do have to say I’ve been in there 4 different times and only one of those times did I have a good customer experience. The Elm location has amazing customer service no matter who is helping you! I wish I could say the same about this location...
Great service!! Manager explained sale! Perfect!
LOVE having a parts store on the far East side of town now!
They are my favorite auto store. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
Very helpful staff.
Very friendly, very knowledgeable.
This store has a good selection on inventory, staff is not the worst Ive ever dealt with but definitely not the best either. 3 stars overall
Very helpful with choices of needed part and various price ranges. Also love New Broken Arrow location near 193rd and Kenosha its closer and more convenient, plus easy to get in and out with the stop light
Great people to help you find what ever your vehicle needs may be. If they cant find it on their shelves, they will get it to the store as soon as humanly possible.
They are so very helpful even during this snow storm we are in the middle of!
