Every step of our project went very smoothly and was done on time - countertops were even installed several days ahead of schedule! The entire process was handled efficiently and all my questions were answered quickly. Project manager, Jackie, even called me via FaceTime to get my approval on the final cut of the stone for our countertop. New cabinets were very well made and builder/installer was very friendly! Installers of countertops worked quickly and made sure to clean up before they left. Overall, this was a fantastic experience!

I have been so impressed with this business! I emailed with some questions about my specific project and got a very rapid and helpful response. Once in the store I was greeted with an awesome show room that is not overwhelming but inspires creativity and showcases the options available to you. The staff was smiling and VERY helpful without being pushy. They were able to help us with our project at a reasonable price. When we built our new house our builder worked with Greg and his team at Countertop Solutions to install quartz countertops throughout our new house. We used a total of 5 slabs of white quartz and Greg and his team were very diligent to ensure we were totally happy with everything. I highly recommend them for any job!!

The entire staff at CTS are friendly,helpful,and do impeccable work. Michelle was SO wonderful, working around a time-line that changed a few times due to us adding changes,and she just rolled with it. CTS is by far the best experience we had during our home remodel. Everyone there was open and receptive to what we wanted and made it easy for us to have all the things we wanted. Patience with all the changes that we came up with during the project was foremost on our list of good things to say. We have other projects that we will be moving into later and CTS will be our first choice for help in achieving our dreams.

They recently completely a large bathroom update for us and the experience couldnt have been easier or better. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond. There installers were also very polite and professional and the were careful to not mess up our flooring or walls. We had one issue due to Kohler providing them with the wrong dimensions for our bathtub, but they were very easy to work with and quick to resolve the issue. We will definitely be using them for other projects in the future. Working with them was very professional and a great experience.

CounterTop Solutions recently installed new countertops, new sink, faucet and tile backsplash in our home. They did an outstanding job and it turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. Counter top solutions installed L shaped counter top granite and it dropped 1/4 at the seam, along the corner wall -less the 4 weeks later. They came out to repair the seam issue. They pulled the granite, they found that their installers failed to attach the support boards, along the back corner walls, into studs. So, they found that the 2x4s holding up the granite, fell off the wall. Their solution was to install the support 2x4s by screwing them into the walls studs and then charged $250 for the repair that was needed for their poor installation.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,, DO NOTBUSE THIS COMPANY! my client had counter top solutions install granite on their kitchen. 1st they didnt cut out the sink according to the template so the plumber counl not install the sink. Counter Top solutuons charged my client $50 to come out cut the sink hole correctly. 2nd, they didnt provide proper support for the L shaped couter top which they had to cut and install in 2 pieces, which is normal. the corner cabinet was a Lazy susan which means it didnt go all the way to back wall. Normally, there would need to be 2 support boards that are screwed into studs for both 36 of the corner. otherwise the whole back are would have 0 support. Instead the Counter top installers used a 29 board with 2 36 screws that midded the studs on one wall only. My company came in to do some remodeling of the kitchen after the counters were installed. We added crown molding, painted the cabinets and built a new refrigerator cabinet. while working around the countertops, some times you have to lean or put you knee on the counter top to reach the ceiling and upper cabinets. My 150 lb employee was working around the granite and the 1 (of 2 seamed L shaped counter area ) part of the granite over the lazy susan cabinet, dropped 1/8. counter top solutions would not stand by their work they performed a few months earlier. when they removed the 2 L shaped pieces of granite the 1 short 2x4 fell off the wall that was supposed to be holding up the granite. Not only did they not install 2 needed 2x4s to supoort the back corner, they installers did not screw the little 2x4 into studs. So when they came back to remedy the problem, they pull both pieces of granite which required a plumber to remove the sink and faucett etc. they installed 2 correct length 2x4s , screwing into studs and reset the granite. it took 1 hour and 15 minutes and charged the client $500, which I agreed to pay half of. I have pictures and videos of every thing.... so apparently Counter top solutions of Broken Arrow OK has 2 guys that worked 2.5 man hours are worth $200 an hour. Terrible customer service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We checked with many companies before we decided on Counter Top Solutions. Since then we have had our kitchen countertop , a tub/shower combo with matching countertop etc in one of our bathrooms completed. We are going to have one more bathroom with walk in shower and countertop installed.Well, we have had our bathroom completed. It is amazing! Greg, Keith, Matt and Bob have been great . Keith and Matte did a terrific job installing and were very polite . Great guys! Bob installed our plumbing and did a fantastic job. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. We had one hiccup but Greg helped with any problems that came up, what job doesnt not have hiccups. Would we recommend Counter Top Solutions? YOU BET!

Counter Top Solutions installed out new kitchen counters! They were professional and great to work with. On demo day we were especially impressed with how efficient they were with removing the old counters (tile) with very little mess! Our counters are amazing!

Countertop Solutions installed beautiful countertops and back splash in our newly remodeled kitchen; however I gave them 3 stars because I had requested a grey grout on the back splash and they used white. So the white subway tile doesn’t pop like I had planned. When I called to talk to them about it, they basically there wasn’t much they could do at that point. And since we were selling soon I didn’t press the issue. If we would’ve been staying I absolutely would’ve made a bigger deal about it.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Countertop Solutions Inc. Their office is very welcoming and Michelle discussed everything we needed to know about getting a bathroom counter/sink. We chose an Onyx style which was custom made in a quick time frame. It was fitted and installed by a courteous crew. The quality of the counter is A+ and we are extremely satisfied. We noticed a small cabinet defect after the install and they were very kind to hire a professional to repair it. We would definitely recommend this company.

I am very happy with the countertops and sink that Countertop Solutions installed. The workmen were very professional and tried their best to make the least amount of mess possible. I would definitely use them again!

It was very disappointing to drive 45 minutes to their showroom during their open hours just to find them closed 45 minutes early. There was no sign on the door nor any answer on their phone. I had just visited their display at the home show a week earlier and told they were open on Saturdays until 1 pm. I would recommend calling first before making any trip there.

Stars based on Customer Service only, no purchase or services: Spoke with a young lady whos named sounded like karly but audio was garbled a bit. inquired if company did counter-top repairs, instead of yes/no answer I was advised that sales would be the best place to get transferred but unfortunately both reps were out to lunch at the same time..(12:06pm CST) I thought how inconvenient it must be for someone who is going to visit the business on lunch without an appointment.

My family purchased new granite countertops for our kitchen & two baths from this company. The baths turned out beautifully but the kitchen is another story. One of the kitchen counters was chipped on a corner against the backsplash & it also has a crack from the electric cooktop to the front edge. We were told that someone from their company would come by during or after installation for quality control but they never did. We complained about the crack & chip & their solution was to put resin on both. I have since learned that most legitamite company’s would replace the countertop. Countertop Solutions didn’t even offer a discount. We are now in the process of building a new home & will NOT be using them for our new counters.

Very friendly staff easy to work with

They didnt template the countertops and so they didnt fit. They cut new ones and said they would cut them to fit on site. One fit but the other one was too long and they refuse to fix their mistake. They told me if I would sign a waiver that they wouldnt be responsible for ANY damages (including if they break the countertop they didnt cut correctly) they would remove it again and cut it down. Who operates this way?? What happened to people being accountable for the mistakes they make?
