I had the best time when purchasing my wedding dress. The owner, Jen made my experience what every bride dreams of. She was extremely helpful, Made me feel beautiful, and was very good at explaining when my dress would come in and what my next steps were after. Jen helped me book my alteration appointment which was so helpful, knowing how stressed brides get. The store is lovely and the options are the best in Tulsa. My dress was perfect for my perfect day. I definitely recommend, 100%. I couldn’t believe how amazing everyone was, you don’t find that many places anymore. I felt so blessed.

The entire fitting felt very personal and she asked all the right questions to help me find THE dress. The owner is kind and takes customer service to another level. I visited in March to pick out my dress, tried on about 15 of them and each dress helped her to help me figure out what I wanted. I got down to about six dresses and with each dress, I chose whether I liked the one I was wearing or previous one more. Through this process, I feel that I found the one. Today, I went to pick up my dress and the fit and the dress was so perfect that I almost cried! I cant wait to walk down the aisle in my dress! Also, she helped me to pick out the most beautiful veil to make it even more extraordinary.

Jennifer makes getting sized up for a tux or suit fast and easy! We used them for our wedding and just recently for family photos. Everything fit perfect and was done exactly how they said it would be. If youre looking for a tux or wedding dress I wouldnt even waste my time looking around. Facchianos is going to be the answer!
1 star review because of the way my best friend was treated when finalizing the purchase of her wedding gown. I was there with her and 5 other of her friends and family members, when she got the dress ordered the sales associate made it sound like the dress would come with sleeves. When she went to pick up the dress all that was given was lace. no sleeves and she was then told that a seamstress has to do that part. If that was the case it should have been further explained. I was with her when she was signing and completing paperwork and I even understood it as the dress would come WITH SLEEVES.When she reached out to address the issues and miscommunication the owner was EXTREMELY disrespectful, and is now threatening to ruin her wedding and job. Not very professional at all and I would think twice about purchasing from them.

Wonderful Bridal shop with great consultants that put your best interest in mind! Rachel helped me find a gorgeous dress that was within budget and that would arrive before my wedding date. (I only had 3 months and she found multiple dresses that wouldve come in on time) I never felt pressured to go outside of budget or try on anything that would make me uncomfortable. Gorgeous dresses at a great price! After my dress came in, Gailie helped me find the perfect veil that complimented my dress and was perfect for my outdoor venue. They also helped my fiance find the perfect tuxedo and did a rent/buy combo to fit our needs! While my husband was trying on tuxedos I found another black formal dress to wear as a guest at other weddings! Amazing experience! Amazing dresses! Dont go anywhere else! 10/10

Everything about my experience with Faccianos was wonderful! The girls are so sweet, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They recommended a seamstress for alterations, and she did an amazing job as well! From the day I found the dress, to the ordering process, pickup, and alterations, everything was simple and smooth. My consultant Rhonda (I think was her name) made my first wedding dress shopping experience very enjoyable!Although I did not end up purchasing a dress here; I would recommend, as they will do their best to take make sure you leave happy!
I got my wedding dress here and spent around $1700 on my wedding dress and my wedding was in May. I was so disappointed at their service because i spent so much money on my wedding dress but when i picked up the dress they put my dress in a pink long plastic bag and tie the knot on the bottom. I was expecting something nicer to put the dress in than a plastic bag. When i was looking at picture of other wedding dress store in town i saw that they actually have nice gown bag for the dress instead of a plastic bag. Will not recommend this store for the way they handling thing.
My daughter, granddaughter, and myself headed out today to look at wedding dresses for my daughter. This was our first stop & we were greeted with a sign on the door stating an appointment was required. My daughter called them to see if they could squeeze us in and the had time so Rachael allowed us in to shop. She was very pleasant and helpful and allowed us to try on a few dresses and my daughter said YES to a dress! Its a beautiful dress and she is thrilled. Today was a fun day shopping & trying on dresses and for her to find one she loved was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this store for your bridal gown. But be sure to make an appointment first! Although it worked out for us today we felt very lucky that Rachael was so kind and accommodating.
I had the most perfect experience at Facchianos finding my dream dress! Jennifer helped us and it was the easiest and most fun experience. I was actually in town to go Pawhuska to visit the Mercantile and made an appointment based on Google/Yelp reviews. It was the first time my mom and I were together after I was engaged and just thought I would look at dresses with her. But.....we said yes to the dress!! It was sent to me in Virginia, where I live. Jennifer also found me a designer here locally to help with my alterations that I absolutely loved! I cant thank you all enough for making me feel so special in my dress!!
The women running Facchianos are absolutely amazing! They made the wedding dress process incredibly simple and knew exactly how to handle everything. They were even able to speed up my dress preservation since I was moving soon after my wedding. We bought both my and my mothers dress from them and bought their package for them to keep it (kept it away from my aging dog) and steam it before my bridal portraits and the wedding. They knew how to work in the given price range and were such a joy in the wedding planning process! I would recommend them to anyone dress shopping in Oklahoma!

Don’t recommend. Threatening lawyers over bad reviews, rather than resolve the issue - it doesn’t take buying a product and giving them my money to know they’re shady. I can have a bad experience without buying, but it’s pretty evident they only care once they get your money. Glad I never bought when I’ve went to this shop before.

We bought my daughters prom dress here. The staff was very helpful in narrowing down her likes and dislikes, and very attentive to her when she was trying on different dresses. Very nice people and organized. Years ago, my sister got her wedding dress here and it was a great experience as well. Also, just a hint - check out their awesome sale rack often! You never know when youll find a beautiful dress in your size for a discounted price. We will definitely go back here for formal attire.

Facchianos was the first place I originally went to try on dresses. The first dress I tried on was picked out by my husbands grandmother with the help of Robin, our consultant. Robin was so patient with my family wanting to be involved and that meant a lot to me. Let me tell you, I did not think it was possible for me to find a dress on the first day, but not only did I find it on the first day, it was also the first dress I tried on. I didnt immediately commit to it but after going to another store, no other dress could compare to the first. I called Facchianos standing outside of the second store I went to, it was 5:30PM on a Saturday, they close at 6PM. I told them that I wanted to come back and see the dress, expecting them to tell me to come back on Monday, I was shocked when they told me to go ahead and come back that night. When I arrived they had everything ready for me to put back on and after seeing the dress for the second time, I was overwhelmed with emotion. I felt beautiful in every way possible. I purchased the dress that night, along with a matching veil. Both came in quickly and their seamstress was able to alter the dress exactly how I wanted it. I was so happy with their service and what I thought was going to be a long drawn out process was made so stress free by everyone there. I cant thank Facchianos enough. If you are looking for a good place in Tulsa to get a wedding dress, prom dress, or even tuxedo rentals, I highly recommend Facchianos.
I had an excellent experience at Facchianos when it was time to shop for my wedding dress three years ago. My mom made an appointment for me with Jennifer, and we had a wonderful time! She listened to what I wanted, looked through the inspiration pictures I brought, and really helped bring my dream dress to life! Jennifer and her staff treated me and my momma like we were the most important people theyd ever met, and they were genuine and sincere with us throughout the entire dress and alteration process. It is now three years later, and Ive recently been to Facchianos again with my sister to be a part of her wedding dress experience, and Jennifer remembered me and my mother and was so sweet! Ive had two excellent experiences, and I highly recommend Jennifer and Facchianos. They truly do work magic, listen to their clients, and make you feel like a dear friend!
I loved my experience with Facchianos! Rhonda was a great listener and the first dress she pulled was the one I loved and knew my husband would too. It was perfect! The whole staff was so flexible and kind every time I was there I felt like they were friends. My family all lived out of state so when my mom came to visit and got to see my dress my consultant Rhonda and even Jennifer the owner were very personable with her. They really make it a point to get to know you and do what it takes to make brides happy. Great customer service, youll always feel welcome! They made my wedding planning experience so much easier, and stress free! I tell all of my friends to go there when they get engaged or even girls I know who need prom or formal wear. What an amazing experience! I’ve been to three other bridal shops in the Tulsa area, and this is by far the most well run shop. I received individual attention and felt supported and heard. Other places disregarded my budget, but the staff here really listened to me. Their selection is impeccable, well made, stylish, unique, and affordable! Can’t rave about it enough. I came home with the dress of my dreams that was within my budget!

Best Bridal Shop Ever!!!! I was so nervous to shop for a dress because I am not at an ideal weight and I didnt know what kind of dresses I would want to try on and I was afraid that nothing would fit! I didnt want to have to try on a million dresses and have all my girls watch me fail... BUT from the moment I called to make an appointment, I felt so much better and excited!Jennifer made me feel welcome, at home, comfortable and pretty from the moment I walked in! She let me pick a few dresses, my mom pick a few dresses and me pick a few dresses. She helped me with EVERYTHING and the way they let you try on the dresses you dont have to be a certain size. I tried on maybe 8 or 9 dresses total and said YES to the 3rd dress that I tried on! It was one of the dresses that Jennifer picked out for me (she knows what she is doing!) and I redesigned it to fit MY style. It had straps and I made it strapless. I even got the approval from my teenage sister who knows everything about fashion. Ha!We had such an amazing experience that I ended up getting all of my bridesmaids dresses there as well as the mother or the bride dress and grandmother of the bride dress!I will forever recommend Facchianos!Joanna
After having a string of frustrating experiences at several bridal boutiques I was going into Facchianos with low expectations. Ive never been so happy to have been wrong. The amazing woman there made me feel so comfortable & when I started to get overwhelmed by my bridal party, Cassandra pulled me into the changing room and reminded me that it was about what I wanted. When I couldnt decide on a dress, Jen stepped in and created a custome gown for me. She made my dreams come true. I cannot recommend them enough!

Facchianos was the first place and last place I went to look for a wedding dress for myself. Rachel was my consultant and she was so caring and made the appointment all about me while giving me suggestions and helping me stay on budget. For the first appointment, I found something I thought I liked at the time but was not committed to the dress, so I ended up leaving. I went to a few other places in Tulsa, but none of them gave me the perfect experience of Facchianos. After trying on dress after dress and not finding what I wanted, I came back to Facchianos. Now I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want, and tried on dresses different from the ones from my first appointment. My mom was with me, and we were clashing on what dress I should wear on my wedding day. With Rachels help, I found my perfect wedding dress that even my mom could stand behind! I knew it was the one because I started tearing up, which never happened with any other dress I tried on.Every Tulsa bride should definitely go to Facchianos. The customer service here beats every other bridal shop in Tulsa.

I cannot stress how great my experience was at Facchianos.I originally became aware of Facchianos when I bought a bridesmaid dress for a family members wedding a few years back. Of course, when it was my turn to get married, I headed straight to Facchianos to find my own dress. Tara did an amazing job letting me take my time walking through the store. She let me pick as many dresses as I liked, and was incredibly patient. She then aided me through the process, by really listening to what it is I wanted, and then pulling dresses she thought would work with my body type. I had not planned on falling in love with a dress that day, but ended up buying one! Kay even let me come back the next weekend to show my close family members.Since buying my dress, Ive purchased bridesmaid dresses from other bridal stores in Tulsa. My experiences have been less than desirable. I couldnt help but feel like these other stores were trying to nickel and dime me, without letting me ask questions. Ive never felt anything but special at Facchianos. They do an amazing job of celebrating you and your special day. Ill definitely be returning to purchase my bridesmaid dresses from them!
Facchianos was my first bridal appointment on my list of 5 over the course of the weekend. I was in town to wedding dress shop with my mom and sister and really wanted to find a dress before I headed back home to Colorado. Jennifer listened to what I liked and helped me find dresses to try on that were within my budget. I saw some other dresses that were out of my price range and she wouldnt even let me try them on, which I SO appreciated. It felt like she was respecting me and was confident that she could find exactly what I wanted in my price range. She made everyone feel comfortable and her dress selection was fabulous! I ended up falling in love with the third dress I tried on. It was even UNDER my budget! I went to my other two appointments that day, but nothing compared and no other bridal associate cared like she did. At one place in particular I felt very pressured to buy a dress that day and I was being put into gowns OVER my budget, which just put a bad taste in my mouth. Going back to Jennifer at Facchianos felt like going back home. I couldnt wait to say yes to the dress!! And I got my veil for 20% off since I purchased it the same day as my dress. Shopping is always a stressful situation for me. I am tall and pretty much everything I try on is too short. I was DREADING shopping for my wedding dress. My first appointment was at a chain bridal store and every single dress I tried on was short, didnt fit, and was not my style. I was flustered and ready to go home but I talked myself into going to Facchianos. I am BEYOND glad I did! I walked in and was welcomed with you are really tall, our dresses will look great on you! My day completely changed after that. My mom, sister and I had the best time. AMAZING place! I took my brother in to get his tux for prom a couple of days ago, at first we were a little lost when the girl just gave us a folder to look at, but came right back to help once she checked in on another customer. We couldnt decide on a color considering we were going off of a photo but the girl was nice and patient! The dresses were super gorgeous as well, I wished I wouldve found them for my prom!!!

Facchianos is the best! I bought my wedding gown from them, and my family, friends and I were all treated excellently every time we went in. They went out of their way to find me the perfect dress, and then once it was found, to alter it any way I wanted. It was so refreshing to go to a bridal shop that was on board with whatever changes I wanted to make, no matter how anti-bridal they seemed. The other places I went to would have probably balked at some of the alterations I wanted, and they definitely didnt have anywhere near the awesome customer service. I went to Facchianos to find a prom dress and everyone there was so helpful! They have a wonderful selection of gowns and even better customer service. I also got my boyfriends tuxedo there because they have the biggest variety of tuxedos and so many colors for the vest/tie combinations. If you are looking for tuxedos or a prom dress then go there to buy it, you wont regret it.

I cant tell you how refreshing it was to work with a vendor who LISTENED! I told Jennifer the type of dress I was looking for and the first two dresses she pulled were my top 2 choices! She pulled what I was looking for, not what SHE thought I should look at. That makes the process tons easier from the get go! And even better, the service from that point on only got better! We paid the extra amount to have the dress delivered to me all pressed and ready to go and it was WELL WORTH it! From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better experience!
In all of my dealings with the staff at Facchianos, I’ve never had a one! They are so over the top (in the best way) kind, creative, & thoughtful. First, when I came in to try on dresses not only did they tell me congratulations, but they asked details about my wedding. This might seem small, but most places just don’t care. They just want to make the sale. The girls all listened to me about my dress must have’s and do not’s. They found my dream dress in no time! I couldn’t wait to get it altered. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the business that did my alterations. But don’t worry! The girls at Facchianos fixed a few details for me & now my dress is perfect. Nothing but love! I went to Facchianos 16 years ago to purchase a prom dress and told them I would be back to buy my bridal gown. I did just that and the whole experience was amazing! Rachel was awesome and really listened to what I liked and disliked. She could even read my face before I said anything. I cannot even express how wonderful my experience at Facchianos was! First of all, you will fall in love with all of the ladies working there - they are so sweet!! My engagement was only 4 months long and they found me the perfect wedding gown and tuxes for the men!! Love love love this place!

I had a great experience at Facchianos. I visited a couple other bridal salons in town and their selection, quality, and service wasnt even comparable to that which I received at Facchianos. Staff was all very friendly and really helped me find the dress that I will wear for my wedding.
I cant say enough great things about Facchianos and the ladies who work there. I went to Facchianos first because Id heard that not only are the dresses beautiful, the staff is amazing and makes the whole experience really special. I couldnt agree with that assessment more. I tried on dresses at Facchianos and wanted to check out what else was out there, so I made rounds all over town. I met some very helpful and lovely people and tried on some gorgeous dresses, but nothing really felt right. I went back to Facchianos (with more perspective) and ultimately found THE dress...It was one Id looked at on my first visit but hadnt tried for whatever reason. (So funny how that works!) My stylist made me feel so special and I could tell she was genuinely thrilled for me! I even hugged her when I bought my dress! Ive since gotten to know other ladies who work there too, and I feel like theyve become friends who are all genuinely excited about my wedding day. They even remember some of my friends who got their dresses at Facchianos years ago...and ask about them by name. So sweet and thoughtful. And they offer great tips, advice, and other services (like wedding day coordination, dress delivery, etc.) that other places dont.They have dresses at many price points, which is appreciated if youre on a budget. They made me, my mom, and my friends who came with me all feel so comfortable. You never feel rushed and are always made to feel as special as any bride should. I highly recommend Facchianos to any bride looking for the perfect dress and that perfect moment when you realize its the one. :)
The ladies at Facchianos are very kind, friendly, and helpful. I purchased a wedding dress there today, and even though it was probably the cheapest wedding dress in the store, they treated me like it was their big sale of the day. Nice selection of pretty dresses.

I’m not normally one to review places but my experience here was AMAZING! I got extremely discouraged after my first bridal boutique because I am a curvy girl and they only had dresses for average size/tiny girls. They were trying to squeeze me into dresses that wouldn’t even fit over my hips and kept telling me to ‘image’ if it were bigger here and longer there. Ugh! I walked into facchianos and Rachel greeted me and introduced herself to my whole crew that was there. I told her about my experience and she assured me they would find me the perfect dress. She listened to my style and what I wanted and didn’t push me towards dresses that were over my budget. She was so encouraging and was telling me how stunning my curves were and told me I should embrace them and wear a dress that shows them off (which was what I wanted). I found a beautiful dress there that was exactly what I wanted but I had another appointment later that day so I decided to not go ahead and buy it yet and go to my 3rd appt for the day. They didn’t give me any grief about it and actually encouraged it if I wasn’t sure because it was a big purchase and they wanted me to feel beautiful. When I went to my 3rd I was just turned off. They had beautiful dresses but they just weren’t listening to me. And Rachel just made the other experience so amazing that I didn’t feel the magic in any other dress. I immediately drove back to facchianos and bought that dress. I also waited until crunch time (3 months til my wedding) and the only way I would be able to get certain dresses was if they had one in my size in stock. Rachel literally looked up every one of them before I tried them on because she didn’t want me to fall in love with one if it wasn’t in stock. Moral of the story... go to Facchianos FIRST. You will not be sorry. If you don’t find your dream dress there, it will still be a good experience. The women there are absolutely amazing!
Buying a wedding dress is an interesting experience. It can be emotional and very stressful. I had been waiting for my boyfriend to propose so when he finally did, the first thing I wanted to do was go dress shopping! My mother and I went to a couple of other stores around town first and didn’t have a very good experience. Then we came to Facchianos. We were greeted warmly as if we were a part of the family. My consultant was Haylee and she did an amazing job. Haylee listened to me and what I was looking for. She was patient and very helpful. She knows brides, bride’s bodies, and how to read their body language. She can tell if you really like a dress or not. It’s pretty impressive. Only once did she bring out a dress that was not the style I had requested, and she told me that, but she asked if I would try it on just to see. (I wanted a ball gown and this was a mermaid style.) So I tried it and I was shocked at how good it looked on me! I didn’t think my body type would work in that style. I still went with a ball gown but I really appreciate Haylee pushing me to try something different. It’s something I would never have thought of and it opens me up to more things in the future. My entire experience at Facchianos was wonderful. They treat you very well but are also honest and open. I would recommend Facchianos to anyone getting married or who needs a formal gown. They are the best!
I had tried on more than a dozen dresses at other stores. I didn’t find anything I loved and if I did, it was way over budget. I walked into Facchianos and had a dress that was UNDER budget in less than 20 minutes. They listened to my preferences and pulled exactly what I was looking for on the third gown. They didn’t care about selling me a dress, they cared that I had the dress of my dreams and it showed through their customer service.
Facchianos is an AMAZING bridal store! There is a very good reason whey they were voted Best in the World! When I first walked in, I couldnt help to fall in love with so many of the dresses they had. The store is absolutely beautiful, and impeccably clean! The customer service there is above the rest, making you feel like the most important and incredible bride in world! Cassandra and my princess daughter helped me find the perfect dress! (Maggie Sottero Priscilla!) Although I know they are no longer doing alterations (I was her last lucky bride to get them done there!) Jennifer helped me with my alterations, made me feel beautiful, (I can honestly say, I RARELY feel that way! I am extremely self conscious with my body, and am starting getting older! Eek!) and me feel like a princess every girls dreams of being! I couldnt feel more blessed with my whole experience! All the staff were extremely helpful, and very very kind! If you go here, you will realize for yourself that this store is nothing short of phenominal! You will have an experience of a life time! Thank you so much Jennifer and Cassandra! You ladies are the best!
First ,yes, the dresses are really pretty but pricey. Theres nothing less then $200 in this place, and they they take your size by measure, which is totally incorrect, if I was size 12 they put me a size 16, arguing that I had wide hips and if a didnt had that size, the dress wouldnt fit me, and the dresses look horrible on me when arrive to the store and try on in front of them, she just look at me and say well you just own $230 are paying with credit or cash, you had to pay half first, and if your dress dont fit you they dont make any alteration in order to fix it. That is just wrong and my dress cost me and the end $450 and my sister dress was $270 and happen the exactly the same. Its just a really big disappointed purchase
