This is a dangerous place, Im not allowed in unsupervised! ;) soo many things to look at, I can circle the store 3 times and still find scents that Ive missed. They are usually busy, but get people in and out of line quickly.

Who doesnt love a bath and body works?! The staff is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The deals are amazing. The products are to live for. Its the best shop for finding a gift for someone special. The candles are so good!!!! Its the best body lotion store ever. Highly recommended

I buy lots of their foaming soap and plug ins. Love everything they have.

Bath and Body works at Hillside Drive is a great little shop for all of your body care needs. They have everything from bubble bath to hand soap and everything in between. The staff there are always helpful and are very knowledgeable. Although they sometimes don’t offer the same products as the Woodland Hills store the keep all the latest and greatest self care products available. If you’re on their mailing list the send monthly product release fliers that include three very good coupons that vary in value. Each month you will receive one free item, a percentage discount on your over all purchase, and one reduced price item coupon all in a beautifully designed mailer that exhibits the latest products available. I like how the fragrances change with the season and how wonderful and creative the scents are. They are very enjoyable and make my home smell absolutely wonderful!

This store is not ideal. Walked in and was not greeted nor handed a bag as I proceed to walk to get my own bag I am chased to the counter then was hassled as to what I was shopping for when I said perfume she showed me the items annual sale which was one perfume, when the store has multiple to offer. Then instead of being addressed as maam I was addressed as friend which is not professional to me then when checking out my sister had the coupon for $10 off $40 and was told it was only for mens cologne from email which was the annual sale coupon went to car for paper that was received in mail for it to be accepted when a lady showed the same coupon from her phone I just feel as if I was highly mistreated.

This store you cant pass it by. They have the fall ,pumpkin common candles in. They have the plug in to match the candle smells.You sign up and they send you coupons which are amazingCheck it out . Good for all kind of gifts.

Ive always thought these products (I only buy the body wash and sprays, my girlfriend buys all the other stuff) were over priced but I reluctantly bought them anyway as they are better than store brands I usually buy and just like everyone else I lie to myself and I believe Im worth it. However, Im done shopping at B&BW after visiting the Broken Arrow location today. Its a very neat and clean store (duh, its new) and the staff were very pleasant.....BUT....the front doors (quite large in fact, I apologise for not getting a pic while on site) were wide open. Normally, this is not a problem for B&BW as you will find a majority of them in an old fashioned malls where the environment inside and outside the actual store are the same. Unfortunately, this location is in your standard suburban strip mall and its late June with a midday temperature in the low 90s and off the charts humidity due to the previous nights storms. I couldnt stand it so I addressed this with the ranking manager who was very polite and understanding. She told me that corporate policy called for the doors to be open during business hours regardless of temperature; hot or cold. WHAT?!?!I had only stopped in to pick up about $25 in bath supplies. But, I couldnt in good conscience give my money to a company that would show such disregard for the environment and at the same time show customers (OK, maybe just me) that they have so much money that they can afford to run there A/C non-stop all day. Next week the temps in Broken Arrow will be in the upper 90s with heat indexes well into the mid 100s!! Who could be so dumb?This open door policy isnt the dumbest thing Ive seen come from corporate America but its pretty close.FIX IT B&BW!!!!
