This place was great. I really liked the small, family-owned business vibe of the place. There is zero hard-sell pressure. They basically leave you alone unless you have questions, which I definitely prefer. Loren was really nice and helpful. The prices were really good. Ive had the car a week and so far so good. Jan was also really nice and answered all my questions even when I called back to ask even more questions about the warranty. I would definitely buy from here again and recommend this place. My one word of advice is not to wait if you find The One. I test drove a car I loved but was nervous to pull the trigger. I decided that night to buy it, but it had sold already when I went back the next day. It was a bummer, but I ended up buying another car from them that is probably an even better fit, and I couldnt be happier.

We didn’t actually buy a car from here. Met Jeremy yesterday. He’s the owner. It seems like he has a pretty solid business here. My little family and I was after a White Honda Odyssey Mini Van. Of course that’s no mans dream car, but that’s what we are in the market for. Jeremy didn’t even have it showroom ready and he was giving us the opportunity at getting to purchase it. Unfortunately we wasn’t able to come to an agreement on a price. But I am very certain we will eventually buy from him in the future.

My daughter bought a car there yesterday and drove it 12 miles when all the malfunction lights appeared. They said they would fix it for 300$ We first went to fill up the car because the light said empty but wasnt. She drove it back and they ran a diagnostic on it then told us they were clearing the malfunction lights. I believe it had multiple problems. We were able to come to a decent end. Not worth the headache or hassle

Came in needing a vehicle and although they really didnt have Exactly the vehicle I was wanting they found something that I really liked and even though it was a little over my price limit they worked with me and got it in my budget and I drove away in a new vehicle. My husband and I bought a 2005 Cadillac CTS from these people and we hadnt owned it two weeks before it broke down. We have had to spend money we dont have to fix it and the repairs have been costly. The battery is to small for the car, the head gaskets are leaking oil, and the alternator is bad. Our mechanic said there is no way that a professional mechanic would have missed these things. especially the oil leak. I do not suggest anyone do business with this company if you arent willing to put EXTRA money on the car right away. We called and told the company a few days after we bought it and all they could say was we can do a courtesy test on the parts. I will never do business with these people again and advise anyone looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere. It was the WORST experience buying a car I have EVER had. Not to mention the title is WRONG. It is a white car and the title says black. When that was brought up to the OWNER he said we verified all information, when in fact the only information we had to verify was our personal information. Nothing about the title was verified. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

I THOUGHT I was excited! I paid 500.00 in sales tax yesterday when you guys TOLD me I would not have to pay any if I bought your warranty. Which by the way, covers NONE of the issues that are wrong with the 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid I got from you! Throttle body, temperature sensor, and worst of all, it idles at such a high RPM it sounds like it is going to blow up! Finding a mechanic that wants to work on a Hybrid is no easy task either. Money, Money, Money is all I have spent on it since I got it home! NOT happy at all with this purchase. ;(

Changing my review. Yes they are nice people but vehicles are not highway ready and if they are they arent done very good. We bought 2 vehicles at the end of January. Not even having one of them 2 days we had to replace the radiator. And then the terrain we bought has been in the shop 5 times in the 4.5 months weve had it. Its in there right now because the transmission crapped out. So make sure you check all fluids and have a mechanic go with you when buying. And then the 6 month warranty only last 6,000 miles. They fail to tell you that when paying for it. Thank God its still under the 6,000 miles so the warranty is barely covering the transmission, they wont even pay for a new one they pay for a used one which isnt even a refurbished one but it doesnt cover any cv shaft or things like that. What a rip off!! Will never do business here again!

If I could give zero star I would. I have had my vehicle less than a year and it has been nothing but a headache,After putting more money in it than I purchased it for. Im sad to say Im going to have to let it go. Im a single mother and I cant do anything but cry right now.😔 I wanted to give my baby a good reliable vehicle and got a piece of junk instead.

I bought a beautiful car from here. Less than 30 days after purchasing this vehicle it began to have MAJOR mechanical issues. After taking it to my mechanic, it was diagnosed with having severe erosion due to lack of maintenance. They should have known the condition of the vehicle when they sold it, but instead of being honest and having integrity, they decided to lie to me and be misleading. I turned around and traded my car in to a LEGIT dealership before I even had the title. If I could give anything less than 1 star, I would. The owner was rude and extremely hateful. The woman at the front desk seemed to be nice enough and accommodating though.

I am honestly disappointed in my experience with J T Wholesale Auto.They were accommodating on the day of the sale, working with my finances and bringing in the van to sell it to us when they had lent it out.However when I got my van home and checked the brakes I found the brake pads very worn, almost on the rotors. The van was rejected on a state safety inspection and I had to replace the brake pads before I could legally drive it. I thought I was told verbally when I bought the van that they do a careful inspection on the vehicles before selling them including checking the brakes. Somehow the brake pads were overlooked. I don’t expect new brake pads but I would expect enough life to last a year or 15,000 miles.So I fixed the brakes. I called J T Wholesale Auto to inquire about this apparent oversight and spoke with Jeremy, the owner. He was a quick thinker and made it clear that this was my problem, not his. If I was interested in bringing the van back so he could see it he might consider something but that was all. I offered to send him the brake pads so he could see them but he very quickly said no, bring the van. He knew I lived far enough away that it was not feasible for me to bring it. I was hoping that he would say, “I am sorry, that was an oversight, what would you like us to do to remedy this situation”? Pay for everything, maybe not, but make some sort of compromise or amends. Not so, he made it clear that this is my problem, not his. For interest, here is a quote from their website, you can read it for yourself on the warranty tab.“We personally hand pick our inventory after running a history report and doing our homework to assure their quality and safety.”What does that mean, when they say they do their homework to assure their quality and safety? It is clear they did not examine the brake pads for any life on them before selling the van. The brake pads were worn incredibly thin, there was not even 5,000 miles life in them. Again, if it was an oversight, I could gladly accept an apology and an offer to make amends but no, Jeremy made it clear this is the customer’s problem.All I can say is I am disappointed, disappointed in having to spend money for replacement brake pads etc., but even more I am disappointed in the response I got from the owner.

They treated my wife and I with kindness and patience with our situation on lending. The car is Awesome! Got a 2014 Prius for my commutes. Beautiful Gray color and runs like a dream. The cars are already priced to sell. Looked mine up in between getting things financed and picking it up and I bought it from JT at 3K under NADA pricing. So bought a car from them and had to put it in the shop for 500 dollars worth of repairs 3 days after buying. They got rude with my wife. Dont let them fool you cuz they fooled me.

Very friendly and polite. I bought a manual corolla from them around mid December 2020. The only problem was when at the time of purchase I specifically asked if there was any problems with the car, and the seller said no, but turns out that the 4th gear grinds really bad whenever you shift into it at optimal performing tempt. I personally wont buy from them ever again. The car was a sold as is so I practically couldnt do anything about it. Bought a junk car thatll cost a ton to fix. Please check any car thoughly before you buy it. Theyre not honest and will seem to sell anything just to get it off their lot. Personally Id blame myself for not throughly checking the car and not driving it enough. Dont buy from them unless you know a decent amount about cars because they seem to mask the major and minor problems about the car that you wont notice problems until you get to know the car.

Bought my 2003 Pontiac Vibe from here yesterday afternoon. Initially went in on Friday to look at another car (2005 Ford Focus), but it was a manual transmission, so that didnt work out. But Jan showed me three other cars in my price range. A 2004 Nissan Sentra, 2006 Subaru Impreza, and of course the 2003 Pontiac Vibe. Completely fell in love with it. Its not quite perfect, but for a 17 year old car, its as close as I could ask for. I might add, it was a very reasonable price. And Jan is the sweetest & best salesperson Ive ever known. I want to come back here because not only did I get a great car, but she made such a memorable impression. Very honest, polite, friendly, intelligent, professional, and just wonderful in general. Thank you! Also, the entire process was quick & easy. We arrived around 4:45 & were out having dinner celebrating at 6. Overall an amazing experience.
