I am a young and first time buyer of a vehicle off the lot. The staff were pleasant and easy to work with, and now I believe it was too good to be true. I purchased an 08 Chevy Impala in October 2019. I was given their word that if I made steady payments on the vehicle I purchased at the monthly rate suggested, I will have it paid off in two years. Its now 2021 and after speaking with the dealership I somehow still owe $7,000+!!!!! It ridiculous and completely heart aching. They gave me their word!

Went here to pick up a vehicle that I purchased online from them. A 2001 suburban, and it was exactly as pictured and better. By the way I drove there from Louisiana. But while I was there I browsed the lot, in which Mr. Scott was very patient with us. Out of curiosity I ask how much would they trade my vehicle I drove there for. I was amazed. Long story short, we drove back with two quality vehicles. Paperwork was fast and they all where friendly there. Alot of veteran staff there and yes they are in the business to make money like anyone but they made me feel happy about giving it to them. Highly recommended.

In April 2019 I purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey EXL from Big 12 Auto in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. It was Garage kept, in Great condition when i Purchased the vehicle. The Total price of 17,833.62 that included a Standard Warrenty for 12 month or 12,000 miles. Within days of purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on. I called Big 12 Auto and returned the vehicle to be repaired. When I went back they claimed it was a wiring issue and it was fixed. I drove the van for 2 days and the check engine light came back on. I again called Big 12 Auto and took the van in to be repaired. This time they said it just needed a tune up. They had replaced spark plugs and wires. I left the lot and the very Next day the check engine light was again on. I went back to the lot and explained it wasnt the wires and to dig farther to find the issue. They failed to call me with any updates. After a week i finally called for an update and was informed they had sent the van to an outside repair shop and they would let me know when the van was ready. I waited a week and a half to get the the van back. When I went to pick up the van, the check engine light was off. I drove the van 2 days and it began to tick. I checked the oil level and added oil. 2 days later the tick was back. Again i checked oil levels and added oil. After 2 more days it happened again, so I took the van into JiffyLube for a full oil change and they explained I had an oil leak on the oil pan seal. They also explained that I was missing all the splash guards from under the van, a wheel well and the battery secure bars, and the engine cover. By now I had had the van 4 weeks and barely driven it except to and from the lot and repair shop. When I took the van into be repaired all parts were present and attached to the vehicle. So i contacted the outside repair shop, and was told to bring in the van for inspection. I took the van there and explained that i didnt have any leaks prior to Big 12 Auto taking the vehicle and sending it to their shop. The owner said they never removed any of those parts, that they hoisted the motor out of the vehicle, sat it on a table, made the repair then placed the motor back in the vehicle and that they didnt have any parts like i was decribing that was laying around. They also claimed that the oil leaks was not due to the repairs his shop had made since all they replaced was the head gasket. I paid $812.45 to get the tags. I got a called the Warrenty company, I explained to them what all had happened and they told me to take the vehicle into a Honda Dealership for a diganostic look over. There inspection revealed that the oil leaks are located at the oil pump seal, the camshaft thrust O-ring, the Crankshaft seal & O-ring near the flywheel, the right side sliding door latch assembly is faulty and needs replaced. The sway bars need replaced. The power steering high pressure hose needs replaced, oil pan needs resealed, and replace the hps gearbox. Resulting in $3,938.84 in repairs and thats just the major problems. The van is now in totaled staus due to the repairs needed being being more then what the vehicle is worth. Neither the Lot or the Repair shop are taking responcibility for the repair damages or even trying to make this situation right, meanwhile im left paying the debt for an undrivable vehicle. If you purchase a vehicle from this lot, and it needs a repair, take it to your own personal shop, or a dealership.. Do not take it back to Big 12 and expect ur vehicle to be fixed correctly.

I bought a used ford mustang convertible, trusting big 12 that it was in good shape like they said. I have had the car less than 30 days and the transmission and the alternator have gone out, leaving me and my family stranded in new orleans after our vacation. Our family ended up having to rent a car and drive 12 hours here in order to pick us up. I have called them numerous times, and they will not give me an answer on how they want to fix the car or if they will at all. Personally, I want a full return. Big 12 Auto Sales ripped me off, and I do not recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a car that runs.

The sales person was less then helpful. He seemed to think he knew what I needed more then myself. Not all women are helpless little creatures who need a man to tell them what is best for them! When my husband met with the sales person the very true to form used car salesmen made a comment more inappropriate then his sexist remarks to myself. My husband is not able to work and has not been able to work in over 5 years for reasons that are of no concern to the salesmen. When my husband said he no longer works in the industry he once did after the salesman asked him about his occupation I told the man it was bc he is sick. The salesman said you dont look very sick to me. Put aside the absolute lack of respect and add in the lack of help by not offering for us to test drive the vehicle we were looking at, which by the way had cord showing through the very little tread that was left, nor did he offer for us to look at any other vehicle. Also, we offered a trade that could be very desirable for some but not all. He all but refused to give us a trade in value. He didnt even bother to ask if we purchased a vehicle if we would be financing. Which by the way we would be paying cash. I plan on contacting a person who may care more then the arrogant man who was suppose to help us. If they are sincere in an apology I will take this down.

Low prices and low mileage for sure! Great front office help but the first three cars driven had mechanical issues first car test driven AC did not work and had other problems service engine soon light was on three of the vehicles, tie rod ends or idler arm is bad in another vehicle and the final test drive Nissan Altima overheated and broke down! Thought I smelled some water damage who knows. Standing on the side of the road waiting for Crystal from the dealership to pick us up.. Getting ready to call Lyft or Uber.

My daughter went there to buy a car. When she got there she spoke to a woman who had set up the deal over the phone. The car was listed for $6950. She said the payment was $259 for 48 months. The numbers didn’t add up. My daughter didn’t find out she had added in a $1900 warranty. Until she got home with the car. They only gave her a Bill of sale. It showed the price of the car the $500 down payment and the total. Nothing else about the warranty or price, the interest rate or final cost. She Didnt even receive a copy of the loan agreement. When my daughter realized how much the warranty was she no longer wanted it She called the sales woman and explained. The sales women became very rude and said now she would have to put down $1250 instead of the agreed on amount of $500 and to bring the car back. “Obviously your not happy.” “ So the deals off” My daughter told here She would bring it back in the morning. She didn’t answer. While I was out with my mom that night she texted me back and said. “No worries we just came and took the car.” This is the kind of service you get from them. These people are rude and shady. I’m sure they probably do some thingsIlegally. Don’t ever go here. Spread the word. We will, i do loans at a credit union and my daughters father is a car salesman so we know people in the business. Thanks for reading.

If I could give them no Stars I would! I went out there to look at a van I found online. I take it for a test drive, afterwards I pop the hood and look it over and find there is a rag for a radiator cap... I asked them about it and they insisted it was robbed and the thief must have left the rag there. I dont know if they were trying to hide it leak in the radiator, heater coil, water pump, or maybe even blown head gaskets but it was clear they did not want the engine to pressure up...

Went an bought a 2010 dodge journey from them. An had nothing but trouble out of it an only had it a week an a half an paid straight cash money for it an now its at a mechanic an its going to cost over a 1000 bucks to get it fixed so beware of this place

I paid this dealership my first car payment bc they told me they would send it for me. Today I go to pay my second car payment and the bank never got my first payment. They cashed my check and kept the money for themselves!! This a shady, horrible dealership! I am now getting my lawyer involved in hopes this never happens to anyone else!
