THE ABSOLUTE Friendliest Manager EVER! I had so many bad experiences at this store. I swore I wouldnt be back. Well I had to eat my words and go pick up a hard to find item. What a NEW MANAGER!? I ADORE HER!!!! PERFECT FIT for Michaels! I will be back every chance I get Just because of how Nice and Funny she is!

Everyone was super nice and helpful! The cashier- Darlene I think-was super fast. The lady on the floor was very helpful too-soup was on her name tag- she knew exactly what and where my item was! I would recommend this store!

Store is always clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I went looking for planner supplies and only found a few of the items needed as it looked like they were getting ready for new stock or stock change. I used the ap to find out where some other items I was needing needing could be found and was happy to see they keep their website updated. Everything was where it said it would be.

She filled me in on when they would get more of the Halloween product in stock that I was looking for and their new rewards program when I was checking out. Mama loves a coupon! The prices can be expensive, but they have everything you need for arts and crafts projects as well as school items. They also do sales and give a lot of discounts. The customer service is usually really good. Micheals will remain a favorite of mine as long as the customer service remains as great as it is currently.

I absolutely love Michael’s!! This location is always clean, well organized and the staff are just the absolute friendliest. I recently took a 103 year old WWI poster to be custom framed. They took the best care of it and did an outstanding job with the frame! Highly recommend going here for your custom framing needs as well as your crafting needs.

Best thing about the place is theyre OPEN ON SUNDAY. Courteous staff. Selection of certain types and brands of material and paints are limited for my needs, but theyll let me know quickly if they dont have or carry them.

Love going in there, always find new and intriguing ideas! It can be a little pricey but they are constantly having sales and the quality of items is good!

Good place to buy supplies for your creative side. I like to make jewelry so I get beads and the parts I need to make beautiful pieces for myself, friends and family. Ive done other creative projects and get alot of my materials there.

This new location is great! Since it is new, everything is very clean and organized. Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have great sales AND you can use more than one coupon in a single transaction! Mind. Blown. Keep it up!!

Create place to go for all your crafting needs! The floor staff was very helpful and even though the check outlines were really long they were checking everyone out very quickly. The cashiers were very nice and friendly. Even under pressure of getting everyone in line taken care of.

Best Michaels in the Tulsa area. Store is laid out in a great way and it doesnt feel crowded

Great Place for Craft Supplies

This is the best place to go for family fun especially on a rainy day

Walked the entire store at least half a dozen times looking for the one item I needed. Learned two things.... 1. They dont carry the item I needed. 2. Despite having 10-12 people working that day, the staff will not be bothered by a man walking their store for 30 minutes and not buying a thing. Customer service is almost non-existent here in my opinion.

There are lots of sales going on at the moment. This holidays at Michaels are amazing. I removed 2 stars because there were only 2 people working the entire store (they told me) and they repeatedly sent us to the wrong section looking for iron-ons. When we checked out one of the young woman said if its not in those places we dont have it. #annoyed. The store is labeled. Other than that it was great and fun.

Very helpful staff & offered any discount Michaels had to offer. So pleased by the service Michaels personnel assisted with even climbing a ladder to get a Halloween Pumpkin down for myself to purchase.

This particular location has a wide variety of items. It is similar to Hobby Lobby in some ways but I feel like it is more focused on arts and crafts. Theres a huge selection of paints, stencils, canvas, frames, and scrapbooking supplies. I had a fairly specific shopping list for my sons bday party decorations and even found a J canvas that I never expected to find without special ordering. You can sign up for emails to get coupons but you also get them at check out. I would recommend watching their sales.
