UPDATE 12/7/2020 - The assistant manager was very apologetic about our situation and made it right as soon as they opened on Monday. I will leave my review up to make others aware of the issues with TCL TVs - check your TCLs at the shop! TVs 4 Less will make it right! They gave us an upgrade for the same price as our TCL and were very pleased with how the handled the issue.Original review 12/5/2020: I recommend this business, but be very careful with TCL TVs! We were recommended this business by two other people who had no issues with the TVs we purchased from TVs 4 Less. Obviously, other people have not had issues with their TVs. This is the second TV we have come home with in 48 hours that is broken. Both times we have alerted them within 12 hours that the TVs are defective and the customer service was excellent.

I am not even going to give this place a one star its 1 star iPhone a 70 video since July 4th it is now a hair over my 60 days and I have ATV that has a 1/2 black screen and this company will not do anything about it I even asked if they would meet me in the middle and give me half credit back but they werent willing to do anything beyond the 30 days they will never ever get me purchase anything from them ever again

I am totally obsessed with this store after my purchase today! They have everything with warranties just have a scratch or ding which I couldnt find any on any of them anywhere. I have bought several TVs here personally, two 65” and a 70” all have worked great and were at great price with excellent customer service. Even got my old employer to buy a 55” and 60” for board rooms. Had issue with one of them a cracked screen out the box. Called them they said bring it back exchanged it right out. I always look here first for TVs and Appliance’s and rarely have to look anywhere else.

The people are nice, but they dont have anything in stock that is stated on the website. I have been trying for weeks to get any of the 3 specific fridges they show online and nothing. They requested the item be sent from the warehouse and nothing for 3 weeks now. I am done with this place. I was going to get a fridge and 4 new tvs all at once, but if they dont really care neither will I. I will order off line!

I have purchased 3 TVs (65” for the living room, 55” for the bedroom, and 42” for patio) from them and been pleased every time! It’s like Black Friday prices 365 days a year! Joshua always makes sure I had the right size and functions for what I’m using the tv for! Won’t ever go anywhere or trust anyone else for my TVs. Appliances are next!

Drove an hour to get a tv. The tv is already opened and doesn’t have legs. I decided to go ahead and get it and then when I go to check out it’s $300 more than what they are advertising online. Then they tried to sell me a different tv. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here but if you do I would verify you are getting a new tv and they aren’t trying to do a bait and switch on you.

Big selection of appliances to choose from if you dont mind a minor cosmetic blemish. Saved me a bunch of money. Joshua was great and easy to work with.

TV’s 4 Less have really good deals, they sell more than just TV’s they have refrigerators, freezers, stove tops, ovens, ranges and more. Go check them out you might find what your looking for and best prices. Did I mention they have a large selection of washers and dryers too?

Just picked up a 75 tv here.. No pressure buying, we unboxed the TV to test it out and inspect for blemishes.. everything checked out and saved a good amt of $$$$. Why pay a few extra hundred for a fancy colored retail box and paper manuals that youll throw away anyway.

My sister bought a Frigidaire Fridge for $680 with extended warranty it was $775 in all. Great deals on TVs and other appliances as well. Definitely would recommend!

Awesome customer service, I bought a tcl 55 from them but it was defective, luckily i was still inside the 30 day warranty from the store, I put everything back on the box, took it back to the store, they inspected the tv to see the problem and was able to exchange it for another model that was bigger with out any problems, just had to pay for the difference since it was a bit more than the defective model.I really recommend it to anybody looking for great big tvs at a low price.

Sounded questionable as does any discounted store of electronics but their process is solid. Great discount on a 55in and no wear or problems still, at 4 months! Great warranties and great place.

Definitely not what I was expecting....walked in and was treated very professionally and bought 2 TVs before I left. They also sell pallets of miscellaneous merchandise for cheap too. I have made enough off selling those products to pay for the TVs I bought.

Me and my fiance were in for a new television because our other one was on its way out. I went in to the Tulsa location, told them how much I had to spend and what I wanted. He walked me around and showed me what he had to offer. I purchased the 55 inch TCL with built in Roku. Great price, its even 4k. I got home and the remote didnt work I called them, went back and they made it right. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and overall was great to deal with. I would recommend to my friends and family in a heartbeat .

AVOID! On 5/22/18 I purchased qty 2 70 Vizio televisions for a company break room. Took the TVs to the office where they sat in storage until yesterday (6/12/18) when we were ready to install and only one of them worked, the 2nd one has a bleeding screen (side) but no physical damage to outside can be seen also the remote control is clearly used so be careful of that too. Today (6/13/18) I took the TV back to get a replacement only to be told that as per receipt physical damage on TVs must be reported within 24 hours they could do nothing for me. GM told me they recently implemented this policy due to multiple customers coming back with broken TVs. Wonder why? maybe because they are selling bad equipment? We had bough from them before but no more and just wanted to pass the word. Paid $808 for it when on other stores it retails for $899 and are 100% new backed by store so for around 10% savings I am now out $808 dollars! Just pay the 10% more and get new and full warranty. Will be filling a formal BBB complaint as well.

I do not recommend. Apparently they are incapable of shipping a tv even when the customer is Paying for the shipping and has a fedex account. I try to buy local to keep my money in Oklahoma, however only their OKC store has the tv I want 32 Vizio e series but they are incapable of getting it to Tulsa. Don’t was your time and money here.
