They forgot to hand back the driver license of my colleague (Tulsi) when doing paperwork. We have since called ~6 times AND left a note in their drop box, but have not been able to speak to anyone on site about it. We also left a message with national Uhaul, and they said they would call the site and have them call us back. It’s now been 5 days with her having no drivers license and no phone call. Unacceptable

Overall I had a great experience. The truck was ready on time, the truck was clean, the mileage was correct and the customer service representative was able to answer all my questions.This location loses one star on this review due to the condition of the parking lot. As I was inspecting my truck before leaving the lot I noticed the trash lining the borders of the property. Had the premises been clean this would have been 5 stars.

Extremely unprofessional and poorly run store. The general manager George is very rude, nonchalant, and dismissive, which carries over to his employees. Most employees don’t know what they’re doing, or are on their phones instead of assisting other customers. I’ll never rent from here, or any other Uhaul again.

As much time as we rent a truck from uhaul Brockton today I had the worse experience with this location we were charged an extra 80 miles that we didnt drove and today.

BEWARE DONT RENT FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE. I rented a uhaul from this shady place nothing wrong with the uhaul when I returned it but 2 years later I try to rent another uhaul from another place and I was not allowed to because these people said I destroyed the uhaul. Never once was I contacted about the situation, and the person that was infront of me returning another truck was giving the employee an attitude and once the gentleman walked out I heard the employee say to another employee that he was putting a claim on the truck saying that he destroyed the truck. Smh these people are scam artists.

I even don’t know why I was being denied to get a truckClaiming that they have reservations which was total Bs

Recommend you take a picture of the mileage before leaving and when returning rental they will charge you double the mileage

After the single most worst experience in the Weymouth location we ended up at the Brockton location. The experience was night and day to what we had just went through. Bravo Kyle for your stellar customer service. Kyle provided phenomenal customer service all while juggling customers and hustling to see if what we needed was there. He definitely saved face for our experience with Uhaul and we’ll gladly drive further to use this location in the future. Thanks Kyle!

They ripped me off big time and said I went 50 miles over then what I actually drove. They didn’t even give me half the papers they’re supposed to to confirm the mileage. Completely unprofessional and a scam, Never will I do my business with them ever again. If you’re reading this please don’t rent a truck from them unless you like overpaying!

I told them that I didn’t know when I would be able to make it down there because I have to wait for a ride. They told me to set it up for as late as I can so I don’t miss the appointment and I can just pick it up early. I get there and they tell me I can’t take a truck and I had to come back 4 HOURS LATER, my whole afternoon was gone. They are the worst.

Not only was I charged an extra day for being 2mins late returning the vehicle but they had the worst employees there who didn’t help one bit and waited almost 30mins in line. Never again, oh by the way I’m still waiting after 2 weeks for my refund of $20 for the extra day of being charged.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES

Truck ran great! Just what we needed.. Help was ignorant, and very unprofessional. Waited in line for over 30 minutes while one employee ridiculed the other. Good job, Brockton..

First, I waited all day for the ready to pickup call that I was told should come in a couple of hours. Eventually I called myself just to find it impossible to get through to the actual location and had to deal with nationwide customer service. After explaining to the person the full details of my situation and what I needed to achieve, she called this location for me to have them give me a call. The guy called with completely wrong information like he hadnt listened to on word the woman said. After correcting him, he said I was good to come pick up my Ubox but needed the wiring harness. He then sent me on a wild goose chase to multiple other locations to get a tow harness (none of the other locations had said tow harness that this location called ahead to confirm) I get back to this location and the ONE worker spent 40 minutes on the phone with his manager because he couldnt figure out how to complete my basic rental. After 40 minutes of going nowhere (on top of the hour and twenty mintues I drove around for the adapter) I had had enough. Two hours of my day wasted and still left without a trailer. Absolutely the worst Uhaul I have ever been to. Completely under staffed and the staff on site was not trained at all. Companies like Uber shut there contracted drivers down when they hit 3.8 out of 5 stars for evaluation. Maybe its time Uhaul starts evaluating all of these 2 STAR locations. Will never use Uhaul again after this never ending display of incompetence.

The manager was too busy on the phone during loading and didnt give proper instructions to wait or leave then cancelled my booking.

Rented a truck which was great for moving my things into stor a g e u ntill I find a new home, there was no problem with tje retirn in and out. Forgot theu have storage on site as well!...

I had a truck booked from August 31st - Sept1st which was guaranteed to me for 17 hours. The DAY OF my move my reservation was reduced by 7 hours to a point in time that it would be impossible for me to move my items and get the truck back in time.When I called the office they notified me that they had reduced my booking a month before and that it was my fault for not addressing it then. However, when they reduced it the month before I DID call in, and extended it, which I have a phone call record of. The store itself reduced the booking THAT DAY and had the gall to blame me for their changes.Moving is difficult and I understand that September 1st is a busy time, but the way this business conducted themselves on that day was absurd. I understand that many people were vying for time, but the booking had been in their system for over a month and should NOT have been bumped the day of. I will never use the services of this U-Haul outpost again and will likely be contacting the BBB. I not only experienced a great deal more stress that day than necessary, but also wasted valuable time scrambling for a solution to the problem that they caused.I hope that they improve their booking strategy so that situations like mine dont occur in the future.

Ive never had a hitch before, and of course I am a little nervous and concerned. Is asking an employee to make sure everything is up to par asking too much of them? Its a busy place but you find a lot of boxes size, rent trucks or minivan as you need, prices are affordable. Very convenient!

Great moved relatively far did everything online only issue was when I picked up the truck they said I owed a little more Money but other than that great experience

While picking up my reservation I overheard the person next to me being very frustrated because her reservation was costing her more due to U-Haul messing up. I got an additional 90 miles on my reservation due to a switched reservation on a one way rental, but ended up being wrongly charged for gas. Called two days in a row with the promise of a call back, which never happened.

Called in with a simple question. After the employee who answered the phone was cussed out by her boss in the background, was put on hold indefinitely. Im beginning to suspect these reviews about the customer service might have some merit.

$77 for 2 hours 49 minutes. Convenient at the time but not worth it. Enterprise Rent a car starts at $30 a day

One star is too nice for this location. I made a reservation and in the middle of my reservation the “customer service rep” stops my transaction to make a reservation for a guy that walks in. Then the same customer service rep refused to cancel my 48 hour reservation and change it to 24 hour reservation, because it was too close to closing time.

Here is the good place to found cars and storage to make a safety moving

Dropped of the truck and they blamed me for damage that was already on the truck. They didn’t have a sticker on so they said it was my fault. Don’t rent from them and if you do take a ton of pictures of the truck before you leave the lot. Absolute disgrace.
