Salesman is friendly, and informative. Service was very unimpressive.Took my F800ST in for an annual service/valve check and to fix a stall-out problem and an instrument panel malfunction. The bike was there for 7 WEEKS. I was told the stall-out issue was the coils and the instrument panel was due to a loose battery. My bill was $2K. Upon pickup I was told the bike was “running beautifully”. I rode the bike 5 MINS down the road and the bike was stalling out all over the place. I almost got killed trying to pull into traffic to turn around back to the shop. At which point I was told it was the fuel pump that needed replacing. I couldn’t believe they charged me $2K but couldn’t test drive my bike more than 5 mins to make sure it was ACTUALLY running well. All said and done, total bill was $3K.Two weeks later the instrument panel started malfunctioning again, and the bike still has stall-out problems. I’ve never spent so much money on servicing a bike where the original problems didn’t get fixed.

This place has no sense of professionalism, the sales person and manager has no respect for the clients. The deal was set for us to buy a bike and next morning we called to settle all the details from the bank and they had sold the bike to someone else with no regards of what was discussed with us right before. I tried to speak to the manager in the most polite way to see if something could be done and he came at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Definitely not the right place to buy anything if you are looking for respectful and professional staff! Don’t waist your time here.

This is an excellent dealership. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tom, the owner, is very personable, and knows more about bikes than anyone else I have encountered in this field. He is always there for advice and suggestions and direct hands on and how to knowledge. They have an excellent parts inventory, and the facility itself is clean, bright with many bikes on display. The service department is fast and reliable. Best of all, the work they do is solid. I have never had a problem of any kind bringing my bike there for service.

What a really nice dealership. The salesman Jonathan was incredibly considerate of my many questions. Had thorough knowledge and comparison of BMW and Ducati motorcycles as well as other bikes in the same class.Without question and this is a premier motorcycle dealer for BMW in Ducati.

I am so glad that I came to Dunbar Eurosports. The whole team is incredibly friendly and very helpful. There is no horrible forceful sales approach, just some huge motorcycle fans trying to get the best thing for you! I would recommend anyone to come here and buy from them, you wont regret it.

My father purchased his BMW in 1995, I purchased my Ducati in 2000, and Im looking into returning for my next motorcycle. Tom and his staff are the most friendly people. They are always willing to help with information or just talk for a while. When I go to Dunbar I feel comfortable and happy... Ive left other motorcycle stores that almost make me feel like I need a shower... like Im now slimey... this is never the case at Dunbar.

Ive been overdue to leave a review for this dealer. I purchased a used F650 from Dunbar earlier this year. Having owned Harleys for road bikes in the past, making the switch to BMW was a big one. Ive never enjoyed riding more than i do now. I had a rare isolated electrical issue shortly after purchase. My first instict was that it was going to cost a fortune. Tom worked with me and we put our heads together finding the final sollution to the circuit board repair. I left paying a bill that was very reasonable.Just wanted to thank Tom and the whole staff at the dealership. Ive always had some animosity towards dealerships, but you guys have restored my faith and gained a lifetime customer. Thanks again!

I took my bike for a scheduled 7500mile service. i normally wrench on my bikes, but since I bought it used, this is the newest bike I have (by good 30 years), and it had never been gone through, I figured that it might be a good idea to have it looked over. The shop is beautiful, well organized and very clean, which was the first good sign. Then the mechanic, Devin, was incredibly meticulous. Because I wrench on my bikes, I always have a slight apprehension about someone else work on my bikes, but on this rare occasion, I was happy with how thorough, careful and meticulous he was, I felt so good knowing that my bike was properly taken care of. He really was incredible, working 4 hours straight through. I nearly had a heartattck when I saw the bill, but I was warned that a good Ducati service would be pricy (this is my first Ducati), so theres no way Id hold it against the shop. I read a couple of negative reviews about this shop, but my experience is top notch, Devin treated my bike as if it was his own, and Im very grateful. I highly recommend this shop, Im convinced that they will do just right.

I have tried doing business with Tom Fornier, the owner for years. Every time I have done business with him I have left feeling overcharged and disappointed. Most recently I had a major service done on my BMW GS 1200, $1,600.00 later, I was quoted $1,300.00 I got my bike back. One thousand miles later the engine blew up!!After doing a lot of research on what could cause this to happen to a bike that ran like a swiss watch for 48K miles I learned that there are a number of possibilities. 1) Coincidentally it does happen!! 2) The mechanic that did the work did something wrong!! My hunch, he adjusted the valves so that they would not seat properly, this causes the valves to over heat and snap!!Well I towed my bike back to DuMbars and was charged an additional $300.00 for Tom to tell me the motor was destroyed, NEW motor needed.I quickly picked my bike up and brought it to a GOOD BMW authorized dealer Greater Boston Motorsports where I had a new motor installed. I picked my bike up 8/23/2014, one and a half weeks after I dropped it off in pieces from DUMBARS.My advise, STAY clear of Tom Fornier, he is a sleazy, bad Machanic. It seems his Mission in business is to piss off everyone that walks thru his door.Personally everytime I have been there, any one of the customers that are there are complaining about something he did.OH! I didnt mention that when he gave back my bike in cardboard boxes he never fastened the seat properly it was not in my truck wnen I got to the other dealership. Of course he claims no responsibility and refuses to replace it!! SURPRIZED??NO

This dealership sucks service wise, customer service wise as well. You will leave with a damaged bike after paying top dollar for repairs only for the delusional owner to blame it on the work that was done at another shop. Worst bike shop in Massachusetts.
