Store is well kept and security is always present (at least of late hours), I always find the things I need.

I always shop union because I am pro union. I like shopping at the Brockton location because of the variety of things they have they serve the community. I wish I could give a 5 star review but today I was informed by a cashier Bettie when she rang me up that I could not put the rich slushies all in one box unless it was the same flavor. I was very confused because no other stop and shop Ive gone too has ever told me that. I informed her politely that I would like the box for easy transport. If this is an actual policy I would like to see it posted somewhere.

It had a horid smell threw out the entire store! Me and my daughter were sick just grabbing a few things we had to leave! The pricesare very high no wonder there are barley any stop and shops left

Convenient location and wide variety of fresh and organic products. The store has a bakery, deli, pharmacy and floral sections, plus an international aisle. Handicap parking, recycling and gas station available here. Very helpful customer service from staff.

Went to the pharmacy for COVID-19 vaccine. The pharmacist, Patricia is great. She was helpful, knowledgeable and sociable. It was helpful to calm the nerves!

I went to the gas station for gas no problems.

My issue wasnt with any employee or management not even with the cleanliness of the establishment. My issue is with the slightly higher prices. Although theyre was good sales going on it wasnt for most of the items that i purchased.

I would prefer to see shoppers wearing masks.

Also regular shopping had everything and clerks helpful in finding items.

If I need groceries and cant get to the market (or just dont feel like it) Peapod is my favorite online market. I think it change to stop and shop online but its still a great service

Nothing special about it, the pharmacist is very nice though. Always busy so theres always a little wait, unless you go through self checkout.

I was very disappointed using the app.I was able to login but.was not able to clip any of the coupons for the items I was purchasing.

I’ve been going here for 6 years now and the prices are great! For the most part all the employees are friendly and helpful. I think they do a good job keeping the shelves stocked, during this pandemic. I will say I don’t know why they stopped carrying Dunkin’ Donuts turbo coffee - it seemed popular, but they got rid of it years ago now so it is what it is. Also sirloin can be hard to find here (even before the pandemic). Good store either way though, especially for the prices!

I have never been to this Stop & Shop before but now that i work nearby, Im glad I found this clean,well stocked,well managed supermarket with courteous employees and fellow customers.

Havent been here in a few years since I moved. The change up in the store had me all thrown off and it was kind crammed with people and stuff.

They’re separately stocked and always understaffed. Two constants you can count on.

1rst time going to that location, no used to, its different and bigger than the one Im used to in another town. Other than that, I like it and its of my way

I enjoyed the variety of food and the great customer service and cleaniest . Some of the customers were very mean and blurring things out of their mouths; such as wont you go the other way around; dont you see the arrows. I sometimes forget; it is not up to them to comment on anything other than to keep shopping. Shop when there is less people. All these customers were White people. Were is justice. I cant tell much I go there to use western union, but seems a bit slow! Im sure for people that live around is very convenient. I didnt want to give a low feedback, its justo I do not shop much. The atmosphere is good, costumer service is great and the new self check cashier is very helpful.

Got everything I needed. Everything went well. When they advertised buy one, get 2 free, I noticed the buy one price was 3 times the normal price, so where was the bargain? Of course, all supermarket prices have gone up since the virus. Good excuse to raise prices, right?

Did an order through click and collect it was amazing the items that I order that where out of stock we’re Substituted for item extremely similar to the ones I order and I always get there cheaper price makes shopping so much easier Highly recommend!

Went during senior hours, it was great, I almost had the store to myself.

So I get to the store at 8:44 to use their Western Union service which closes at 9 , I try to go in and the whole store is closed. They are supposed to close at 10 pm but yet they were closed before even 9 pm , no sorry for the inconvenience sign no nothing. This is unacceptable for a company of this caliber , hope whoever closed the store early had a damn good reason or else they should be relieved of their position.

During Special Sales(Holiday, 3 Day, Etc) GET there early the first day of Sale & early as you can everyday During Sales events! They run out of items VERY quickly and NEVER seem to have enough of said items to last past 3rd possibly even 2nd sale day. Customer Service is ok. If you have questions & ask when checking out the young girl working the register is usually polite and does her best to accommodate you best as possible. If you have a question while shopping in store dont think youll find an employee to help you that easy. If you do find one they give u quick general info like Isle # etc while quickly blowing you off and forget about asking a worker who is headed on there break, theyll flat out tell you im on break Sorry I ca Tink help you right now. Shake my head So as I was saying Customer Service is Sub-Par all depends on who you as from and if there on break or not

Eh, its really what anyone would expect out of a Grocery Store. But it does have a pretty good organic aisle.

Danielle at register 3 at stop n shop montello st is very professional. We brought meat that was on sale and poorly packaged. She got meat blood in her hands and didn’t complain. She keeps going with her register and smiled. Really appreciate her attitude and professionalism. Most cashiers from other places would have complain and/or taking time.

Love this store. Always well stocked and lines are pretty decent. Regular prices, a little on the high side (Not as cheap at Shaws & not as expensive as Whole Foods) not to call either of those vendors out, just trying to show comparison regarding cost.Getting gas at their station is well worth it if you have a Stop & Shop card so you can redeem points (obtained by your grocery shopping)Place is kept pretty clean too.

I love the seafood department but the deli I wouldnt recommend because I was extremely upset that I got hair in my pasta salad twice!! That is disgusting & will never, ever get anything from that store again accept seafood...

Figures could not use scan app. Could not connect to server 4 stop & shop even though I was on there wi-fi. As for the items sold in store, Stop & shop executives continue to make this particular stop & shop low-grade on everything from A to z. Unlike other stop & shops in the surrounding communities this stop & shop is absolutely horrible.They definitely do not want to provide this community the same level of services and product variety as other stop & shops in the surrounding communities.

Its too crowded all the time.. And No One is at the Entrance and Exit doors to make sure of how many people are in the stores right now during this Pandemic. And this is at Many of the Stop & Shop locations. And they are slow to stock shelves compared to Shaws and Walmart.

A great palace to get food for the week. Stop and shop montelli store 55 has great name deal and great store bought brands for any consumer.The work force I great with greetings and even stormy check outs threw out each department and are pleased in the authority of its motto great place to shop and a great place to start hang given week and week end
