I absolutely love the ladies that work the pharmacy here and the people in the front of really good too especially the shift leader Lynn very observant definitely an amazing asset to your company keep up the good work Lynn and all of you guys you all do a great job. The Walgreens in Randolph they should be shut down you guys keep doing your thing

Its a typical Walgreens. Lines not long. I used the pharmacy to pick up my meds and get vaccines for school. It was a long process. It took 30 minutes at the store when I set an appointment but the pharmacist was very nice and friendly. She talked me thru it and reassured. She was very professional. As a nurse myself she did a good job with the injection.

I went to take a passport picture one of the manager named Lynn gave me attitude and refuse to take the picture because I said I didn’t like one of them. She can’t be a store manager because that’s bad publicity for the store. She doesn’t know how to address a person .

I Placed an order online, I got an email saying that my order was delivered at front door/porch, since nothing was at my front door/porch, I called customer service and after being transferred to different people four times I was told that my package was delivered to Walgreens on 610 Pleasant Street, in Brockton, and I was put on hold to confirm that my package was there, so I drove there to pick up my package, and after 5-7 min of waiting for someone to attend me in photo, I was told that my package was not there, then the Walgreens associate called the store manager and he told me the same thing, and he said that I would have to call the carrier to find out about my package, I refused to do so, and showed in my account on walgreens.com where it says that the package was delivered there on Saturday, they insisted that it wasnt there and that this type of order would take two weeks to be delivered, then I showed them the confirmation number showing that the carrier did deliver the package there, then the associate went into another room, and asked me if the package was for Luis Fernandes, I told her yes, and then she handed me the package, the manager then looked on the computer, and all he said that I was all set, that it was already paid, not even an apology about their mistake, making me wait all that time, and telling me that the package was not there, Really!!!!

They can never seem to have all my prescriptions ready so I only have to make one trip to pick them up. Its very aggravating and it happens every 30 days. I have 11 RXs to fill every month and only want to go one time to get them. But thats asking for too much apparently. I know they are busy and I dont expect miracles, but Ive been getting the same RXs for well over 12 yrs so they know my name and my order. They dont know me due to the fact that they all look miserable and are not very friendly. Its too bad, Ive been going to this same Walgreens for about 20+ yrs, since I was a teenager. The workers at the front register are always nice, both the men and the women. Its just the pharmacy thats not friendly. But I have actually found a Walgreens closer to where I live & will be transferring my RXS over there. Oh well. 😔

Everyone on the staff is pretty lame except for Tammy shes the only one that stands out to me as a good customer service representative and thats why I give you guys 5 stars. If Tammy did not work there I would have given you one star.

I wish I could give 0 stars.The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The techs are so slow! They wait until there are five cars in line until they serve you. I was waiting almost 15 minutes at the window until someone came on the speaker saying they would be right with me. I will never go to another pharmacy owned/ run by this company as long as I live.

Very disappointed😞went to buy planters peanuts because they were on sale and to my bad luck there was not one single bottle in the store on the first day of the sale. Should fix that problem.Thank goodness, they had the kitkat bar that was on sale.😊

The staff is always available for questions. Sometimes theres a small delay in the pharmacy, otherwise this is the best pharmacy around

Very careless staff, Ive been their customer for A long time. Today I called for my daughters prescription and was told to wait 45 minutes I then asked to talk to pharmacists Racheal told me to wait or transfer to CVS. Today will be my last day picking up prescription at Walgreens. I dont need this service they dont need me as customer. I will go where they respect and appreciate their customers.

I have been going to Walgreens for years i have never had a problem with any one there always so nice and very helpful to customers and plasent .and if your looking for something thats not there on shelves the take time and go out back to look you will never hear any of there employees say we dont have it or idk the go look for you such happy people .if you go too cvs and ask a question the look at you and turn there heads its always been like that went there a few times not for me .Walgreens i find things there cheaper and if i or anyone needs help there always❤ there to help you never have to go look for someone pharmacists are wonderful always a smile on there face the work so hard for us customers the have to deal with really nasty scarie people treating them bad always explaining to there customers about our meds .i noticed how well and careing the are to the older couples like its there family thats what i call a careing pharmacists is at Walgreens i give them a 10 or more i truely do ❤❤pharmacists the are like going to your doctors offices and taking to the nurses the nice ones very careing always smiles on there face i do have a favorite one she works so hard you can tell she loves her job and such a amazing women always working hard for us customers keep up the good work happy people.

The pharmacy worker tells you that he will send your doctor a fax for your prescription and when you go to pick it up they never did. This has happened to me 3 times already.
