No one has beat their price you will pay $20-$30 less than any repair places and $70 less than apple would charge. I could go on and on about this place and the differences between them and other businesses offering the same services, if you decide to call around don’t say I didn’t try to warn you 😒 I called about 8 different places and went to about 4 places at the Pheasant Lane Mall all in the last few weeks, it just didn’t work out, pricing was way off, customer service 0 ⭐️, didn’t offer a warranty & couldn’t guarantee me at the rate they were charging they’d 100% be able to get my phone to turn on and work again; repair wireless did! Customer service was better than expected.I called to ask about repairing my cracked screen. He quoted me a price and timeframe. I arrived and he stood by the quote. My phone was repaired on time. Reasonably priced.He sold me a screen protector for $10 but i ended taking it off within 12 hours. My phone is all screen and it didn’t function the same with the screen protector on.He did misplace my case. He tried to tell me that another case was mine. I eventually saw my case on another phone. He was politely wrong.Suggestion: don’t leave your case with them.

Repair Wireless replaced the disc drive for my PS3. It took about a month to have the repair completed but they were professional, responsive and affordable. Everything works perfectly. From what I have seen, they specialize in screen replacements for smartphones but can do all sorts of repairs. I will definitely come back for future repairs.

We are a neighboring repair store that does not have the ability to do soldering. These guys have fixed a bunch of HDMI ports, touch disease issues, charging ports, no backlight and no service issues. They are always willing to help out a fellow repair store if you need help!

A customer friendly and service oriented shop!  Mike and Bi are great!   and operating in a COVID safe manner.    Bi is an electrical engineer that knows his way around mobile electronics!  He handled my phone with great care.  Great service start to finish.  A nice little shop with no frills. They sell SERVICE, repairs and  a few accessories. They do all kinds of screen repair, phone, laptop, Ipad, tablet, game systems and battery service.  Plus very specialized professional services like micro soldering, and circuit component replacement that you will not find in the mall kiosks or the big box stores.   I was surprised at the cost initially but I completely understand why and it was worth it.  A careful precision dissection, repair and rebuild of my phone was done by a trained professional while I watched every step.  Skip the rest and go here.  Best price around.  My  Samsung S9 screen is fixed as good as new.  Done in about an hour.

I almost never post reviews but Im just so happy with the service I received here. I cracked my phone screen and originally went to Burlington to get it fixed. They did an awful job and the screen started turning colors immediately. My boyfriend took my phone here because he saw the reviews and they did not disappoint. A month later I had to bring it back because my phone is super sensitive and I broke it again. Because we were there so recently he gave us a discount and even fixed the back for me at no charge. I will always come back with any broken equipment I have in the future, they are the best!!

First off, I need to give these guys props for honesty. They could have suckered a lot more money out of me but instead they let me know that my other phone wasnt worth the repair cost. As for my Galaxy S4, the technicians were fast and very experienced, they allowed me to watch the whole process.. High quality parts and a 3 month warranty. Im happy! Im so very happy with their service! Two other places refused to fix the mic on my Note 5 because they were afraid they would break it. This place did it with only a hairline crack on the back cover which I would have to search to find it. The work involved completely taking the whole glued phone apart - not very easy. So its 5:30 am when my phone alarm goes off. I went to shut it off and it fell off my end table and not only did the screen crack- but it also proceeded to spaz out as I assume I damaged some pixels or how ever these things work. Anyway I went about my business and waited for places to open because its far to early for anywhere to be open. I waited till around noon and must have called every single shop in my city (New Bedford) as well as Dartmouth. At this point Im almost desperate because everywhere I called didnt have the parts needed and said it would take about a week for it to come in. Who the hell can go a week without their lifeline? Not me. I rely on this thing for like everything. Finally I decide to extend my search to further places. And can I just say the service was OUTSTANDING. It was very timely, only an hours wait. And since they are placed in the mall the hour went by really quickly. Now Im not one to really write reviews. But man, I left with such a smile on my face since my phone has been cracked since a week after I got it (Galaxy Note 8- got close to its release date). All said and done cost around 250. Which may sound absurd but I assure you it was right on par with every other place that couldnt even help me. So very highly recommended. Very satisfied.
