Well ive had my lift seat for about 3 weeks. i love it very much. i have a 2 story house and my bedroom is up stairs. i have a bad knee so it was getting harder for me to go up and down the stairs so i thought i would check into the lift chair. the sales person answered all my questions and i got discounts and finacing with very low interest. the installer was here in a couple of days. there was no mess for me to clean up. i would tell all seniors who live in a 2 story house this is a much have. this way you can stay in your homes.

I wish I had done a little more research before We chose them. Extremely extremely expensive with only mediocre results whatever you do don’t let them pound an old cast-iron tub apart literally screwed up our door frame but we did not notice this until after they were gone however we did notice that we needed a shower door installed and they wanted $1800 for a shower door. Are you kidding me he did tell me that it was $1000 if we had done it at the time of install which was only two weeks later are you kidding me anyhow do your research

Would find another company for our next bathroom. Had a unit install in our master bathroom on the second floor workers damaged our kitchen ceiling below. Installed end cap molding that was the wrong color, had to wait for new end cap molding to be made. Finally when a new installer came and removed the old molding, he damaged our newly painted walls, and the caulk job was a mess, we have to redo it. Would not recommend this company until they are more established and better laborers.

Great customer service! Loren was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully we will do more business in the future.

What a great company! They sell stairlifts, walk in showers and walk in tubs. Be sure to ask for Lauren B quick installation and amazing products.

Would never recommend. Huge frustration in so many ways. Finished job is sloppy.
