We had a great experience with Cindy Wilson at the Broadview Hts location. Cindy was professional and knowledgeable about the quartz countertop we were planning to purchase. We would definitely recommend Cindy to anyone interested in looking for quartz countertops.

Worst customer service ever. Installer broke the granite counter top on the floor. Floor got damaged try to reach Steven sales person no response at all.Wanna give them negative star but not a option. No customer service at all.My problem is still not resolved till today. 10/26/2020

We remodeled our entire first floor and purchased all of the cabinetry and countertops from Sims-Lohman. Cathie Emery helped us every step of the way and ensured that everything was beautifully designed as well as functional. She was also able to stay within certain budgetary constraints when needed. In addition, she was always VERY professional and extremely responsive, returning phone calls and text messages immediately. We look forward to working with Cathie the next time we remodel. Cathie is a tremendous asset to your company!!!

Nice showroom. Good selection and pricing is average. Installers messed up multiple times with placement as well as seams. Might come back and fix it but when I spend 7k on countertops I expect it to be right the first time.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was for us in every phase working with Sims Lohman. The design consultations we were absolutely wonderful and every detail was paid attention to by Theresa! Highly recommend this business in every way!

After 40 years of raising 4 children and cooking in a small galley kitchen I met with Theresa and she designed the kitchen of my dreams. The cabinets are gorgeous, easy to maintain and I love the soft close doors and drawers Id recommend Sims-Lohman to everyone.....these cabinets are the best. Looking forward to a bathroom remodel using their cabinets.

They wont be willing to correct their mistakes, expect a hassle. Double check the math TWICE. Make sure the same cost was not added to more than one line item on your invoice. Always clarify whether they have presented you with the least or most costly option available. Verify that the rep actually gives you the credits you are rightfully owed. Make sure you are not charged for upgrades that you never asked for. If you have to keep sending the quote back because it doesnt match what you discussed, thats a red flag. They wont keep or honor their word, so know that going into it and be prepared for disappointment.

Product was nice but just about everything possible went wrong. Going on almost three months now and still waiting for the project to be completed. Not thrilled
