I have taken my 92 year old mother to the Hearing Care Center in Bristol and Jack has been great with her. She had to get a new hearing aid. He was patient, thorough, and flexible in setting up appointments. I have talked with Peggy on the phone a number of times as well--she has been courteous and able to adjust appointments to meet our needs. I highly recommend this business.
