Unbelievable Service. Steve, the new owner took over this company 2 years ago and provides excellent service. He came to my home within 20 minutes to check for a gas leak and gas supply. He then shut off my gas heat and hot water and fireplace. George delivered gas in about one hour and restarted my heat and hot water. Fireplace remote was bad couldnt start it. Steve will be back Wednesday to check out what controls I need and get the parts. Also offered snow removal and landscaping. Cant ask for better service than that. Glad I have them. Been a Power Fuels customer for 7 years. They have serviced my oil furnace and replaced my propane water tank, and done so very reasonably. I am fairly handy, but I dont mess with my propane or major electrical problems, because I like my house and dont want to burn it down. Having to pay out of pocket got me into researching how much the services they provided me would cost, and after receiving the bill, it was at point or under what my estimations were. Would highly recommend them over the previous propane company I had, (itll go nameless) which is the only, but poor, experience Ive had before P.F.

These guys are great. They are friendly and stand behind their work. I have had to on occasion call someone else for an emergency heating situation and no comparison to this company. I am a lifetime customer and would highly recommend them for all heating and cooling needs

We’re do I start ,used to be a great company but unfortunately they were bought out by tunxis oil out of Meriden about a year ago. Now the company is a shell of it self. Had a billing issue with some clown who runs accounts in Meriden office ( afraid to call me to discuss issue)Never in the 10 years as a customer was there a issue till the dreaded merge with the Mickey Mouse club in Meriden masking it self as a great company. I spoke to there office staff twice in the last month let’s just say there is not much training in the customer representative end of the phone, could not remember her name but had the personality of a 2x4So my fellow Bristol Neibor’s , I found a great priced company who was actually nice on the phone ( hint hint Meriden office take a cue) amerigas was polite listened to my concerns and expectations of a propane companyI actually feel bad for the nice lady in the Bristol office who tried to accommodate my needs to stay a power fuel company. I can’t believe I’m the only person to look else were for a good customer oriented company
