We love our new countertops! Had a great experience from start to finish. Jimmy was very nice when measuring and helping me pick a granite slab. Also, the installation guys did an awesome job, they were very knowledgeable on how to make it work and didn’t leave till we were fully satisfied with the installation. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best customer service! Jacob met us at the door walked us through the process explaining all the surface choices. There was no high pressure sales pitch and he genuinely wanted me to pick what I liked and what I could afford. He scheduled the measuring and the install and I had new beautiful quartz countertops in 7 days! Renovations are stressful enough the customer service for my countertops was the least stressful! Great selection available and in stock. No “added extras”. I’ve recommended Jacob to a few other people due to my experience.

They done a great job on our countertops! Being a business owner myself I’m pretty picky, these guys knocked it out of the park. Putting in granite countertops in a house that was built in the 50’s isn’t so easy they made precision cuts to match the walls perfect! Turned out amazing! Contacted them on a Wednesday and by the following Wednesday my counter tops were installed. Super great company to do business with!

They were able to find what I was looking for and get it to their store from a one that was states away. They did an excellent job installing it. It is a beautiful slab and they did a great job on the edging and the seams and completed skilled work.It turned out amazing and is a show stopper in my book!

The absolute BEST in the business!

We shopped around all over the area before deciding who to buy granite from. We saw some negative reviews but I decided to stop in and check them out. I talked to Temel and we actually discussed the poor reviews. Bottom line, we are extremely pleased with our counter tops! He told us exactly when he would be there and he showed up on time. The guys that did the actual install were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. They drilled the holes on-site so I could approve the locations so there were no concerns. I suggest you read the poor reviews carefully! These guys install counter tops. When the complaint is about something else being broke, it is not in their scope of work. I highly recommend AGM.

My husband and I build a new home this summer and used astro granite and marble for our granite counter tops. They have an amazing selection to choose from and Temel was very kind and helpful. The installation process went very smoothly. They were very timely in getting the job done and cleaned up afterwards. Our kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. We couldnt be happier. We have been fortunate enough to have AGM supply the countertops in our new solar homes at Wildflower Ridge. Without fail, one of the repeated comments by every person who views our homes is the beauty and quality of the kitchens and baths. But even more importantly as a designer, they study and cut each piece so that the grain and colors flow seamlessly over the cabinetry. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

They have the best selection of stone in the TriCites. You’ll be extremely pleased with their inventory of granite, marble and quartzite. After taking home several samples we ended up choosing an absolutely gorgeous slab of Sea Pearl quartzite for his and hers bathroom countertops. Temel and his team worked expeditiously to complete our job prior to leaving for vacation. We chose the slab, had it fabricated and installed within 2 weeks. I reiterate their willingness and flexibility to satisfy our tight timeline due to leaving the country. It was an easy process thanks to their superior level of professionalism and great customer service. We were so pleased with Astro Granite and Marble that we will use them going forward for our home as well as rental properties and flip projects.

We recently ordered granite for our large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We had someone doing the precise measurements after a few days. Our granite was installed in the time we agreed. They did a great job and it looks incredible!From the sales team to the technicians who installed the counter top, they have all exceeded my expectations in every way. I can definitely recommend Astro Granite & Marble!

First let me state I would use them again. We got quotes from three different places and they were the cheapest by far (nearly $2k less than the next lowest bid). This of course concerned us but as we are renovating a place we plan to rent out in the near future we decided it was worth the risk. The tops were delivered and installed and thats where we knock one star off. There were one or two nicked edges that they filled with some sort of putty but not in a smooth way so when you run your hands over it you really feel it. Second the cutout for our stovetop is a little crooked one side is 1/4 higher than the other side. The seems between the pieces are also not perfectly even but are close. My biggest gripe is that when they brought in the largest piece the set it on the cabinet then rotated it, this broke off one of the doors just below the sink.In short great pricing and at least brand new the tops look great. They do lack some installation prowess. Only time will tell if their product holds up :D.

Never Never use these guys. The price is good by the installation is terrible. My cook top is crocked and scratched! The holes drilled were to big and my contractor had to fix them so they would work. Terrible. Worst is they told me to call them to come back and seal the quartzite and marble, that was in September. Still not here! Need I say more?

I have been fighting with Astro for over a year about the granite in my bathrooms. Counter top edges were so chipped on arrival my contractor wouldnt caulk them saying Astro needed to re-do them (he called them personally, to no avail). The finishes are totally irregular, some shiny, some rough - AMAZING! We have called and even shown up personally, but, the owner just promises to come out and do something but, although we wait, no one shows. Hes got a legal-sized pad on his desk with lots of names and phone numbers - were on it!!! Stay away from Astro - there are so many granite companies around, you can find quality elsewhere.

After reading some of the negative reviews on AGM, Im puzzled. I cant discount their impression, but I definitely question it. Its hard to believe b/c when you meet Jimmy or Temel, you quickly recognize they are COMPLETELY and UNQUESTIONABLY dedicated not just to your satisfaction but to your ultimate happiness. Its clear in their communication delivery, and this is with every encounter. Regarding my review, I can assure you, its qualified. For those of you that recognize my name, youll laugh as you know I am possibly THE most particular person youve ever encountered. Im confident in my construction ability evidenced by my enduring renovation of one of the most beautiful homes in The Gates at Highland Ridge (JC, TN). Standing for quality, my decision for the perfect granite was no exception. While I spared no expense on it, it ended up being very cost-effective and AGM offers a FAR better granite yard (for options to match exactly what you need) and delivers a better product (installation) than anyone else around this area. I know. Ive seen the work put into this areas prominent estate builders. Go with AGM, and you will be thankful you did! If you question a negative review, and dont completely take my word, take a trip there and talk to them. Youll quickly realize where their dedication lies - within the customers happiness. Went with AGM, do not regret it for one second. Extremely satisfied, best looking granite in any home Ive ever seen. Oh btw, their custom Ogee edging, is precision and completely smooth, zero undulation like other premier granite companies in the area. Perfection.

My review is long over due and I apologize. I was skeptical at first to use AGM because of the reviews. In fact , I went back a few times before I decided to place my order. I am so glad I did. I went to many granite yards. Prices were all over the place. I was so frustrated and annoyed until I went to AGM. You know when you just know you found the perfect slab? That happened. I love it. I love all of my granite, in my bathrooms but I really love my kitchen. Temel doesnt mess around. His team was great and very respectful and cared about their installation. After looking for months coming across AGM was the best thing that happened to us. Fast turnaround too. Thanks Temal! Love my cutting boards:)
